A popular public bathhouse run by the Igarashi family. However, they are due for eviction as part of the town's urban redevelopment project, putting the family's livelihood in jeopardy. To resolve this, the family uses their connection to Fenix to open up a freelance consultation service, taking on and solving Deadmans-related cases while Fenix offers their protection to the family business.

!Igarashi Family
[[folder:In General]]
* AchillesHeel: While the three siblings may be TheAce, if their demons die then they lose their ability to transform. Likewise, if the human hosts die, then their demons will cease to exist.
* BadassFamily: With their three children as Kamen Riders, a stern but supportive mother and a bumbling father who does his best to protect his loved ones, the family counts as one. [[spoiler:And then daddy dearest joins in on the party, albeit as a villainous Kamen Rider at first.]]
* DarkSecret: [[spoiler:As a result of Genta having Giff's cells inside of him, this makes his three children, technically, Giff's descendants. This is the reason why all of them are able to transform into Riders.]]
* HumanDemonHybrid: [[spoiler:The Igarashi siblings are revealed to be this. It's an unusual case, however, since the siblings are all effectively normal humans and split the trope evenly with their Inner Demons.]]
* MeaningfulName: Their surname means "Fifty Storms".
* MoreThanMeetsTheEye: Over the course of the series, very strange things hint that there is more to the family than it seems at first glance.
** All three siblings have inner demons that naturally awakened by themselves with an ability to think.
** [[spoiler:Ever since Ikki has started using the Revice Driver, his image has been disappearing from family photos.]]
** [[spoiler:In #16, a visit to the Fenix hospital reveals that Genta literally has ''no heart.'']]
* NomDeMom: [[spoiler:''Revice Legacy'' reveals that "Igarashi" is Yukimi's maiden name, with Genta taking her name upon their marriage.]]
* NumericalThemeNaming: The siblings contain characters, or include the words for numbers in their names: Ikki from '' '''i'''chi'' ("one"), Daiji from ''ji'' ("two"), Sakura from '' '''sa'''n'' ("three"), and Koshiro from ''shi'' ("four").
* SiblingTeam: Ikki, Daiji and Sakura form a PowerTrio whenever they go out as Riders.
* VillainousGentrification: Their home/bathhouse was initially the target of urban redevelopment, with real estate agents constantly hounding the Igarashi family to sign away the title deed to their land, against the will of the family and their regular customers. Thankfully their alliance with Fenix eventually puts a stop to this.

!!Sakura Igarashi/Kamen Rider Jeanne
!!!'''Portrayed by:''' Ayaka Imoto (live); Yuki Miyazawa [main], Suzuka Usami [understudy, ''Movie Battle Royale''] (suit)\
'''Young Sakura Portrayed by:''' Ayu Fukumoto

-->''Let me show you how strong I really am!''
\
The youngest of the Igarashi siblings. An active high school student who's kind, but isn't afraid to speak her mind, she excels in all aspects of her mind and body. She, along with Daiji, is the main one keeping her family in check.
\
After awakening her inner demon Lovekov, she uses the Libera Driver and the Cobra Vistamp to transform into Kamen Rider Jeanne Cobra Genome.

!!!Tropes that apply to Sakura in general
[[quoteright:260:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sakura_igarashi.jpeg]]
[[caption-width-right:260:Youngest Child of the Igarashi Family]]
[[caption-width-right:260:[[labelnote:Click here to see young Sakura]] https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/sakura_igarashi_child.png[[/labelnote]]]]

* TheAce: She's a black belt in karate on top of being an excellent student and the most level-headed of the Igarashi siblings. The trope is examined more seriously when it turns out that these traits alone aren't enough, as she grows increasingly frustrated with having to watch her brothers fight the Deadmans from the sidelines and comes to a head after multiple failed attempts to become a Kamen Rider herself. Sakura turns out to have been actively repressing the notion that there are some things she ''just can't do'' and it takes accepting her own weaknesses for her to connect with Lovekov and properly activate the Libera Driver for the first time.
* ActionGirl: She's skilled in karate and can hold her own in fighting against the Deadmans. The opening even shows her easily winning a karate match.
* AffectionateNickname: Is dubbed "Karate Girl" by George.
* AffirmativeActionGirl: Unlike [[Series/KamenRiderSaber Reika]] before her Sakura is a tertiary Rider as opposed to an extra one, and unlike [[Series/KamenRiderZeroOne Yua Yaiba]] she receives as much focus as the two Riders before her, or even more.
* TheBabyOfTheBunch: While Yukimi may be fine with letting Ikki and Daiji go out and be Riders, she's less happy about letting Sakura do the same, likely because Sakura's still in high school and not a full adult like either of her brothers.
* BadassNormal: Even before she became a Rider with the Libera Driver in #12, Sakura is still able to hold her own against the Deadman {{Mooks}}.
* BadassInDistress: When she and Ayaka get kidnapped by a gunman in #3, she [[DamselOutOfDistress manages to get herself out of it]] with her quick thinking and combat skills.
* BashBrothers: Joins Revi and Live as their Bash ''sister''.
* BerserkButton: Threatening her friends and family is a good way to piss her off, as Haitani found out.
* BloodKnight: Sakura ''really'' enjoys fighting, seeming especially eager to leap into battle once she became a Kamen Rider.
* {{Catchphrase}}: "I'll defeat you quickly!"[[note]]"Sakutto taosuyo!"; [[{{Woolseyism}} Translated]] by some fansubs as "Time for a smash down!"[[/note]]
* ContrastingSequelMainCharacter: To [[Series/KamenRiderSaber Mei Sudo & Kento Fukamiya]]:
** Unlike Mei, who was Touma's editor, Sakura is Ikki's younger sister and a high-school student. Mei provides moral support for her team and doesn't have any combat experience, while Sakura is a skilled karate fighter and helps the Riders during battle, eventually becoming a Rider herself. Mei is also a GenkiGirl, while Sakura is considerably more reserved.
** Both Kento and Sakura are the main tertiary Riders of their series who are {{Experienced Protagonist}}s; while Kento was TheChosenOne who became the 2nd user of Kamen Rider Espada after the death of his predecessor and became a Rider before his series even started, Sakura is TheUnchosenOne and becomes a Rider during the climax of the first arc. Both of them have good relationships with the main protagonist of their respective series; while Kento was Touma's ChildhoodFriend, Sakura is Ikki's younger sister. Kento is also a young adult swordsman who worked with the Swords of Logos since his childhood, while Sakura is a high schooler and a karate student. They also fight alongside their respective main Rider more times than the secondary rider does, but unlike Kento, [[spoiler:who temporarily became an enemy towards Touma after donning the mantle of Kamen Rider Calibur]], Sakura never antagonizes Ikki.
* DamselOutOfDistress: #3 shows that her karate training isn't just for show when she and Ayaka got kidnapped by a gunman, she manages to save herself and Ayaka, rather than waiting for Ikki to come and rescue them.
* ItsPersonal: Has it out for the Deadmans, especially Aguilera, following their stint at the spa vacation in #8.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: Sometimes Sakura's good-heartedness mixes badly with her determined, stubborn nature and causes her to occasionally overlook how other people feel, a character flaw she shares with Ikki (which can make this a case of YouAreWhatYouHate as she's annoyed by this trait of Ikki). A large part of her rivalry with Aguilera relies on her eventually realizing that Aguilera specifically recognizes ''her'' as a WorthyOpponent, [[spoiler:centering especially on the fact that Aguilera doesn't want ''anyone else'' to settle said rivalry but Sakura,]] and her tendency to [[CondescendingCompassion coddle and baby Lovekov out of a misguided fear for Lovekov's safety]] begins to backfire badly in #45 [[spoiler:when Sakura's insistence on keeping Lovekov out of the fight over concerns about Lovekov's mysterious injury just winds up agitating Lovekov into barging in anyway.]]
* LeeroyJenkins: Shown especially after she becomes a Rider, she tends to just jump straight into battle without considering any tactical approach.
* LethalChef: PlayedWith. The curry she makes in #6 is painfully spicy due to her following her father's recipe, which lists every ingredient accurately but leaves the amount of spice as an incredibly vague "whatever amount (love)♡", making it something that ''hurts to eat'' for typical people, but it actually tastes just fine for the few who can resist its spice, like Kagerou.
* PrimaDonnaDirector: In #29 she becomes the director of the recap movie the Igarashi siblings are shooting for Hiromi, and she's quite strict with her directions to her brothers.
* SpotlightStealingSquad: Sakura and Hana/Aguilera receive a ton of focus, and much more time highlighting their rivalry and Sakura's attempts to rehabilitate Hana than almost any other storyline within ''Revice''.
* StayInTheKitchen: Being the youngest sibling, as well as the only daughter of her family, she bears the biggest brunt of her (now Kamen Rider-empowered) older brothers forcing her to stay out of danger, even if it involves people close to her she wants to help. She believes she is able to fight with her karate skills, but her few encounters with the Deadmans eventually [[DespairEventHorizon forces her to realise]] that she's PowerfulAndHelpless as much as she hates it. Even after becoming a Rider, her mother also tries to convince her out of fighting for a while. Coincidentally enough, she turns this into her ''own'' bad habit of doing the same with Lovekov near constantly, to the degree that the first time she's let Lovekov manfest happens in #46. [[spoiler:Her preoccupation with Lovekov's mysterious injury (a sign of her molting) in #45 escalates to deliberately keeping Lovekov from transforming into her weapons, and she has to have a heart-to-heart with Lovekov to finally access her Invincible Jeanne form.]]
* SympathyForTheDevil: She eventually begins to empathize with Aguilera and later Julio after discovering Aguilera's troubled upbringing in the cult and Julio's sympathetic backstory as well as his willingness to be TheAtoner.
* TomboyWithAGirlyStreak: Sakura might be a tough-as-nails ActionGirl, but she still loves fashion and cute things.
* {{Tritagonist}}: Appropriate considering she's the third child, she's the tertiary Rider and receives the most amount of focus next to Ikki and Daiji, even receiving more focus than both of them at times.
* UnlimitedWardrobe: Unlike most of the cast, Sakura wears different sets of clothes (and has numerous hairstyles) every episode. Subverted slightly by her uniform as part of Weekend.
* WackyParentSeriousChild: Similar to Daiji, Sakura is serious and down-to-earth compared to her parents and Ikki. She frequently gets embarrassed and annoyed with their goofy antics.
* WhatTheHellHero: Like Daiji, she has delivered one and been on the receiving end of one. She calls George, Hiromi and Ikki out for giving up on Daiji too easily in #9 and #10, and gets called out by Daiji in #12 for her recklessness causing Ikki to get hurt. [[spoiler:Hana also gives her one in #45 and doubles up on it in #46 when her fussing over Lovekov's agitation instead of focusing on fighting gets her knocked out of transformation and nearly seriously injured, save for Hana's interference.]]
* WorthyOpponent: She and Aguilera slowly start to have this relationship. In #26 she admits to Aguilera that Aguilera herself was who inspired her to keep getting stronger, and properly reciprocating this relationship is what [[spoiler:allows her to defeat Aguilera for good in #33, inspiring Aguilera's HeelFaceTurn as Hana Natsuki.]]

!!!Tropes exclusive to Sakura as Kamen Rider Jeanne
!!!'''Libera Driver Voiced by:''' Shingo Fujimori
[[quoteright:210:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/krre_jeannecobra.png]]
[[caption-width-right:210:''Liberal Up! Ah~ Going my way! Kamen Rider Ja-Ja-Ja-Jeanne!'']]

[[caption-width-right:210:''Hyper Liberal Up! We are! We are! Kamen Rider! Invincible! Ja-Ja-Ja-Ja-Ja-Ja-Jeanne!'']]

* BarefistedMonk: By and large. Though Sakura can gain weapons of varying utility through other Vistamps, she still shines in her hand-to-hand combat, and when in her default Cobra Genome it is her martial arts she relies on. Even once she has the King Cobra Vistamp and Lovekov is fused with her in Invincible Jeanne form, she primarily sticks to hand-to-hand combat with occasional use of her hair to supplement her strikes.
* BlueIsHeroic: She's a Kamen Rider clad in navy-blue and she's one of the heroes.
* CantCatchUp: Subverted. While her brothers have gotten multiple power up forms, with her only getting a new scythe mid-season and ''her'' own power-up form near the end, Jeanne is skilled enough of a fighter that she doesn't really need them. This is in contrast to many previous series where not getting power up forms results in a Rider visibly falling behind.
* FinishingMove: Has two types:
** "Stamping Smashes", with Jeanne simply raising and lowering the buckle once to perform them.
*** Cobra Genome: has two variations.
*** After Jeanne jumps into the air, Lovekov transforms into a small, snake-like form composed of light blue energy and flies toward her before coiling around her leg. Jeanne then delivers a kick to an enemy in the air, producing an orange and blue energy shockwave upon impact. Jeanne keeps her foot against the enemy's body as the two fall until she uses her heel to slam the enemy into the ground beneath her. Jeanne ends up on top of the enemy, who explodes shortly after.
*** After Jeanne jumps into the air, Lovekov transforms into a small, snake-like form composed of light blue energy and flies toward her before coiling around her leg. Jeanne then performs a flying kick covered in blue, yellow, and red energy. After the kick strikes the first target, Jeanne continues kicking more enemies, with each kick creating a blue and orange shockwave upon impact. She then somersaults backwards, away from the enemies as they explode.
*** Kujaku (Peacock) Genome: Has two variations:
*** Fan!Lovekov floats into the air and glows yellow before separating into a total of 18 blades. Jeanne jumps into the air and ten of the blades attach to her back before spreading, generating cyan and purple-colored energy peacock feathers. The remaining eight blades then rotate around Jeanne's foot and form a drill-like configuration as she performs a flying kick. Blue energy is released upon the kick's impact, followed by orange energy. Jeanne brings her foot back as the eight blades surrounding it momentarily spread apart again before she delivers a second kick, launching the enemy away.
*** Jeanne throws Lovekov, who glows yellow before separating into 18 blades. Ten of the blades attach to Jeanne's back as she runs before spreading as she jumps forward, generating cyan and purple-colored energy peacock feathers. The remaining eight blades then rotate around Jeanne's foot and form a drill-like configuration as she performs a flying kick. The kick creates orange energy upon impact before causing the enemy to fly along with Jeanne until hitting a wall. Jeanne then kicks away from the enemy before the latter explodes.
*** Tricera Genome: Jeanne charges her machine guns with energy before unleashing a powerful beam of azure energy at the enemy.
*** King Cobra Genome: Jeanne unleashes a devastating Rider Kick to the enemy.
** "Liberal Smashes", with Jeanne raising the buckle and hitting the Activation Knock before lowering the buckle to perform them.
*** Kujaku Genome: has several variations.
*** Jeanne heats up Lovekov and performs a fire-covered slash using both fans. She then spins in order to perform a second slash, with one fan striking the enemy after the other, before delivering a third slash while jumping. Swirling fire forms underneath Jeanne while she holds the fans out, propelling Jeanne further. As she falls back to the ground, Jeanne swings both fans downward while they are covered in fire, creating a fiery explosion to attack the enemy.
*** Jeanne throws Lovekov, who is then covered in fire. Jeanne controls the movement of the fans remotely by moving her arms, which leave behind trails of orange energy. The two fans fly back toward Jeanne before performing a red and blue energy slash together. They then perform another simultaneous slash in the other direction. Finally, the fans attack separately in opposite directions, creating an X-shaped energy slash.
*** Jeanne somersaults into the air and lands in front of the opponent. With Lovekov covered in fire, Jeanne delivers two flaming slashes to the enemy using both fans together. The enemy is covered with red electricity for a brief moment before being destroyed in a fiery explosion.
*** Jeanne performs three consecutive slashes of blue and orange fire in order to destroy incoming enemy projectiles. She then jumps a short distance into the air and performs two simultaneous slashes of the same fire. The two slashes combine into a single X-shaped slash before striking the enemy, resulting in an explosion.
*** Jeanne covers Lovekov in light orange energy and uses her to parry the attacks of two enemies. Swinging the fans together, she then delivers a slash of blue and orange fire to each opponent.
*** Jeanne covers Lovekov in light orange energy and uses one of the fans to block the enemy's attack before using the other to deliver a slash of blue and orange fire. She then uses both fans to deliver an X-shaped slash of the same fire, pushing the enemy back.
*** Turtle Genome: Jeanne charges Lovekov's barrel with green energy while the sight glows red and her own visor glows green. She then fires a green energy artillery shell that explodes upon striking the enemy.
*** Cobra Genome: Jeanne covers her right foot in dark blue and orange energy while running, causing her footsteps to emit light blue shockwaves. She then [[GoombaSpringboard jumps off]] of Lovekov before light blue and green energy flow around her leg. With her leg covered in this energy, Jeanne performs a flying kick that produces blue and yellow upon striking the enemy.
*** Hashibirokō (Shoebill) Genome: has two variations.
*** Jeanne covers Lovekov's blade in purple energy before delivering a downward purple energy slash to the enemy. The attack leaves purple fire in its path.
*** Jeanne delivers three energy slashes to the enemy in quick succession.
** Invincible Jeanne:
*** King Cobra Stamping Smash: Invincible Jeanne performs a flying kick with her leg surrounded by orange energy.
*** King Cobra Invincible Crash: Invincible Jeanne jumps into the air and delivers a kick in blue and yellow energy.
* FlawedPrototype: At a cursory glance, the Libera Driver looks and functions nigh-identically to the Revice Driver. However, while it manifests the user's inner demon like the Revice Driver, it does not turn them into a Kamen Rider, leaving them to fend for themselves with their natural fighting ability (or lack thereof). In addition, while the inner demon can be transformed into various armaments with certain Vistamps, the duo does not have access to Remix forms.
* FusionDance: Like Ikki and Vice's Revice form and Daiji and Kagero's [=EvilytyLive=] form, Invincible Jeanne form involves Sakura and Lovekov fusing.
* MeaningfulName:
** Her name comes from the French folk heroine and saint [[UsefulNotes/JoanOfArc Jeanne d'Arc]], who was accused of heresy and being a witch due to her claims of hearing the voices of angels, and executed via burning at the stake. Funnily enough, she was actually portrayed as a demon-worshipping witch in [[Creator/WilliamShakespeare Shakespeare's]] ''Theatre/HenryVI''. Her helm is called the ''Orleans Head'', a reference to her namesake's epithet "Maid of Orléans".
** The Medusa Fringe in Invincible Jeanne form is named for the monster from Myth/ClassicalMythology, who had snakes for hair; appropriate, given Jeanne's AnimalMotif.
* PrehensileHair: Her ponytail can be extended and used as a whip or to restrain enemies. Invincible Jeanne form upgrades it to the ''Medusa Fringe'', which grants her several bladed CombatTentacles that she can also wield as [[DeviousDaggers makeshift daggers]].
* PunnyName:
** Lampshaded with her transformation announcement, the "Ja" stammering of her name in the script is actually written as "snake" in Japanese (蛇).
** The Turtle Vistamp grants her a shoulder RPG launcher. One could say that it's a ''[[https://kamenrider.fandom.com/wiki/Kame_Bazooka Kame Bazooka]]''. Given that the Turtle Vistamp is based on ''V3'', it's likely not unintentional.
* MorphWeapon: Jeanne's motif revolves around giving her weapons that suit her needs at that moment, rather than granting a new form, or literally changing her body ''a la'' Demons. While not as flashy as her brothers or Hiromi, the simplicity works well with her raw combat prowess. Another key difference is how the weapons are created: [[EquippableAlly Lovekov]] transforms [[ForcedTransformation into them]], marking another difference between the other demonic Riders. That said, they still follow the theme of being based off of other Riders.
** {{BFG}}: Via the Series/KamenRiderV3-themed Turtle Vistamp.
** CombatHandFan: [[DualWielding Dual-wields]] two of them, via the [[Film/BirthOfTheTenthGatherAllKamenRiders Kamen Rider ZX]]-themed Kujaku Vistamp.
** SinisterScythe: Heroic variant, via the Series/KamenRiderHibiki-themed Hashibirokō Vistamp.
** The Series/KamenRiderAgito-themed [[TemperCeratops Tricera Vistamp]] grants [[GunsAkimbo a pair of sub-machine guns]], which are also equipped with [[BayonetYa blades]] for close combat.
* SnakesAreSinister: Jeanne's AnimalMotif via Cobra and King Cobra Genomes, though {{inverted|Trope}} in that she is a heroic character.
* SuperMode: Invincible Jeanne form, obtained via the Cobra Vistamp evolving into the King Cobra Vistamp in #46. This is notable as it makes her the ''first'' female Rider to actually get a SuperMode during their series run and the first Tertiary Reiwa Rider to get a SuperMode not coming from a V-Cinema.
* WeakButSkilled: While Revi, Vice, and Live get multiple upgrades throughout the series, Jeanne only gets hers near the end. However, due to being the best fighter of the group, she's able to make up for it with her skill. This is best shown in #24 where she has the much stronger Jack Revice fighting alongside her: she's very good at taking advantages of openings he opens in their enemy's defenses and keeping the pressure up to give him openings despite being much weaker.
* WorldsBestWarrior: Or rather, the Spa's best. Jeanne is as of her debut the strongest Demonic Rider stats-wise, and Sakura's own combat ability added into the mix means that when transformed she can tear through a small army of Deadmans without the need of aid. For the majority of the series, she's been able to keep up with her brothers mainly through skill alone; only towards the end of the series did she even gain a power-up--and not even explicitly because she needed to be stronger, but as a means of letting Lovekov fight alongside her.

The combined form of Kamen Riders Revi, Live, and Jeanne, obtained by using the Fifty Gale Vistamp and the Revice Driver.
----
* BadassCape: Their cape is modeled after Live and Jeanne's, and are no less badass for it.
* BroughtToYouByTheLetterS: Their shoulder armor has "5" and "0" on them, while their torso and Vistamp have a stylized kanji for 嵐/''arashi''/"storm", making them branded with "[=50storm=]", the literal meaning of their family name.
* FinishingMove:
** Infinity 50 Strike: Igarashi unleashes a series of energy-charged Rider Punches to the enemy.
** Stamping Justice Liberal Finish: Igarashi leaps into the air and performs a Rider Kick.
%%** Igarashi Tornado:
* FusionDance: ExactlyWhatItSaysOnTheTin, being the combined form of the Igarashi sibling Riders.
* VoiceOfTheLegion: Igarashi's voice is a mixture of Ikki's, Daiji's and Sakura's.

The matriarch of the Igarashi family, she deeply loves her family and watches over them with a strict yet caring eye. That being said, she tends to look the other way when it comes to her husband Genta's [[BumblingDad antics]].
----
* CharacterNarrator: She serves as the narrator of ''Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail''.
* DisappearedDad[=/=]MissingMom: Part 2 of ''Revice Legacy'' reveals that she lost her entire family in an accident.
* EarnYourHappyEnding: In the first episode of the ''Vail'' miniseries she thinks to herself about this trope and how grateful she is to have a happy family with Genta after everything they went through.
* GoodParents: She is a loving wife and mother to her children, and Ikki and Daiji both regularly go to her for advice about their issues.
* HappilyMarried: To Genta. She actually enjoys his goofy antics, much to the confusion of her children. The ''Vail'' miniseries implies she's just happy to see him enjoying himself after all the trauma he went through.
* LikeParentLikeChild: #2 of ''Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail'' shows that she also had busybody tendencies in the same vein as Ikki. In present time, it's shown by her being overprotective over Sakura's decision to fight as a Rider. Sakura herself also shares her specialty for incredibly spicy curries in cooking.
* LivingEmotionalCrutch: As the connection between all family members and especially to Genta. [[spoiler: When he was at his lowest, a dead beat enforcer for a MadScientist organization, she showed him the [[LoveRedeems light]].]]
* MadeOfIron: Survives getting uppercutted by a Mammoth Deadman, which could have very well gotten her pulped rather than just being hospitalized.
* TheMentor: More than anyone else, she is the biggest source of guidance for her three children and is always there to give them advice and a shoulder to lean on when they're feeling unsure of themselves.
* MumLooksLikeASister: She might be a mother to three grown-up young adult children, but she looks more like their older sister, though it may be a case of AbsurdlyYouthfulMother as well. This is TruthInTelevision however as her actress, Kurara Emi, was 42 at the time of filming.
* MyBelovedSmother: {{Downplayed|trope}}. She is not exactly overbearing as the only things she does is to hide the Libera Driver and chase Sakura around the room with a fly swatter in #13, and she does so only once. It takes a AntiSmotherLoveTalk from her husband Genta to convince her to trust and let Sakura go, even cheering the siblings on when she happens to end up on the sidelines of their fight with the Chameleon Deadman in #16. [[spoiler:#25-#26 and ''Revice Legacy'' later reveal that she is perfectly justified in her worries.]]
* OutSick: For the first seven episodes, she's been in the hospital recovering from being sent flying by the Mammoth Deadman in a [[SurprisinglyRealisticOutcome surprising]] subversion [[SubvertedTrope of]] how injuries ''usually'' work in ''Kamen Rider''. However, she remains a fixture of the series by giving much-needed advice to her kids as she recovers. By #8, she's been discharged.
* SecretKeeper: [[spoiler:She's aware of her husband's past as a Kamen Rider but keeps it a secret from her children.]]
* SeriousBusiness: The first thing she does after waking up in a hospital bed from a Deadman's attack is [[SkewedPriorities scolding her family for skipping work at the bathhouse]].

-->''Love, love!''
\
Sakura's inner demon, born from the former's innocence, who can transform into a Genome Weapon via Kamen Rider Jeanne's Vistamps.
----
* AffectionateNickname: Sakura calls her "Love-chan".
* AMFMCharacterization: #33 showcases her more rebellious side by showing that she listens to heavy metal music inside Sakura's head when she's in a bad mood and doesn't want to talk.
* AnthropomorphicPersonification: Of Sakura's weaknesses and insecurities. This has the side effect of making her utterly harmless compared to demons like Vice and Kagero.
* AnthropomorphicZigZag: In ''Battle Familia'', she gains a more humanoid form dubbed "Snake Woman" when brainwashed by Azuma. Once Azuma is defeated, she reverts to her normal plushie form.
* TheBabyOfTheBunch: Similar to how Sakura is the youngest of the Igarashi siblings, Lovekov is the most childlike (to a degree) of their inner demons. However, much like Sakura, she can also be a lot more hot-headed than her appearance suggests.
* BaitAndSwitch: In #11, she ominously appears as a shadow behind Sakura, giving the impression that she will be an intimidating-looking demon. Come #12, she takes the shape of... a cute plushie doll.
* BoisterousWeakling: Even though it's usually hidden behind her PokemonSpeak, Lovekov is implied to be quite foul-mouthed and rude, such as her calling Vice a loser, FlippingTheBird in #29 or telling the viewers to listen up when narrating the trailer for the Hyper Battle DVD. This contrasts her complete inability to fight outside of being Jeanne's EquippableAlly until #46 changes things up.
* ButtMonkey: Quite possibly even more so than Vice, when it comes to [[TheChewToy being on the receiving end of bodily harm]].
* CombatPragmatist: Tries to tackle Aguilera from behind during a fight while she's distracted battling Sakura, but due to being big, awkward, and spouting her catchphrase, Lovekov's attack is easily spotted and countered.
* EquippableAlly: Via Jeanne using different Vistamps, Lovekov can be transformed into various weapons. [[spoiler:Even when fused with Sakura as Invincible Jeanne, she still takes on this role, as she can control the new Medusa Fringe attachments on the Invincible Jeanne suit to attack independently of Sakura's movements.]]
* EvilSoundsDeep: Her voice lowers to a contralto when she is brainwashed by Azuma.
* {{Homage}}: Her design is one to [[Series/KamenRider Cobra Man]].
* ItCanThink: While she doesn't speak much, like the demons of Sakura's brothers, Lovekov is sapient and intelligent, unlike other Inner Demons. [[spoiler:It turns out this is because they're effectively descended directly from Giff through Vail, and thus a different class of demon altogether.]]
* LineOfSightName: Vice names her "Lovekov" after her OneWordVocabulary of "''Love!''" and "''kov!''", which then becomes PokemonSpeak afterwards.
* TheLoad: In her default form and materialised, due to being unable to fight she constantly needs to be protected, though this is subverted when she becomes an EquippableAlly through other Vistamps. #45 implies that her weakness in her normal form bothers her far more than she wants to let on: she clearly wants to fight alongside Sakura, but keeps getting rebuffed because Sakura doesn't want her fighting [[spoiler:due to a mysterious injury that's opened up on her back, which turns out to be a sign that she's molting]].
* LogicalWeakness: Since she's derived from Sakura's weaknesses like Kagero is born from Daiji's worst thoughts, Lovekov is ''stupendously weak.''
* LovableLizard: Mischievous antics aside, she's mainly a cute and friendly cobra-like creature. Justified, as she was born out of Sakura's innocence.
* OutOfFocus: Receives much less screen time than Vice and Kagero (which is saying something, as Kagero doesn’t have much to begin with), with most of her screen time spent [[FunnyBackgroundEvent goofing off in the background.]] Ironic, as she’s the partner of the SpotlightStealingSquad.
* PokemonSpeak: [[ZigZaggingTrope Zig-Zagged]], then slowly [[SubvertedTrope Subverted]].
** Despite mainly uttering "''Love!''" and "''Kov!''" in various permutations, she can also say other single words occasionally, usually Sakura's name.
** When Vice tries to get her to leave Sakura's subconscious in #33, she uses full sentences to yell at him, which Vice lampshades in shock:
--->'''Lovekov:''' What are you here for? ...I'm not going anywhere! Sakura's no good right now! Get out, loser![[note]]The original Japanese line has her call Vice ''kuzu'' (屑), which is translated into "trash", "garbage", or more likely "rubbish".[[/note]]
** #45 has her expressing her frustration with Sakura's overprotectiveness by speaking very clearly in the real world:
--->'''Lovekov:''' But I wanna fight too... Sakura!
** #46 has her speak in full sentences while helping Sakura fight.
* RidiculouslyCuteCritter: Her form is that of an adorable child-sized cartoon-cobra doll. Even [[TheStoic Hiromi]] calls her adorable.
* SdrawkcabName: Her name is the Japanese syllables of "cobra" (コブラ, ''kobura'') rearranged backwards.
* ShadowedFaceGlowingEyes: The only visible feature of her face is her yellow eyes.
* ShooOutTheClowns: To fit the serious storytelling after the show's CerebusSyndrome kicks in, her screen-time outside of being Jeanne's EquippableAlly has been largely reduced, so much so that she's nowhere to be found when Sakura transforms in #20. When the story becomes less serious following #22, she reappears in #23.
* SuperSpeed: As shown in #24, she runs pretty darn fast, enough to [[WallCrawl scale a wall]].
* TeamPet: She somewhat informally fits this role in the Igarashi family, as she's the cutest and least threatening of their demons.
* TokenHeroicOrc: In contrast to the other demons seen on the show, Lovekov is completely docile and helpful to her host from the start.
* TookALevelInBadass: #46 has her bowling over Giff Juniors via [[UseYourHead headbutts]], a far cry from her first appearance where she either ran away from, or got ganged up on and beaten up by them.

-->''[[MysteriousPast I can't say]]...''
\
One of Happy Spa's frequent customers. He's exceptional at information-gathering, but he doesn't want to reveal what his job is for reasons unknown. It is later revealed that he was once a soldier of NOAH who aided Genta/Junpei in escaping the organization.
----
* AffectionateNickname: He's known to the Igarashis as ''Buu-san'' ("Mr. Bu").
* BadassNormal: He was a regular soldier tasked with handling a berserker infused with demonic powers, and he did so with ruthless efficiency. In Part 2 of ''Revice Legacy'' he fights Junpei (untransformed but still a super soldier) one-on-one and successfully incapacitates him.
* TheCaptain: Headed the squad tasked whose duty is to keep Junpei under control.
* TheDragon: Served as Agariyama's main triggerman and the one who handled things for him on the field.
* TheInformant: He acts as the information broker for Happy Spa.
* TheMole: Part 3 reveals that he was a member of an [[LaResistance anti-government resistance group]] who infiltrated NOAH's ranks.
* MadeOfIron: Survives being pummeled by Kamen Rider Vail.
* MookLieutenant: Commanded NOAH's soldier corps.
* MysteriousPast: He's ''very'' tight-lipped on what his job is, with his refusing to answer any questions pertaining to it -- to the asker's chagrin -- even becoming a RunningGag. He eventually reveals that he was once Genta's, or rather ''Junpei's'', handler in NOAH.
* NobleTopEnforcer: Despite answering to Agariyama, it's shown that he wasn't happy about what he had to do. This culminated in him helping Junpei and Yukimi escape in Part 3.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: Buu-san's cheery and goofy personality vanished as he returned to his serious and stoic demeanor back to when he was a soldier of NOAH to show things how became serious in light of Vail's reappearance. Even Vice was suprised and lampshades his change of vibe.
* RecurringCharacter: He's the most commonly seen of the Happy Spa regulars and is apparently close enough to the Igarashis to have been present with them for Daiji's promotion ceremony, though his MysteriousPast and role as TheInformant hint that he may be more than he seems.
* SecretSecretKeeper: He has a much deeper history with Genta, and more importantly Vail, than the Igarashi siblings were aware of.
* TaserTagWeakness: Uses a taser to incapacitate Junpei.
* WalkingSpoiler: Like Genta, Buu-san has a lot of secrets.

A family of three who -- like Irabu -- are regulars at Happy Spa, and close friends of the Igarashis.
\
[[spoiler:For tropes pertaining to them as members of Weekend, see [[Characters/KamenRiderReviceWeekend here]].]]
----
* TheBlank: Their home is devoid of standout decorations and nick-nacks.
* ChubbyMamaSkinnyPapa: The parents of the family fit this dynamic, with Tasuke being slender while Kimiko has more of a round build.
* CoordinatedClothes: They can sometimes be seen wearing matching clothing.
* CreepyFamily: They try to pass off as a normal family on the surface, going to the extent of even making their entire home bland and nondescript, but for some reason they're keeping SinisterSurveillance on the Igarashi Family, not to mention certain scenes of their internal interaction show they operate in a military-like SeriousBusiness manner without any familial affection whatsoever.
* RecurringCharacter: Much like Irabu, they're commonly recurring Happy Spa regulars who were close enough to the family to be at Daiji's promotion. Also like Irabu, they have odd behaviors that imply there's more to them than just being extras.
* SinisterSurveillance: Use wiretaps and cameras to spy on the Igarashis.
