27	* ControlFreak: Tomo expects better decisions out of Todd frequently and can be really demanding about them. Although, this is shown to be justified because Tomo will always bear the brunt Todd's consequences.

While his ability doesn't drive him mad per se, Tomo is shown to be incredibly drained due to Todd's poor decisions. [[spoiler: It's even regarded as a curse in universe]].
