The only time the nudity ever has attention drawn to it, it's a PlotPoint, wherein one of the warriors tears off her shirt to showcase the BodyHorror that is done to turn them into HalfHumanHybrid[=s=]: [[spoiler:They're sliced open from throat to crotch, have monster flesh and blood shoved inside of them, and then the wound is crudely stitched up. And no, it does not heal. Their intestines are nearly on display any time they take their shirts off]].

She can do literally anything she wants to her target. Destroying their clothes for the humiliation factor is just amusing to her. Karma hits her back when E.N.D does this to her, while also brutalizing her.

Somehow both are shown good as new by the next episode, despite the resource scarce CrapsackWorld Ken lives in meaning such clothing would be hard to come by, suggesting that either Kenshiro is just as good with a needle and thread as he is at fighting, or he just so happens to have an ample supply of spare shirts in reserve.

That being said, he might lose a shoulder pauldron if his opponent is strong enough to fight him on ''slightly'' better terms than normal, his helmet might get chipped if he hasn’t removed it beforehand, and his shirt also gets the chop during his final battle with Kenshiro. Again, like Kenshiro above, any damage is repaired in time for the next episode.

To a less extent some of the guys will have their clothing damaged, but the amount of battles which DON'T end with the poor girl half naked could probably be counted on one hand.
