!The Heroes

!!The Powerpuff Girls
[[folder:In General]]
* AdaptationNameChange: In the original series it was mentioned once or twice that the girls' surname is "Utonium". For whatever reason, in the reboot Blossom refers to herself as "Blossom Powerpuff" in a Season 1 episode. The introduction of Bliss implies this was later fixed.
* AdaptationalDumbass: The girls' negative traits have been played up, so they're more ditzy.
* BlackBeadEyes: In the 2016 series, they will be drawn with these sorts of eyes on occasion.
* CharacterExaggeration: All three of the girls receive this in the reboot. Blossom becomes a NeatFreak and her perfectionist tendencies are cranked up, Bubbles is a lot more energetic and [[CuteAndPsycho slightly crazy]] (she's also a technical genius now, because reasons), and Buttercup is even more of a tomboyish {{jerkass}} than she was in the 1998 series.
* ExpositoryHairstyleChange: Downplayed. Though the girls keep their usual hairdoes from the original show, they have been given a few extra touches.
** Blossom's bow is about two times bigger and fatter, and has rounded tips instead of pointy ones.
** Bubbles' pigtails are more rounded and are positioned higher up on her head, and are held with beaded ties.
** Buttercup's bob hairdo has its ends wider and raised up further, and has a cowlick.
* GamerChick: All three girls are shown to really love playing video games in the 2016 series, especially ''Dragon Wizard Skateboard Fighters''. Blossom and Bubbles also enjoy a TRPG called ''Phantasm Chasm'' in the episode of the same name.
* HardLight: A new ability of theirs this series gives them the ability generate and shape energy auras around their bodies to serve whatever purpose they need. What they can shape is dependent on their personalities; Buttercup makes weaponry, Bubbles cute animals and Blossom practical tools like vacuum cleaners or tape dispensers. Making this a bit of an ImaginationBasedSuperpower too.
* VagueAge: The reboot takes this approach; the girls should be in kindergarten or 1st grade (the first episode has them returning to Pokey Oaks Kindergarten just before it's demolished) but they're in middle school classes and act like tweens.
* WideEyesAndShrunkenIrises: In the 2016 series, their pupils shrink whenever they are frightened or surprised.
* WingdingEyes: Drawn like this frequently in the reboot, their eyes often turn into symbols to match what they're feeling.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Blossom]]
[[quoteright:241:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/blossom_ref01.png]]
* ButtMonkey: She gets her pride threatened much more often than her sisters in this version (watch "Presidential Punchout", and/or "Halt and Catch Silico" for proof), and [[DependingOnTheWriter depending on the episode]], Blossom and Bubbles don't always respect Blossom.
* ClingyJealousGirl: When Bubbles gets the lead role of a play with Jared Shapiro in "A Star Is Blossom", Blossom goes nuts.
%%zce* CrushBlush: Whenever talking to Jared Shapiro. Buttercup lampshades this.
* DitzyGenius: Has this temperament in this version. She thinks that colts are young horses and that fillies are "horses with attitude". In "Dance Pantsed", she doesn't know how take a pickle jar off the shelf without Bubbles' help.
%%* DoggedNiceGirl: To Jared in the 2016 series.
* DorkKnight: She's a huge nerd in the 2016 reboot. Especially when she interacts with [[SatelliteLoveInterest Jared Shapiro]] and when she [[TheKnightsWhoSaySquee fangirls out when meeting Dr. Kenzington]].
%%zce* {{Fangirl}}: To Dr. Kenzington.
* InSeriesNickname: "Bloss" and "Ribbonhead" by Buttercup in the 2016 reboot.
* TheKnightsWhoSaySquee: She squeals happily when she meets Dr. Kenzington in "Blue Ribbon Blues".
* LikesOlderMen: She has feelings for Jared Shapiro of the reboots, although it's unknown exactly how much older he is than her. We do know that he's of elementary school age, and Blossom is younger than that.
* NeatFreak: She hates disorganization and gets angry whenever things aren't clean enough to her in this version.
* NoRespectGuy: Often gets this version. Whenever she acts as a voice of reason, her sisters don't always listen to her ("Rainy Day" is a key example).
* ObsessivelyOrganized: Has been flanderized into this in this version. She is highly afraid of being dirty, wears latex gloves before touching anything messy, and is obsessed with cleanliness and organization.
* SingleWomanSeeksGoodMan: She has a crush on Jared Shapiro, who is kind, affable, and talented.
* SecurityBlanket: Her bow in "Bow Jest". She does learn to not be so overly-dependent on it, though, and it's ''Bubbles'' of all people to tell her.
* TerrifiedOfGerms: As of the reboot, she has an outright ''fear'' of any sort of dirt, even a little bit of it.
* TrademarkFavoriteDrink: Strawberry milk.
* VoiceChangeling: In "Bye Bye Bellum", she is revealed to be good at doing vocal impressions.
* {{Yandere}}: Shows signs of it in "A Star Is Blossom", when she gets furious over Bubbles having a role in a play with Jared. She is ''so'' obsessed with having Jared all to herself that she is willing to lock Bubbles in a closet to do it.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Bubbles]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/bubbles_ref01.png]]
* AdaptationalIntelligence: A little bit smarter in this version than her previous self, seeing as how she's good with computer coding.
* BringMyBrownPants: Implied in "15 Minutes Of Fame" when she says it was a good thing that she was wearing a diaper, "for two reasons".
* ClingyJealousGirl: Becomes one when she gets envious about Donny's friendship with Chelsea in "Odd Bubbles Out".
* {{Gasshole}}: She farts very often in this incarnation of the show, especially in her sleep, as shown in "Mini Golf Madness" and "The Tell Tale Schedulebot".
* GreenEyedMonster: Gets jealous of Chelsea for being friends with Donny in "Odd Bubbles Out".
* InSeriesNickname: "Bubs" and "Pigtails" by Buttercup.
* InopportuneVoiceCracking: Her voice squeaks whenever saying the word "unicorn" in "Horn Sweet Horn".
* JiveTurkey: Shown to be very much in-touch with modern trends and Internet slang in this version.
-->'''Bubbles''': OMG! YAAAS!
* MaskingTheDeformity: In "Bubbles of the Opera", Bubbles's face flares up due to an allergic reaction to makeup, so she wears half of a bunny mask over the swelled-up part as she [[TemporarilyAVillain adopts the villainous persona "Dark Bubbles"]].
* TheMillstone: She takes off her disguise while sneaking past the guards in "The Last Donnycorn", thus resulting in her, the Girls, and Donny getting caught.
* PottyEmergency: Has a very brief one in "The Last Donnycorn" while Donny tells the Girls a story.
-->'''Bubbles''': Wait! ''[Drawn with BlackBeadEyes, [[BlushSticker blushing]]]'' [[CallingYourBathroomBreaks I gots to potty]].
-->'''Buttercup''': Seriously?
--> ''[cut to Bubbles walking out of the bathroom and toilet flushing sound is heard]''
* PuttingThePeeInPool: At one random point in "A Star Is Blossom", Bubbles admits to peeing in the bath.
* ThreateningMediator: In "Largo", she forces Blossom and Buttercup and Allegro and Largo to apologize to each other in order to get rid of the rain cloud. To say the least, all of them quickly fall in line when they realize she's serious.
-->'''Bubbles:''' Now, we're going to have a tea party, (throws Blossom and Buttercup to the table) and we're going to have a nice time, (throws Allegro and Largo to the table) because you're all going to apologize to each other, RIGHT NOW! Or do I have to get '''mad'''?!
* TraumaticHaircut: In "Bubbles of the Opera", her hair was made very short at the hands of the same lady who gave Bubbles a terrible school photo.
* TheUnfavorite: She feared becoming this in "Road Tripping". She is proven not to be this, however.
* VoiceChangeling: "Man Up 2" reveals her to be good at vocal mimicry.
* VocalDissonance: In this version, her [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ATpCYHmqmA voice deepens]] when she cries.
* WolfInSheepsClothing: Her darker side comes out more often in the new series. She acts nice most of the time, but she'll go demonic the second things don't go her way and she'll revert to her [[CuteAndPsycho cute yet mentally unstable]] self.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Buttercup]]
[[quoteright:302:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/buttercup_ref01.png]]
* AdaptationalIntelligence: She's in AP math. In the original, she was terrible at math.
* AdaptationalJerkass: Her bullying, aggressiveness, and overall bad behavior has been amped up this version.
* BewareTheSillyOnes: She is immature, naughty, and loves making jokes, but she will get serious when she has to.
* BluntYes: Responded this way in "Bubbles of the Opera" when Bubbles asked her if she looked ugly.
* CharacterExaggeration: In the reboot her aggressiveness has been upped. She does a lot of the fighting and is angrier than in the [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls original show]], to the point where an episode has her sisters essentially staging an intervention to get her to calm down after she goes into a berserk rage where she severely destroys a festival and gives Bubbles a black eye. Even outside of fighting she does things like being the ClassClown when in the original continuity she only did that alongside other kids.
* GenkiGirl: A tomboyish version. She's rebellious and impulsive.
* GrowlingGut: Her stomach rumbles in the [[http://comicsalliance.com/idw-powerpuff-girls-1-preview/ first 2016 comic book]] while searching for snacks to watch her favorite show.
-->'''Buttercup''': Good gut. Down, girl.
* HatesWearingDresses: She is fine with her default dress, but she hates ''frilly'' dresses.
* TheHyena: In the 2016 series, she'll burst out laughing [[HehHehYouSaidX at any mention of "butts"]].
* InferioritySuperiorityComplex: Her behavior in this version shows signs that she really doesn't think too highly of herself. Her toughness is possibly just a way to get some form of attention since her sisters out of the three get the most.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: As in the original she can sometime do things for her own ends but will ultimately do the right thing. She volunteers to take care of her sick sisters in "Sister Sitter", but it was only to stay home from school. When she realizes she messed up, she take responsibility and goes to stop their monster form (long story, it was a weird flu that turns people into giant warthogs)
* KnowNothingKnowItAll: In "People Pleaser" she claims to know about biomes. Turns out later that she has no idea what she was doing when "helping" Bubbles and only makes Bubbles's biome project look worse.
* MouthyKid: In "Painbow", she makes some disrespectful remarks when Ms. Keane is giving a lesson.
* TheNapoleon: Short-statured and intimidating.
* TheNicknamer: She calls Blossom "Bloss" and Bubbles "Bubs" in this version. When she's in a snarkier mood, "Ribbonhead" and "Pigtails", respectively.
* PsychoticSmirk: Prone to giving over-confident smirks whenever she gains the upper hand in battle.
* NoYou: She's prone to arguing this way. In "Sugar, Spice, and Super Lice", when she grows her hair out into an unhealthily long mullet, Blossom tells her "these are exactly the kinds of things you do that cause problems". Buttercup retorts, "No, you're exactly the kinds of things that cause problems!"
* RedEyesTakeWarning: In "Air Buttercup", accompanied by [[HighPressureEmotion steam coming out her ears]].
* SoreLoser: She was furious at Bubbles for losing them the kickball game in "Little Octi Lost" [[DisproportionateRetribution and even hid Octi from her because of it]]. In fairness, she wasn't wrong, Bubbles could've caught it herself but thought it would be a good idea to have Octi (y'know the ''stuffed animal'') to do it.
* TomboyishVoice: Her tomboy persona is accentuated by her low voice, which sounds a lot like that of a boy.
* VerbalTic: In this version you'd be hard pressed finding a sentence she says that doesn't begin with "Dude..."
* WouldHurtAChild: In "Professor Proofed", she has no qualms with trying to beat up a baby that was [[AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever grown to large size due to being hit with a growth ray]].

[[folder:Bliss]]
!!Blisstina "Bliss" Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/powerpuff_girls_bliss.png]]

->'''Voiced by''': Creator/OliviaOlson (US), Alesha Dixon (UK), Toya Delazy (South Africa), Wendy "Wengie" Ayche (Australia/NZ), Masasa Moyo (other regions)

The newly added fifth (but chronologically first) Powerpuff Girl. She was promoted as the fourth Powerpuff Girl in promotional material.
----
* AmbiguouslyBrown: She has dark skin, but her race or ethnicity is not stated. She's an ArtificialHuman either way, so it might not even be relevant.
* ComboPlatterPowers: She's got all the powers of the original girls and more.
* FlawedPrototype: While stronger than her younger sisters, she has much more trouble controlling her powers and can make her a danger to those around her when she loses control of her emotions.
* HartmanHips: An innocent childlike design. Then again, she is a few years older than her siblings and is explicitly a teenager.
* MindOverMatter: Apparently seemed to have gain this power during her away time after he debut.
* LongLostRelative: She's the presumed-deceased older sister of the triplets.
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Unlike the previous Powerpuff Girls, she has an unnatural hair color. Also, despite being a teenager, she doesn't match the teen designs of the Powerpuff Girls depicted in the original series' episode "The City of Clipsville" (though, considering the heavy tongue-in-cheek nature of that sequence, it likely isn't accurate).
* OddNameOut: She's the only Powerpuff with nickname and she's the only one with middle names. Bliss' name also doesn't have a meaning behind it like Blossom or Bubbles'. "Blisstina" isn't even a word.
* OverlyLongName: Blisstina Francesca Francia Mariam Alicia Utonium.
* PurpleIsPowerful: Her iconic color is purple and she's dangerously powerful.
* PutOnABus:
** Leaves at the end of "Power of Four" to go push Saturn back into its original orbit, likely to [[StatusQuoIsGod avoid turning the trio into a permanent quartet]]. A softer fate than the purple predecessor Bunny in the original series who got KilledOffForReal.
** She does return in "Never Been Blissed", seeking the girls' help in tracking down a dangerous alien. After the matter is resolved, she has to leave again to go testify against said alien and due to being made a member of the "Universal Bureau of Protection", which will have her fighting crime out in space. However, she promises to come visit her family when she can, making this more CommutingOnABus.
* RememberTheNewGirl: She was created years before Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup, but went missing and the professor never told his daughters about her.
* SixthRanger: She appears as the fifth Powerpuff, though her duties out in space means her appearances are limited.
* SuperPrototype: Is the first created Powerpuff Girl, and is stronger than her younger siblings, having AllYourPowersCombined.
[[/folder]]

!!Utonium Household
[[folder:Professor Utonium]]
* ArtEvolution: In the 2016 series he has a rounder face, and has some gray streaks in his hair.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: Despite some bumbling nature, he can show he can be formidable on occasions such as tricking the girls into going to sleep with a pillow invention of his, confronting the Fashionistas single-handily while forbiding the girls to help or hustiling Ace in a basketball game of "Horse" to get back his invention that he conned out of the girls.
* BumblingDad: Utonium is one of these instead of the StandardFiftiesFather he originally was. He's not just an AbsentMindedProfessor either, he's just more bumbling in general. The show does allow him his moments though.
* LethalChef: His attempts at cooking chili once resulted in a hazmat team taping off the house.
* VocalEvolution: Sounds somewhat older in the 2016 series. Justified as Tom Kane is older.

->'''Voiced by''': Creator/RogerCraigSmith
A robotic assistant that, as his namesake suggest, reminds the family of certain things.
----
* BrokenRecord: "(Blank)-time! (Blank)-time! (Blank)-time!"
* BuriedAlive: Or at least "Buried while still functional" as it manages to re-activate itself long enough to crawl out from the ground Buttercup buried him in.
* OneWingedAngel: He actually has a defense mode built into him that unwittingly activated when Blossom and Buttercup try to erase its memory, turning into a much more threatening force.
* RobotBuddy: For the professor at least and maybe with Bubbles. But Blossom and Buttercup can't stand the thing.

[[folder:Allegro]]
!!Allegro

->'''Appearances''': ''[[Recap/ThePowerpuffGirls2016S01Ep04Painbow Painbow]]'' | ''[[Recap/ThePowerpuffGirls2016Ep38SomewhereOverTheSwingset Somewhere Over the Swingset]]'' | ''[[Recap/ThePowerpuffGirls2016S03E08Largo Largo]]''
->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/EricBauza
A panda-like creature with strange powers.
----
* AcidTripDimension: Allegro's... world, so to speak, looks like what one would see on the ultimate of highs.
* AffablyEvil: Sure is friendly and nice for somebody who's a villain.
* AntiVillain: He's not malicious, more so inconsiderate of how his powers affect the people around him and the resulting collateral damage.
* BearyFunny: A very silly villain, and also takes the form of a panda bear.
* BearsAreBadNews: Very much with this kind of bear...
* BewareTheSillyOnes: He's quite the goofy sort, but his rainbow causes everyone to act silly enough to cause havoc.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: His rainbow induces people into an ecstatic trance that makes them overly happy to the point of it being unsettling.
* BrokenRecord: "I just want to party. I just want to party. I just want to party."
* CatchPhrase: "It's party time!"
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Allegro is quite the weirdo. He also causes other people to act like this too.
* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: To HIM from the previous series. Both are powerful, supernatural creatures with immense reality-warping abilities, both characters resemble animals, both characters are {{Sissy Villain}}s, and both characters draw their power from emotions. However, HIM draws power from negative emotions while Allegro draws his power from happiness. Also, HIM is a genuinely competent and menacing villain who is more than capable of taking on the girls while Allegro is an IneffectualSympatheticVillain who never fights the girls himself.
* TheCorrupter:
** "Painbow": He turns the citizens of Townsville into happy, fun-loving zombies.
** "Somewhere Over the Swingset": Subverted. He tries to keep the Girls in his alternate Townsville by giving them an ideal world, but they don't buy it.
* CuddleBug: He thinks that hugs make everything better.
* DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything: The way he constantly tries to hug and force himself onto Buttercup, despite her repeatedly saying no, makes him come off as a complete pedophile.
-->'''Allegro:''' You're harshing the party vibes! I know! Give me a hug!
-->'''Buttercup:''' Ugh! No way, man! I'm having a moment!
-->'''Allegro:''' Hug me! Hugs make everything better!
-->'''Buttercup:''' Dude, ''no!''
-->'''Allegro:''' Just one little hug...!
-->'''Buttercup:''' ''Back off!''
-->'''Allegro:''' Hug me! Give me a hug!
-->'''Buttercup:''' Get away from me, you creep!
-->'''Allegro:''' Come on! Just ''[[PunctuatedForEmphasis One. Little. Hug...!]]''
-->'''Buttercup:''' I said '''''NO!'''''
* EmotionEater: His second appearance reveals, though doesn't explicitly state, that he gets stronger by feeding off the happiness of others, which is why he tries to instill as much happiness in others as possible.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He may be a party animal but can't ''stand'' [[TheEeyore Largo]] since he pretty much brings down his party vibes and practically walks off from Bubbles' tea party when he sees him. [[spoiler: Considering Largo's the literal other half of the being they once were, it's not surprising.]]
* EvilCounterpart: His debut appearance makes him one to Buttercup. Both characters are immature party animals who want to have fun, but while Buttercup comes to recognize that there are times when one needs to be serious, Allegro wants to have fun, even if it hurts others in the process.
* FusionDance: [[spoiler:He's one half of the Cosmic Bear, the other being Largo. Allegro represents the Cosmic Bear's cheery side, while Largo is all his negative traits. The two merge together once more by the end of the episode, effectively ending Allegro as a villain.]]
* GigglingVillain: He ''loves'' doing this, maybe a bit ''too'' much.
* HeelFaceTurn: [[spoiler: Remerges with Largo to become the Cosmic Bear once more by the end of "Largo".]]
* IneffectualSympatheticVillain: Out of all the main antagonists of the reboot, he is by far the least effective. His plans rarely come to fruition, his panda form is very fragile and shatters in a few hits, and he doesn't seem to have any fighting prowess.
* LiteralSplitPersonality: The episode "Largo" reveals [[spoiler: he's actually one half of a being named the Cosmic Bear with the other being Largo. Both representing his positive and negative sides, Allegro being the cheery side who only wishes to make people happy (even if it's forced) and Largo representing the sadness and depression. Ultimately Bubbles manages to get the two to accept each other which allows them to re-merge back into Cosmic Bear.]]
* LotusEaterMachine: His second appearance had him attempt to trap the girls in a world where they weren't needed since the Mayor could run the city on his own and all the villains were reformed just so he could feed off their happiness. The girls however don't go for it and manage to escape.
* MadeOfPlasticine: His panda form is not terribly durable, needing only a few hits to shatter it and reveal his true form.
* MasterOfIllusion: More so in "Somewhere Over the Swingset", where he creates a fake, ideal world for the Girls to live in, where all the citizens are just his army in disguise.
* MeaningfulName: The word "Allegro" can mean "cheerful" or "with joy". This is quite fitting, considering that Allegro wants the citizens of Townsville to be happy.
* MonsterClown: Disguises himself as this in his second appearance to lure the girls into riding a swingset that traps them in a LotusEaterMachine.
* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: He constantly tries to hug others even when they're unwilling.
* ObliviouslyEvil: He doesn't seem to have even the basic understanding that what he's doing is wrong.
* PerpetualSmiler: He is almost never seen without that creepy grin of his.
* PsychopathicManchild: Allegro has the mindset of an immature teenager who just wants an eternally carefree life of non-stop partying.
* ThePollyanna: Allegro is a carefree, perpetually-joyful panda. He brainwashes other people into acting this way as well.
* RealityWarper: Seems to have this power. He can create a rainbow that instills happiness in anyone who looks at it, can shapeshift and disguise himself into other forms, can trap people in dream worlds among other magical feats.
* ShakingTheRump: What Allegro is infamous for in his episode, where he actually engages in the act of [[{{Squick}} twerking]] with a brainwashed Blossom and Bubbles. No, you did ''not'' read that wrong.
* SissyVillain: Has a high-piched voice and acts very effeminate, but is still dangerous in his own right.
* StealthPun: He loves to party and resembles a panda. [[spoiler:He's a party animal.]]
* ThirdPersonPerson: Talks like this most of the time, but drops it whenever he gets annoyed.
* WingdingEyes: Has rainbow circles in his eyes. Gives those same type of eyes to those affected by his powers, as well.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Wants people to be happy, but goes a bit overboard, since it keeps them from realizing what they're doing, like crashing cars and wrecking buildings. Though given that his second appearance reveals that he feeds off positive emotions, it's possible that he's doing it mostly for himself and not for others.

A new supervillain with a lumberjack motif who is half-man and half-boy, and wants all of Townsville to be manly.
----
* AngryWhiteMan: Believes that girls and effeminate men [[FeelingOppressedByTheirExistence have turned Townsville into a dystopia]] that he needs to reclaim.
* ArchEnemy: He views Buttercup as one.
* BeardOfEvil: And he can use his beard to attack people.
* DefiantToTheEnd: Despite getting beaten to a pulp and thrown into the distance, he continues to mock Buttercup.
* DumbMuscle: For his age, his strength is impressive. Too bad he's woefully in over his head when he picks fights with the Powerpuff Girls.
* EarlyBirdCameo: Similar to the Bikini Sisters, he makes a cameo in the intro. Specifically, he's getting kicked in the face by Blossom.
* EnemyMine: Forms one with Blossom and Buttercup when a bearded Bubbles proves too much for him.
* EvilIsPetty: In his second appearance, he steals all the water in Townsville... so he can water his huge lawn.
* {{Foil}}: To the Powerpuff Girls. While the girls are a parody of the "Girl Power" fad, Man Boy is a negative parody of [=MRAs=] (men's rights activists), [=PUAs=] (pick-up artists) and [=MGTOWs=] (men going their own way). Both sets of movements mistakenly believe that strength is measured in how violent and domineering their respective genders are.
* HeManWomanHater: A brawny manly-man of a boy who hates all women and "effeminate men" for no real reason aside from that's what he thinks a man should act like.
* HumongousMecha: Controlled a mecha made of wood.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Feels that not conforming to traditional gender roles is a form of oppression, but doesn't have a problem forcing those same roles on the unwilling.
* {{Jerkass}}: He's an arrogant little twerp who acts what he thinks a man should be: a humongous asshole.
* ManChild: Inverted in a way, because he's a child acting out what he ''thinks'' a man should be.
* MightyLumberjack: His main motif.
* MindOverMatter: Capable of animating objects such as lumber robots, meat, and even his beard to move how he wants through sheer manly willpower.
* TheNapoleon: He doesn't just suffer of dwarfism. In this case, he is, deep down, quite malicious.
* PrehensileHair: His beard in this case, which he uses in fights. He can even regrow it through force of will.
* {{Revenge}}: After he's beaten by Buttercup the first time, he targets her specifically afterward.
* StrawMisogynist: Has very childish opinions about girls and refuses to acknowledge Buttercup's toughness, even as she's beating him up. Somewhat justified, as he's just a kid, and really stupid.
* TestosteronePoisoning: Considers himself a "manly man", and his overall goal is to make all of Townsville as such.
* UnderestimatingBadassery: Doesn't see the Powerpuffs as threats, since to him, they're just girls, despite the three ''clearly being known as Townsville's superheroines.''
* WouldHitAGirl: Considering he's a misogynistic enemy of the Powerpuff Girls, yeah, he doesn't seem to have any qualms about hurting them.
* YoungerThanHeLooks: It's easy to mistake him for a fully-grown adult, but he's actually just a kid with "manly" abilities and physique.

A.K.A The Fashionistas. A pair of fashion obsessed criminal sisters.
----
* AmbiguouslyRelated: They're sisters but they're of different species. It's unclear if they're adopted sisters or not.
* AwLookTheyReallyDoLoveEachOther: In "Bridezilla", Bianca confesses to trying to ruin Barbarus' wedding, but only because she was afraid that Barbarus would leave her. She later comes to terms with it, because it would make her sister happy. [[spoiler:Sure, the wedding got called off anyway, but it's still a touching moment.]]
* BeautyIsBad: Bianca is attractive, except for those odd eyebrows. She's even prettier when her hair is down.
* CombatStilettos: Bianca wears some that have hidden blades. Wears them on her hands when fighting.
* EarlyBirdCameo: They can be seen in the intro even though they don't make an appearance until "Bye Bye Bellum".
* EnemyMine: Bianca forms one with the girls, in order to stop Barbarus' wedding with Mojo Jojo.
* FanDisservice: Barbarus Bikini wears more revealing clothing than her sister and also happens to be a huge gorilla.
* TheFashionista: Care more about fashion and trends than anything. They are even called The Fashionistas, starting with "Fashion Forward".
* FemmeFatale: Bianca moreso, especially in "Bye, Bye, Bellum".
* HartmanHips: Bianca's lower body is ''huge''.
* InterspeciesFriendship: A team of a human and gorilla. Although they claim to be sisters.
* InterspeciesRomance: Barbarus is a gorilla who falls for Mojo Jojo, who is a chimpanzee. Their relationship ultimately doesn't work out.
* LettingHerHairDown: When Bianca goes on the attack, she undoes the bun in her hair.
* MindControl: Their second appearance has them selling scarfs dubbed Smooji's and, once they were popular enough, activating them to wrap around their victims heads to control them.
* NonIndicativeName: In spite of their surname being Bikini, only Barbarus' attire remotely resembles a bikini. This may be the reason behind their SuddenNameChange.
* PokeThePoodle: Their idea of "destroying" the Powerpuffs is to...dip them in tye-dye and make them look tacky. Their next scheme in "Fashion Forward", however, is a lot more dastardly.
* RememberTheNewGuy: They have fought the Powerpuff Girls before their debut episode ''Bye Bye, Bellum''.
* TheSpeechless: Barbarus is never heard saying anything over than a few growling noises.
* SiblingsInCrime: They're sisters. Weirdly, Barbarus seems to be a gorilla. The implication is that they're adopted.
* SuddenNameChange: They were originally introduced as the Bikini Sisters, but starting with "Fashion Forward", they are called the Fashionistas.

A mutant, human-sized rat that lives in the Townsville dump who likes to take shiny things and hoard them.
----
* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: Got mutated into a goo covered gigantic beast in "Strong Armed" due to toxic waste spilling on him. He's back to normal by the end of the episode.
* AttentionDeficitOohShiny: His entire character centers around this one trait. Packrat ''loves'' shiny things.
* BeastMan: He's a mutated, humanoid rat.
* TheBeastmaster: Can command regular rats to act as his minions.
* CallingCard: Packrat deliberately leaves cards to notify the owners of whatever object he's stealing, that he's the culprit.
* CompanionCube: Doubles as a RunningGag, he always seems to have different objects (such as a portrait of a doll or a hula bobble figure for example) which he treats as his "girlfriends", only to lose them in the end in some fashion. It also drives his obsession with shiny things since he steals them as "presents".
* ChuckCunninghamSyndrome: Doesn't show up much past season 1. He does make a brief return in "Total Eclipse of the Kart".
* FunnySchizophrenia: If he does have schizophrenia, which it is implied he does. It's all played for comedy.
* MeaningfulName: A packrat is a type of rodent that accumulates in mounds of trash or a person who hoards massive quantities of items, but discards none of it. Given Packrat is literally a rat, lives in a junkyard, surrounded by trash, this is quite fitting.
* TheMentallyDisturbed: He appears to have some form of schizophrenia, seeing that he apparently can hear his inanimate objects talk to him.
* HumongousMecha: Wielded one made out of the shiny things he collected in his debut episode ("Little Octi Lost"). It was easily destroy by Blossom, however.
* RememberTheNewGuy: Like the Bikini sisters, the girls have apparently dealt with him before.
* ShoutOut: Designed to look like something made by Creator/DrSeuss.
** His obsession with shiny things seems to be a reference to [[Literature/TheLordoftheRings Gollum]].
* ThirdPersonPerson: Always refers to himself as "Packrat".
* YouDirtyRat: Well, he ''is'' a rat, and a supervillain.
* YourSizeMayVary: In one scene he's big enough to push down two office buildings that are several stories tall, but when the dust settles he isn't nearly that big. It seems that the animators and WritersHaveNoSenseOfScale.

->'''Voiced by:''' Creator/JasonSpisak
An enigmatic, technological supervillain with a personal grudge against the Powerpuff Girls.
----
* ActuallyADoombot: Silico is fond of using holograms and other decoys. In “Halt and Catch Silico”, it’s revealed that he’d been a hologram the entire time. Buttercup even Lampshades it as a supervillain cliche. He takes it a step further in “The Troubles With Bubbles”, where he’s implied to have uploaded himself into a computer, and is now capable of making 3D copies of himself.
* ArtEvolution: He wasn’t drawn with ears in his first appears, and his mouth was visible when talking.
* AtLeastIAdmitIt: Wholeheartedly agrees with Buttercup when the latter calls him “messed up”, but blames the girls for it.
-->'''Buttercup''': Dude, you're messed up.\
'''Silico''': Yes, I ''am'' messed up.
* BadassNormal: Silico himself isn’t the most imposing figure nor does he possess any superpowers, but he more than makes up for it with his intelligence and has a wide assortment of technology to level the playing field.
* TheBadGuyWins: In the episode "Viral Spiral". While the Amoeba Boys were defeated by the girls, Silico’s microchip released a swarm of viruses that transmit data to him.
-->'''Silico''': Ah, Powerpuff Girls, you may have won the battle, but you've already lost the ''war''.
** Subverted in "Lights Out". He ''thinks'' he won, but it's ultimately an illusion conjured by Bubbles.
* BaldOfEvil: The shape of his head suggests that he doesn't have any hair. This is confirmed in "Halt and Catch Silico", where the outline of his younger self's head suggests the presence of hair and he is still shown as having a round head devoid of noticeable follicles in present day.
* BigNo: Has a few occasionally.
** “Halt and Catch Silico”: As a child in his flashback when he witnessed his robot friends crushed by a monster the girls were fighting.
** “The Trouble With Bubbles”: When the Bubbles clone turns on him and later pulls him to his supposed demise.
* BrainsEvilBrawnGood: He's an evil computer genius who seeks to destroy the more physically powerful, titular heroines.
* BrainUploading: Uploads his conscience into a 3D clone of himself at the end of “The Trouble With Bubbles”.
* BreakoutVillain: Given the series is a LighterAndSofter reboot, many were pleasantly surprised to see Silico debut as a genuine VileVillainSaccharineShow, and the fact that [[TheBadGuyWins he actually succeeds at the end of the episode]], quickly turned him into [[EnsembleDarkHorse the most popular new villain within the show]].
* TheChessmaster: He's very good at misleading others and playing them to his advantage.
* ChildProdigy: His backstory in “Halt and Catch Silico” reveals that he was gifted in robotics.
* ColorMotif: He's largely associated with green and bright blue. The blue tends to be used with an eerie glow effect, while the green is utilized in TronLines. His eyes are also green.
* TheComicallySerious: Even he has his moments.
** In "Viral Spiral," when dealing with the Amoeba Boys' stupidity:
--->''(Silico tosses them a microchip.)''\
'''Bossman:''' What's this?\
'''Silico:''' It will not only destroy the game, it will wipe out the entire Internet.\
''(The Amoeba Boys just stand there, silent.)''\
'''Silico:''' It will be a worldwide catastrophe.\
''(The Amoeba Boys still look clueless.)''\
'''Silico:''' ... Which will ''really'' annoy the Powerpuff Girls.\
''(The Amoeba Boys immediately become intrigued.)''
** In "Halt and Catch Silico," when the Powerpuff Girls confront him at Silico Industries:
--->'''Buttercup:''' Okay, that's it computer face, you're going down!\
'''Silico:''' No Buttercup, it is ''you'' that will be going--\
''(Buttercup punches the screen. Another appears.)''\
'''Silico:''' Don't do that. It won't--\
''(Buttercup punches the screen again. It's replaced by a third.)''\
'''Silico:''' Stop that. It's super annoy--\
''(Buttercup punches the screen yet again.)''
* ConsummateLiar: If only by virtue of Townsville easily believing everything he posts on the Muckbucket.
* ContrastingSequelAntagonist: To Mojo Jojo. Both characters are villains with no superpowers beyond their immense intellect and have a deep, personal grudge against the Powerpuff Girls, but Mojo is a superintelligent monkey while Silico is a human computer genius. Also, while Mojo can be a threatening villain from time to time, he has an almost equal share of comedy. Silico, on the other hand, is played entirely straight as a genuine, competent threat with no comedic quirks, save for his occasional [[TheComicallySerious comically serious]] moments.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: The head of both Silico Industries and Tech Co., and uses their resources in his vendetta against the girls.
* TheCracker: Hijacks the Internet in “Viral Spiral”, with the girls none the wiser.
* CrazyPrepared: He knows how to cover his bases.
** “Viral Spiral”: While the Amoeba Boys fail to directly plant his virus into the hub of the Internet, the chip simply opens to reveal several viruses that spread throughout the Internet anyway.
** “Halt and Catch Silico”: When the girls confront him in his headquarters, he escapes via his keyboard. It's even blatantly labeled 'Escape'.
** “The Trouble With Bubbles”: After the Bubbles clone seemingly pulls him to his death, the end reveals that he not only survived but can upload his conscience into 3D copies of himself, essentially allowing him to cheat death.
* CreateYourOwnVillain: When the girls knock a monster onto Silico's workshop, with his friends still inside, they accidentally trigger his StartOfDarkness.
* CreepyMonotone: Speaks in a very even, almost robotic voice.
* CurbStompBattle: After stealing the Professor’s suit, he absolutely trounces the girls in a fight. Shortly after, he’s on the receiving end of one himself by [[PapaWolf the Professor]].
* CutLexLuthorACheck: With all of his technological inventions and marvels, he could make a pretty sizable profit or even do some good in the world, but instead uses them for personal revenge.
* DarkIsEvil: He’s literally a dark supervillain, always shrouded in silhouette.
* DiminishingVillainThreat: In his debut episode, he plays the Amoeba Boys for complete tools, and succeeds in hijacking the Internet with the girls unaware of his existence. In his “Halt and Catch Silico”, he initiates a smear campaign against the girls, but the articles are blatantly false and downright petty. He recovers somewhat in “Take Your Kids to Dooms Day”, successfully manipulating the Professor into creating a suit that allows him to defeat the Powerpuff Girls, but he also holds the VillainBall when one of his holograms spills his entire plot to the Professor, allowing him to plan ahead. He seems to have recovered fully in “The Trouble With Bubbles”, successfully hacking Bubbles’ 3D printer to sabotage her clone and later cheat death by creating 3D clones of himself to imitate anyone he desires, including the Professor.
* DisneyVillainDeath: He seemingly perishes in "The Trouble With Bubbles", when the Bubbles clone performs a Taking You with Me before she self-destructs. He later turns out to be NotQuiteDead, and uploads his conscience into a 3D clone of himself.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Hates the Powerpuffs because they accidentally knocked a monster they were fighting into his workshop where he had built mini-robots to be his friends. Considering the resources he has at his disposal, it wouldn't be hard to replace them, but he instead focuses on revenge.
* EmpoweredBadassNormal: Upon acquiring the Professor's suit in "Take Your Kids to Dooms Day", he's not only faster and more agile, but NighInvulnerable as well.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: When he debuts in "Viral Spiral", he approaches the Amoeba Boys after knocking out the power around them and ominously convincing the gang to carry out a hijacking of the Internet for him under the pretense that it would "really annoy the Powerpuff Girls".
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: He was very fond of his robotic creations, and was distraught when they were destroyed. He even went out of his way to dig graves for each and every one of them.
* EvilGenius: An antagonist who happens to be a robotics prodigy.
* EvilIsPetty: His entire grudge against the Powerpuff Girls stems from them accidentally dropping a monster on his workshop and destroying his toy robots; "Halt and Catch Silico" has him writing false articles about the girls to smear their reputation.
* EvilLaugh: He possesses a nasal, but somewhat malevolent laughter.
* FaceFramedInShadow: His face is always shrouded in darkness.
* TheFaceless: Because of the aforementioned Face Framed in Shadow, we don’t see any distinguishing features beyond the green eyes.
* FriendlessBackground: His flashback in "Halt and Catch Silico" reveals that he never had any friends, so he used his technical expertise to make toy robots to be his, before they were crushed by a monster falling onto his workshop.
* FreudianExcuse: His parents weren't always there for him, so he created robots to keep him company, until they were all inadvertently destroyed by a monster the girls were fighting. This appears to be his primary motivation for revenge.
* FreudianExcuseIsNoExcuse: [[spoiler:PlayedForLaughs, but, how does Buttercup respond to learning about his FreudianExcuse? [[NoSympathy She calls him "messed up"]]]].
* FromNobodyToNightmare: He was a relatively normal, yet lonely child with a gift for technology. The loss of his friends drove him to become a villain hellbent on revenge.
* GadgeteerGenius: Is capable of creating several [[MechaMooks robotic minions]], which he controls with a handy keyboard. Said keyboard also comes with a convenient escape button.
* GreenAndMean: He seems to have green eyes and he's shown to be a villain.
* HiddenVillain: The girls remain completely unaware of his involvement with the Amoeba Boys in “Viral Spiral”.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: He’s killed by the Bubbles clone when he activates its self-destruct mechanism in a last-ditch effort to destroy the girls.
* IShallTauntYou: Swarms Blossom with multiple false articles that insult her character.
* IllKillYou: "Yes, I ''am'' messed up. You've messed me up. And one day, I'll mess ''you'' up, and you'll never see it coming!"
* ItAmusedMe: Doubles as {{Sadist}}; Silico clearly got a kick out of tricking the Girls into delivering a NoHoldsBarredBeatdown on Mojo under false pretenses.
* ItsPersonal: Silico has it out for the girls after they inadvertently destroyed his robot friends.
* KickTheDog: Almost gets the girls lynched after writing false articles about them on the Muckbucket. He also falsely implicates Mojo Jojo of cooking kittens, knowing the girls would beat the snot out of him for it. However…
* LaughingMad: At the end of "Lights Out", Silico is locked away in an asylum, laughing maniacally as he's convinced he's finally destroyed the girls.
* LeanAndMean: Not the most imposing figure, but compensates with his intellect.
* {{Leitmotif}}: There's a sinister score that accompanies him whenever he appears.
* LotusEaterMachine: Bubbles uses his own device against him in "Lights Out", trapping him in a dream where he thinks he destroyed the Powerpuff Girls.
* MaliciousSlander: His entire plan in a nutshell in “Halt and Catch Silico”.
* ManipulativeBastard: Silico plays everyone like a fiddle. In “Viral Spiral”, used the Amoeba Boys as pawns to plant his virus into the Internet. Then, in “Halt and Catch Silico”, he turns Townsville against the girls with a few false articles and even plays the girls for saps when he sics them on Mojo under the pretense he was cooking kittens. In “Takes Your Kids to Dooms Day”, he tricks the Professor into creating a super suit for him to defeat the girls with.
* TheManBehindTheMan: He’s the one behind the Amoeba Boys in “Viral Spiral”.
* MasterOfIllusion: He utilizes various complex holograms and decoys to fool the girls.
** "Halt and Catch Silico": He makes judicious use of holograms and solid robots, making it difficult for the Girls to tell which ones are actually real.
--->(''The Girls attempt to attack a robot but go right through it.'')
--->'''Buttercup:''' What gives?! These guys aren't real! They're holograms!
--->(''One of the '''real''' robots punches the Girls into the wall.'')
--->'''Blossom:''' I think some of them are real...
--->'''Silico:''' Indeed. You can't believe everything you see... or ''read''.
** "Take Your Kids to Dooms Day": All of the other Tech Co. employees are holograms, with himself disguised as “Ms. Licosi”.
** "The Trouble With Bubbles": Taking things a step further, he can now create 3D copies of himself and alter their likeness to imitate anyone he chooses.
* MeaningfulName: In a meta sense "Halt and Catch Silico" is a spin on the TV series Series/HaltAndCatchFire. One of the main settings, is the Silicon Valley. Remove the N and what do you get? Silico.
** Also, the phrase "In silico" refers to an experiment performed on computer or via computer simulation.
* MisplacedRetribution: The entire ordeal he suffered was a complete accident, being the result of collateral damage.
* NearVillainVictory: Comes very close to destroying the Powerpuff Girls time and again but falls short.
** “Halt and Catch Silico”: He had the girls on the ropes for most of their fight, until he called Blossom disorganized, causing her to destroy his lair.
** “Take Your Kids to Dooms Day”: Defeats the girls with the Professor’s suit, but is foiled at the last minute by the Professor himself, who came prepared with his own suit.
** “The Trouble With Bubbles”: His 3D clone of Bubbles overwhelmed the girls and would have killed them had the clone not inherited too much of Bubbles’ personality.
* NoYou: Buttercup interrupts him before he even finishes.
--> '''Buttercup:''' Okay, that's it computer face, you're going down!
--> '''Silico:''' No Buttercup, it is ''you'' that will be going--
-->''(Buttercup punches the screen.)''
* NonStandardCharacterDesign: While only seen in silhouette for the most part, his appearance is much more angular and lanky, in comparison to the fairly round designs of the rest of the cast, excepting his bald head. He almost looks like he's from [[WesternAnimation/ThePowerpuffGirls the original series]].
* NotQuiteDead: Although the Bubbles clone kills him at the end of "The Problem With Bubbles", The Stinger reveals that he can simply upload his conscience into 3D copies of himself in the event that he's "killed".
* OnlyOneName: It's unknown if Silico is his real name or just a pseudonym/alias. It's likely the former, as his robot friends referred to him as Silico, even as a child.
* ParentalNeglect: His parents were never around when he was a child, which contributed to his feelings of isolation.
* RapidFireTyping: With his keyboard, he's able to conjure up multiple articles within a remarkably short period of time.
* {{Revenge}}: His sole motivation for destroying the Powerpuff Girls is because of a grudge born after they accidentally knocked a monster onto his workshop, destroying his robot friends.
* SayMyName: When the girls confront him for the first time, he introduces himself. Over and over again.
-->'''Silico:''' I am Silico.
-->''(More screens appear)''
-->'''Silico''': Silico.
-->''(More screens appear)''
-->'''Silico:''' Silico.
-->''(More screens appear)''
-->'''Silico:''' Silico. '''Silico.'''
* SharpDressedMan: Although it's obscured, he appears to be wearing some kind of suit. It becomes more literal in "Take Your Kids to Dooms Day", where he uses the Professor's new suit to fight the Girls one on three.
* SignificantAnagram: His alias "Ms. Licosi" in "Take You Kids to Dooms Day" is really an anagram for "Silico".
* SinisterSilhouettes: He has no discernable features, always appearing as a dark silhouette with green eyes.
* StartOfDarkness: He was once a normal child who suffered from ParentalNeglect and a FriendlessBackground. He was [[ChildProdigy gifted]], however, and put his talents to use by creating his own friends: little robots who would keep him company. However, that all ended when the Powerpuff Girls came into his life, knocking a monster onto his workshop, crushing all of his friends in the process. Distraught by their "deaths" and angry at the girls' carelessness, he swore to destroy the heroines.
* TragicVillain: He only became a villain because he lost the only friends he ever had. After he escapes in "Halt and Catch Silico", Blossom and Bubbles even say that they feel sorry for him.
* {{Troll}}: Devolves into this in “Halt and Catch Silico”, writing false articles to smear the girls’ reputation.
* TronLines: His lair is packed to the brim with these. This seems to be a recurring theme with his technology.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: Silico is surprisingly threatening villain, especially considering the LighterAndSofter tone of the 2016 series.
* VillainExitStageLeft:
** "Halt and Catch Silico": After his lair is destroyed, he escapes to plot another day.
** "The Trouble With Bubbles": He tries to pull another one, but the Bubbles clone foils his escape attempt.
* VillainHasAPoint: Silico's point about the girls being careless and--though unintentionally--causing destruction whenever they save the world, is completely valid and understandable. The methods he resorts to, however, don't do him any favors.
* VillainousUnderdog: He lacks any real superpowers, but he does have a gift in robotics and is quite intelligent.
* WeakButSkilled: Physically speaking, he's a much weaker opponent than most of the antagonists the girls have faced, but he's an extremely skilled hacker and inventor.
* WeWillMeetAgain: Proclaims this at the end of "Halt and Catch Silico".

A new student in adventurer gear that comes to Midway Elementary.
----
* AdventurerArchaeologist: Claims she's an amateur one and looks the part. But subverted later as she always gets others to do her work.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: Comes off as nice and friendly to the girls but once she gets the first of the idols, she quickly drops it.
* EasilyForgiven: Had seemed that way in her second appearance with the most Blossom and Bubbles do is tell her "no" when she comes asking for help to find an artifact and Buttercup willingly tagging along (keep in mind she nearly ''killed their father'' in their first encounter). Subverted though, they've never trusted her since said first encounter and more than ready to stop her if need be.
* EvilRedhead: Redheaded and a villainess.
* {{Expy}}: Essentially another version of Sedusa, being quite manipulative in trying to get others to do what she wants and likewise being two-faced.
* JerkWithAHeartOfJerk: She looks like she feels bad for stealing the Otter, and gives the Girls some necklaces. Then she proves that she doesn't feel bad at all when the necklaces start to mind control the Girls.
* LackOfEmpathy: Cares for no one but herself and when she accidentally blows a hole in the ship transporting the second idol, which nearly sucks the Professor out of it, she orders the girls to get the idol ''over their father''. Luckily, the girls' love for the Professor was stronger than her control and they manage to break free.
* ManipulativeBitch: Tricks the girls into getting an idol for her, then wearing a necklace that will force them to do whatever she wants.
* {{Outgambitted}}: In her second appearance, she actually has the ''gall'' to come to the Powerpuffs house asking for help to retrieve a dangerous artifact known as the Cube of Doom. Blossom and Bubbles instantly decline but Buttercup, bored of having nothing to do at the moment, accepts. In the end it turns out to be another manipulative ploy to get the artifact and leave Buttercup for dead. Except it turns out the girls didn't trust her the moment she came asking for help, revealing Jemmica had fallen for ''their'' ploy in order to get the artifact away from her and destroy it.
* PeoplePuppets: Tricks the girls into wearing necklaces that force them to obey her commands.
* ReallySevenHundredYearsOld: She reveals that she's actually a centuries old being who was depowered in the past and stuck in the body of a young girl, leaving her to try to find any kind of magical artifact to regain her power.
* RedheadInGreen: She's a redhead and sports a greenish-yellow shirt and green earrings.
* SmokeOut: She pulls a VillainExitStageLeft in her second appearance with a smoke bomb.
* TheSociopath: A textbook example. Cold, selfish, uncaring about anyone but herself, and extremely manipulative.

The ''true'' form of Jemmica. Centuries ago, she had tried to take over Townsville, but was defeated and depowered into a harmless girl. She survived through the ages trying to find any object that would allow her to regain her power and ultimately succeeds.
----
* ArcVillainess: She's the main villain of the "Total Eclipse of the Kart" special, where she reveals she's been searching for artifacts to restore her true form, putting her actions as Jemmica in a more sinister light.
* DoNotCallMePaul: Once she gains her turn form, she rejects the name "Jemmica".
* EvilIsHammy: Very grandiose in her speeches.
* NighInvulnerability: Surprisingly durable, she was flattened by a giant sentry that she had created and quickly recovered, no worse for wear. When Buttercup punches her in the face, she doesn't budge.
* OneWingedAngel: In this case, she's this to her Jemmica form.
* ShockAndAwe: As befitting of her title, she wields lighting.
* SlasherSmile: Sports one no sooner than regaining her true form.
* VileVillainSaccharineShow: She's easily among the most powerful snd dangerous enemies the girls ever had to face. Once she regains her true form, she's able to effortlessly swat aside the girls [[NearVillainVictory and comes dangerously close in succeeding.]][[/folder]]

A mutated gnat that grew to large size after being bit by a middle-aged man who was irradiated from being stupid enough to stare at an active microwave. He seeks revenge on the girls after being swatted by them in the past.
----
* BigBadWannabe: He wants to be taken seriously as a villain but comes off more as an annoyance to the girls. There are some moments where he gets lucky, but is usually knocked aside fairly easily.
* BigCreepyCrawlies: Being a larger-than-normal, mutated insect, this is a given.
* ButForMeItWasTuesday: Since he's just a common gnat, the girls don't really remember him in the slightest nor the whole swatting him deal.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Wants revenge for getting swatted when he was a normal-sized bug. Of course, it wasn't out of malice on the girls' part, since he's a bug and it's a pretty common reaction.
* {{Expy}}: Weirdly, of Spider-Man. His origin is, simply put, the exact opposite of that of Peter Parker.
* FangsAreEvil: Oddly had some despite being a gnat.
* {{Gonk}}: His design is repulsive, even for a giant insect. His face looks more like a goblin than an actual gnat.
* LargeHam: Always goes for grandiose speeches to make himself look more threatening.

* ShapedLikeItself: He's a gnat...named Gnat. Doesn't get any simpler than that.

* SealedEvilInACan: They're pretty much the evils of Pandora's Box.
* SevenDeadlySins: The first few monsters that come out are based on them such a Gluttony (a monster that eats all the food in the fridge), Pride (a monster taking selfies on her cell phone), Wrath (a monster that mistakes a TV for a mirror and breaks it) and Sloth (a two headed monster in a box).

* BerserkButton: Being reminded that he wasn't the most attentive as a kid, which was what lead to the accident and his transformation.
* DidntThinkThisThrough: He goes through the whole process of tricking Blossom into making a animal ray for him that it never occurred to him to just ask Blossom for help in turning him back to normal. She lampshades it.
* FatBastard: Middle age has not helped his figure.
* ForcedTransformation: Got hit with this as a kid when a lab accident turned him into a centaur and his main goal is to turn the city into animals or, as he puts it, "freaks" like he is.
* OurCentaursAreDifferent: Not a real centaur, just someone that got his lower half turn into a horse by a science fair accident.
* PunnyName: His name comes from the fact he's a janitor and a centaur.

* MusicalAssassin: Uses his powers to force people to dance.

----
* AntiVillain: He doesn't mean to hurt anyone, but his negative aura is so powerful, it drives others into depression.
* TheEeyore: He's always drowry and sad. As such he tends to bring down the mood. The girls aren't affected oddly enough.

* LaserGuidedKarma: Uses his magic to shrink things and collects them in snowglobes. He himself is shrunk down and put in a snowglobe.
* MagiciansAreWizards: More or less in his case. He uses real magic rather then tricks despite having the motif of a stage wizard.

* BrainyBrunette: He's a studious, intelligent boy with stereotypically nerdy interests, and brown hair to boot.
* EndearinglyDorky: One of the many reasons why Blossom likes him is because of his dorky personality. He's talented, acts awkward around Blossom, and wears glasses.
* InkSuitActor: He ''is'' Jake Goldman, right down to the brown hair and glasses. An unfortunate example in that fans thought that he was meant to be a self-insert of Goldman until it was explicitly confirmed that he wasn't.

An arachnologist of Indian-American descent whom Professor Utonium becomes smitten with. Unfortunately, an accident infected her with spider DNA, which causes her to mutate into a spider whenever she feels affection.

----
* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: Whenever she changes into a giant spider.
* BlessedWithSuck: She's not malicious by any means, and truly does reciprocate the Professor's affections, but can't continue a relationship with him, due to the whole "turning into a giant spider when feeling love" thing.
* BollywoodNerd: She's a scientist of Indian-American descent who studies spiders, and at the same time is infected with spider venom which causes her to mutate into a spider.
* BreakHisHeartToSaveHim: She breaks off her relationship with the Professor to keep him from harm from her spider side.
* GenkiGirl: She can turn into one of these when she starts talking hyperactively.
* InvoluntaryShapeshifting: Initially, whenever she felt love, the transformation would kick in and turn her into a spider completely driven on instinct until she's stopped. Later appearances have her reeling it in a bit to the point she can control the transformations now. But it's still not perfect enough to rejoin the professor just yet.
* LoveInterest: For the Professor. She clearly reciprocates his feelings for her, but the spider transformation make things complicated.
* ModestyTowel: A variant. She shreds her clothing when she changes into a spider in front of the girls, but after the girls turn her back to normal, the lingering webbing that was on her legs wraps around her as she rolls along the ground, making a makeshift dress for her.
* MotorMouth: Has a tendency to speak quickly.
* OurWerewolvesAreDifferent: As stated, she changes into a spider whenever she feels love.
* ResistTheBeast: Tries hard to keep her spider changes in check, but sometimes continues to fall into it's instincts and go on a rampage.

* BodyHorror: After the Professor hits him with a transmogrifier ray, the angrier he gets, the more he mutates. Luckily, [[spoiler: his fellow unicorns get him back to normal.]]
* {{Camp}}: From his flamboyant mannerisms to his voice akin to a stereotypical CampGay theatre guy, Donny is camp as hell and proud of it.
* TheChosenOne: He was "the chosen one" to stop evil unicorns.
* DisappearedDad: His mother claims that Axel is her boyfriend, so that shows he has no father.
* TheDitz: Donny is somewhat air-headed.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: He is overjoyed at being a unicorn when his mane is brushed aside to reveal his horn.
* HorribleJudgeOfCharacter: In ''Odd Bubbles Out'', he trusted someone he only met for a day over Bubbles, who turned out to be an android created by Mojo Jojo.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: In his next appearance, he makes friends with a girl named Chelsea and starts hanging out with her, completely ignoring Bubbles in the process and not being aware of her jealousy.

* TheMillstone: He unintentionally lets the guards capture them by ripping off Bubbles's unicorn disguise while arguing with her in "The Last Donnycorn".
* NiceJobBreakingItHero: The evil unicorns escaping their imprisonment in the magic mirror in "The Last Donnycorn" is his fault, as his making funny faces at the mirror is what got them to be released.
-->'''Buttercup:''' Wow Donny, you done goofed.
* TalkingAnimal: He's a talking horse [[spoiler: or rather unicorn in need of a haircut.]]
* {{Unicorn}}: What he wishes to be. [[spoiler:Turns out he was one all along.]]
* WouldHitAGirl: He punches Bubbles while in his monster form.

* ShoutOut:
** One towards [[Franchise/DisneyPrincess the Disney Princessses]], in particular Cinderella, Snow White, Rapunzel, and Giselle from ''Film/{{Enchanted}}''.
** Likewise, her design very closely resembles [[WesternAnimation/StarVsTheForcesOfEvil Star Butterfly in her princess outfit]].

* ThatRemindsMeOfASong: Breaks out into song every now and then.
