In addition, their home state, California, is actively fighting Luthor's SuperRegistrationAct so as they don't lose the Outlaws as heroes.

11	* AntiHeroTeam: They're all good guys at their core, but they're willing to commit murder and other ruthless actions against criminals and the corrupt. They also have a willingness to commit illegal activities such as theft if it means achieving their goals, such as stealing artifacts or in Red X's case, Xenothium to power his suit.
