----
One of the Three True Guilds led by the World Representatives that wish to utilize the Protagonist to win the game and dominate all other Worlds for their own ends.

They act as the ArcVillain for Chapter 12 and 13.

[[foldercontrol]]
[[folder:General]]
----
* MeaningfulName: Their Guild name both reflects their methods of converting other players to their cause without them even knowing it and that most of the member's Rules involve altering their target's mental states.
* MultiversalConqueror: What they seek to do once winning the game and claiming the protagonist, traveling to the other Worlds for their own plans.

The World Representative of Kitezh.
----
* BerserkButton: Anything threatening his position in Kitezh. He killed Volos because he considered the Death God's methods a "heresy" to his rule, and he completely upends Issac's plan to kill the Protagonist to prevent even the smallest possibility of the [[spoiler: 24th being inside them]] screwing over Kitezh.
* ComboPlatterPowers: His Rule, channeled through his Millstone Sacred Artifact, not only allows him to [[FusionDance break apart his target's memories and remake them to a single entity]], but also allows him to break down and mix his memories into his targets, making them [[HeelFaceBrainwashing extremely loyal to him]]. This is how he created [[spoiler:Volkh Vseslav and why he's so loyal to him, by mixing Kamui's body with Volkh's shadow and himself.]]
* GoldAndWhiteAreDivine: Fittingly, as he is the high god of Slavic mythology.
* GoodLuckCharm: The pauldron on his left shoulder was enchanted with the ability to repel "misfortunes". [[spoiler: He had it commissioned from Hephaestus.]]
* LustObject: He briefly talked about "claiming" Shinya from Temujin if given the chance.
* ManiacTongue: One of his expressions is this.
* RapePillageAndBurn: Seemingly his MO and the MO of his entire guild, as per their namesake.
* ShockAndAwe: Energy radiates from his being and he is implied to possess similar powers as Zeus.
* SpannerInTheWorks: His presence in the game is this to the [[spoiler: Greek Pantheon]]. Because of their similar Roles and Rules, [[spoiler: Zeus]] can't directly involve himself in the events of the Game, forcing him to use a proxy in the form of [[spoiler:Cupid]].
* TopGod: He's this in the Slavic mythology.
* UnusualEyebrows: Energy arcs from both their outer tips.
* VaporWear: His outfit consist of a cape, pauldron, greaves, and a speedo.

A wolf transient and the Shadow of Horkeu Kamui. Ideologically opposed to everything Kamui stands for, he seemingly is on a vendetta against the trainer of heroes.
----

* TheDragon: He seems to be this to Perun.
* {{Foil}}: To Horkeukamui obviously. Both are wolf men who took people in to raise heroes to defend their realms only for them to die, and both have ice related abilities. Where Horkeukamui only took one person at a time, typically children who had no family or loved ones, Volkh took children en masse. And where Horkeukamui is shown to have doubts and regrets about his role and ideals on his own, but no clue how to think differently, Volkh has no regrets even though he can't see the faults in his own logic.
* GameplayAndStoryIntegration: In chapter 9 he soundly defeats Horkeukamui, one of few characters who can use both reflect and nullify debuffs. Volkh deals double damage to any foe with one of those and quadruple to those with both.
* AnIcePerson: The aura in his hand has snow floating in it, and his charge skill uses ice in its animation.
* HalfHumanHybrid: Zig-zagged. He appears completely wolf like, but is described as being born of humans. In addition he has the title of Werewolf Prince.
* {{Hypocrite}}: His distaste for Horkeukamui comes from his intense disagreement for placing the onus of heroism on a single child, knowing that heroes always die early. Volkh instead advocates that all children should be raised as heroes. His profile notes that he cannot see the logical failures of this viewpoint.
* {{Necromancer}}: [[spoiler: He seemingly summoned the spirits of all Kamui's deceased students and sicced them on him to capture him.]]
* NoSell: He was able to casually nullify Kamui's powers.
* ShadowArchetype: As Horkeu Kamui's Shadow, he is essentially everything Kamui hates about himself and regrets given form.

* DefeatMeansRespect: During his Golden Week event, Shinya strikes his fancy and is invited to be a part of his harem. When he declines, Temujin angrily tries to arrange a duel between the two archers with the condition that Shinya be part of his harem if he wins. However, when Shinya throws away an opportunity to win the match in favor of helping Temujin after a coughing fit nearly gets him thrown from his horse Temujin relents, saying his pride would not stand for winning in such a way. Instead, he declares he will win Shinya's heart naturally, agreeing to be {{Friendly Rival|ry}}s for the time being.
* EtTuBrute: He closed himself off emotionally and refuses friendship after being betrayed by his once closest ally, [[spoiler: one of the souls hosted within the protagonist: Jamukha.]]
* HaremSeeker: Will ask anyone that catches his eye to be a part of his harem without the least bit of reservation.
* HeirClubForMen: Due to his SoapOperaDisease, he is extremely open about his desire to have as many children as possible, seeing it as proof that he existed.
* HomosexualReproduction: Capable of this due to his Rule, and is apparently commonplace in his homeland.
* SecretlyDying: Tries to hide his illness, due to his general distrust of others and desire to be independent.
* SoapOperaDisease: Has an unspecified, chronic illness which he expects to die young from.

The World Representative of Penglai, a challenge-seeking, sister-loving, Dragon Transient who well-known as a livestreamer coming out of any challenge victorious.
----
* BigBrotherAttraction: Inverted with his sister and "the other part of himself" Nuwa, as he seems to be the one obsessed with her. His Japanese profile flat out calls him a siscon.
* EvilLaugh: His main screen lines include an insane laugh, as well as his Charge Attack lines.
* FatalFlaw: [[spoiler: Apathy caused by {{Pride}}. As a result of his position of TopGod and his Seer abilities, he not only became dull to the constant violent cycles of revolution Penglai went through, but this included Nuwa herself, seeing her actions and negative reputations as part of the cycle. This eventually caused his and Nuwa's relationship to sour on both ends; she felt like he was looking down on her rather than seeing her as a equal and eventually stopped coming back, and his apathy kept him from helping her from her bad reputation until she was exiled. Even in the present, his "actions" betray the fact the only thing he's learned is that he wants to "protect" Nuwa, [[HistoryRepeats with him not doing anything to prevent the Invader's plan to run the Protagonist's reputation to the ground despite knowing about it thanks to his abilities]].]]
* FreudianExcuse: His sis-con tendencies over Nuwa was a mix of her being the one individual whose actions he couldn't predict, [[spoiler:and his apathy born from his position and abilities degrading his relationship to her into a condescening, one-sided love.]]
* JerkassRealization: [[spoiler: He eventually realizes that since he's never protected her back on Penglai, he pushed her to leave Kunlun under the belief he was looking down on her.]]
* KnowWhenToFoldEm: [[spoiler: Once he has the JerkassRealization below, he stops trying to make the Protagonist stay in Virtual!Kunlun before they even begin to pull out the Double Dragon technique.]]
* MechanicallyUnusualFighter: Fuxi brings a rather unique skillset to the game - he is an entirely idle support who does not want to move himself, and most notably permanently weakens the entire enemy board at each phase start, but only as long as they remain out of range of his large Obstruct field. The defense down on non-obstructed enemies far outweighs the effects of Obstruct, so he generally wants to have an ally move him to the bottom of the board and stay there for the entirety of combat. On vertical and large boards, this position will mean only one enemy can be safe in his Obstruct range, but that enemy also ends up in his single square Possession range. Additionally, Fuxi constantly supplies three buffs for his allies at a large range, but each buff reaches a different range and requires thoughtful positioning.
* NumerologicalMotif: 8. His ultimate damaging skill fires off every 8 turns, and he wears a [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagua bagua]] disk which is actually an octagon. This is because the number 8 is a very auspicious number in Chinese culture where he originates from.
* {{Seers}}: As a result of being one of the founders of the Bagra divination technique, his Game Board Sacred Artifact allows him to see the future.
* ShoutOut: His character and design evoke inspiration from ''Franchise/YuGiOh''. He's described as a duelist, his opening title voiceover has him using familiar terms from the anime, and his Sacred Artifact looks like an ancient prototype of Kaiba's first duel disk, and is worn in the same manner as a modern one. Personality-wise, he combined elements of both Yami Yugi and Seto Kaiba, being a master of games with a sadistic streak like ''Season 0'' and Manga Yami, and like Kaiba, rose to the position of a great business mogul through stocks and ownerships, along with having a borderline possessive relationship with his sibling. Being a powerful dragon also helps adds to thematic parallels between him and Kaiba.
* ShutUpHannibal: [[spoiler:When he tries to convince you to stay in Virtual!Kunlun, he points out that ultimately the World Representatives only care about keeping their worlds safe, and using the Invaders as a example, abandoned their loved ones and close friends for the sake of their worlds. You shut him up by asking if he chose to abandon his dear Nuwa for Penglai.]]
* SlasherSmile: His alternative expression in his 5* art.
* TimeBomb: His fourth skill can be considered this, applying a tremendous HP reduction to all enemies once every eight turns. This HP reduction is not treated as damage, meaning that it will cut through defense buffs.
* VillainousRescue: [[spoiler: [[DownplayedTrope While he doesn't stop Enigma from releasing their memories for all the World Representatives to view]], he's the one who rescues the Protagonist from the army of Enigma in the Deep Web, if only to bring them to the virtual Kunlun he's made to keep them safe.]]
* {{Yandere}}: How strongly and obsessively he feels for his sister borders on this.

----

* AllAmericanFace: He's a gun-toting, lasso-wielding cowboy with a red, white & blue color scheme, who loves to play baseball, eat barbecue, and gush about the great frontier.
* BigDamnHeroes: Saves the Protagonist from Korpokkur's wrath during Chapter 13.
* CompositeCharacter: While he primarily takes from the story of Myth/PaulBunyan, that Babe is a ''white'' calf rather than a blue one like his namesake is a reference to the White Buffalo Calf Woman of [[Myth/NativeAmericanMythology Lakota]] mythology.
* {{Cowboy}}: Literally!
* {{Eagleland}}: A mixed type. Babe is a chubby, boisterous AllAmericanFace who dresses and acts like he's in a SpaghettiWestern and uses a gun despite being a ''child'', but he's also very friendly and as a farmer, he cares a great deal about the environment.
* FarmBoy: One of his alternate skins has him holding a hoe, and the cultivation of the land is a big part of his backstory.
* FertileFeet: The horseshoe Sacred Artifacts on the bottoms of Babe's boots can cultivate the land wherever he treads on it.
* GratuitousEnglish: He's not as bad as Nyarlathotep, but Babe still spouts quite a lot of English words or phrases since he's supposed to be an "American" character.
* MakingASplash: Babe's lasso is imbued with water powers and the horseshoes on his boots can locate or bring forth streams.
