The Ultor Corporation are the primary antagonists in ''Videogame/SaintsRow2''. Formerly a clothing company, they picked up the pieces after the death of Alderman Richard Hughes. They used their power to rebuild Stilwater, particularly the Saint's Row district. By the time The Boss comes out of their coma, they're a MegaCorp found everywhere around Stilwater, particularly in the heart of the Saint's Row district. In an [[VideoGame/RedFaction alternate timeline, they go on to colonize Mars]].

[[folder:Dane Vogel]]
!! Dane Vogel
->''It's like my father said, if you're gonna build an ivory tower, you're gonna have to kill a few elephants."''
->'''Played By:''' Creator/JayMohr
->'''Appearances:''' ''Videogame/SaintsRow2'' | ''Videogame/SaintsRowGatOutOfHell''
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/dane_vogel_in_hell.png]]

The charismatic yet power-hungry Head of Special Projects for Ultor, Vogel is responsible for Ultor's expansion and influence in Stilwater as well as being the face of the company.
----
* AintTooProudToBeg: When cornered by the Boss inside the Phillips Building, Vogel begs the Boss not to kill them and tries convincing them that they could form an alliance. Considering he tried having them killed just prior, it doesn't work.
* BigBad: Turns out to be the main antagonist of the second game.
* BullyingADragon: Watches the Boss massacre three small armies and thinks "I bet I can kill them."
* CharacterDevelopment: ''Gat Out Of Hell'' reveals he realized that he's better at adding to the strength of powerful figures, rather than ''being'' a powerful figure himself, and thus prepared for the Saints' arrival in Hell to join them.
* TheChessmaster: He manipulates the gang leaders and can make sure that any who defy him will be wiped out with just a few steps.
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He turns on Maero when the Boss ends up killing the Brotherhood members Ultor released and sells out the Ronin after Kazuo Akuji cuts their partnership. [[spoiler:Once all of the gangs are taken care off, he tries to have the Saints killed, and tricks the Boss into [[KlingonPromotion eliminating Ultor's board of directors so he can become chairman]].]]
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: He considers "[[Music/TearsForFears Everybody Wants to Rule the World]]" to be his "theme music," even though the song was written to mock people like him.
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: He wants to gentrify all of Stilwater by manipulating the city's gangs into killing each other in a series of violent gang wars, then sending in a private army to mop up the winning gang. When his associates and superiors point out that is not how you control a situation, he arranges for them to be massacred.
* DeadpanSnarker: Not as much as other characters, but he has his moments.
* DefeatEqualsFriendship: After the Boss killed him, Dane realized that he made a mistake trying to oppose them. Dane decided that he would serve the Boss once they died and went to Hell, as it would be more profitable than opposing them.
* DirtyCoward: He cowers easily when things are not going his way. When the Boss corners him in his office, he unsuccessfully tries to bargain with them.
* DissonantSerenity: He calmly warns Maero not to throw him out of a window by pointing out [[JustYouAndMeAndMyGuards the armed guards behind him]].
* DestinationDefenestration: The Boss shoots him right in the face, and he just happens to be in front of a window on the top floor of his skyscraper. Take a wild guess what happens next.
* EvilPlan: Intends on manipulating the gangs of Stilwater into a full-blown gang war so he can send his private militia into defeating them, before using it as the reason to gentrify the neighborhood of Shivington. [[spoiler: The Boss nukes that dream nicely.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards:
** When interviewed on [[ShowWithinAShow the Anna Show]], Dane avoids responding to Anna's classist and bigoted remarks and simply talks about improving the Saint's Row district.
** After the Ronin shoot up a hospital to try kill Gat and the Boss, Vogel calls a meeting with the Akujis to discuss their antics, explicitly stating that even he couldn't spin a story like that.
* FauxAffablyEvil: He is generally quite polite, well-spoken, and professional, however he can and will have people killed for either questioning his views or being in his way.
* FinalBoss: For ''Saints Row 2''.
* FlunkyBoss: In the final confrontation with him, he's guarded by a group of Masako troopers. He's also only armed with an [=NR4=] pistol rather than the automatic rifles his Masako troopers use.
* InkSuitActor: He looks a lot like Jay Mohr.
* IsntItIronic: Calls The Mix 107.77 to request "[[Music/TearsForFears Everybody Wants to Rule the World]]", calling it his "theme music". Said song happens to mock people with as much as power as he does.
* KilledMidSentence: How he is taken out by the Boss.
* KlingonPromotion: In the penultimate mission, [[spoiler:he becomes chairman of Ultor by arranging for the Boss to wipe out the board of directors]].
* LetsYouAndHimFight: To all the gangs in ''VideoGame/SaintsRow2''.
* ManipulativeBastard: He pits all the gangs against each other, works with all of them at the same time, and then has the entire Board of Directors massacred by the Boss.
* MissionControl: He gives Gat the tutorial mechanics in ''Gat Out of Hell.''
* NonActionBigBad: He tends to let Ultor goons and the gangs do his dirty work for him. The few times he gets caught without any form of protection, he is quick to try and talk his way out of the situation. [[spoiler:This ultimately fails to work on the Boss and gets him shot out a window from the top story of a skyscraper for his trouble.]]
* NonActionGuy: In ''Gat Out of Hell'', Dane prefers to sit in his office and drink scotch rather than go out on the streets and do something, making Gat and Kinzie do all the dirty work for him.
* SmugSnake: When there are people to protect his ass? He'll act like a confident and professional executive, but when they're not, [[AintTooProudToBeg he'll beg and plead to worm his way out of a problem]].
* SuddenlyShouting: Dane does this when phoning the Stilwater Police Department right after Maero violently coerces him into agreeing to help the Brotherhood destroy the Saints.
-->'''Vogel:''' I need to talk to Troy Bradshaw.\
'''Receptionist:''' Who should I say is-\
'''Vogel:''' '''DO IT!!'''
* TheBusCameBack: Almost seven years after his last appearance in ''2'', he returns as a sort of mission control in ''Gat Out of Hell.''
* UnholyMatrimony: [[spoiler:He marries Kiki [=DeWynter=] in the epilogue to ''Gat Out of Hell]].
* VicariouslyAmbitious: In ''Gat Out Of Hell'', he decides that he's better off as a kingmaker rather than being the king.
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: Even though Dane is fueling Stilwater's gang wars behind the scenes, he's well-known for improving Stilwater for the better and for Ultor's contributions to the city. He's also considered to be quite handsome by many characters in the game.
* VillainousGentrification: [[spoiler:His ultimate plan is to manipulate the gangs of Stilwater into fighting in the city's poorer areas, particularly Shivington, before sending Ultor's Masako troops out to wipe them out.]]
* VisionaryVillain: Unlike every other leader in the second game (including the Boss), Vogel doesn't want power just so he can sit on top of the heap -- he sees it as a means to achieve a much grander goal of rebuilding Stilwater from the ground up.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: While cleaning the Saint's Row district by getting rid of all the gangbangers and crime is a good move, his methods are terrible and it's pretty much just for profits.

[[folder:Tera Patrick]]
!! Tera Patrick
->'''Played By:''' [[AsHimself Tera Patrick]]
->'''Appearances:''' ''Ultor Exposed''
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tera_headshot_in_unknown_saints_row_2_ultor_exposed_cutscene.jpg]]

An ex-Ultor scientist who teams up with the Boss in the ''Ultor Exposed'' DLC to expose Ultor's grisly human experimentation.
----
* ActionGirl: During the final mission, Tera helps defend the truck with the Boss. Finishing the mission also unlocks her as a Homie.
* AdamWesting: The DLC missions make a few jabs at her ex-porn career, with Tera stating that she has issues with "nudity".
* AllForNothing: Doubles with CassandraTruth, as not only is her attempt at exposing Ultor to the media is twisted around to be a blackmailing attempt, Jane tells her that Ultor would have buried the story.
* CassandraTruth: Double subverted. She manages to blow the whistle on Ultor's unethical experiments, only for Jane Valderama to twist the story to make her out to be a MadScientist attempting blackmail on her employer. Jane then reveals to her that Ultor would have buried the story anyway.
* CastingGag: Tera apparently has issues with nudity. She also becomes a doctor after, which the real Patrick has a degree in.
* CoolCar: She drives a special Saints Temptress that's unlocked after completing the DLC missions.
* InkSuitActor: Since she's Tera Patrick AsHerself, this is a given.
* {{Revenge}}: Against Ultor.
* SpecialGuest: Tera appears as The Boss' ally during the "Ultor Exposed" DLC. Beating the DLC unlocks her as a Homie.
* WellIntentionedExtremist: Helps the Saints after she discovers that Ultor is experimenting on humans.
* WhatHappenedToTheMouse: Despite ending the DLC she appears in with a vow to get her revenge on Ultor in ''Saints Row 2'', she hasn't shown up in any of the franchise entries following that, nor has there been any in-universe mention of her whereabouts.

[[folder:Eric Gryphon]]
!! Eric Gryphon
->'''Appearances:''' ''Ultor Exposed''

Ultor's Head of Special Projects [[spoiler:and chairman after Vogel's death]]. He appears in the ''Corporate Warface'' DLC, where he enlists the Boss' help after [[spoiler:Dex]], a fellow Ultor employee, attempts to assassinate him.
----
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/eric_gryphon_close_up.jpg]]
* ArchEnemy: For [[spoiler:Dex]]. Despite working for the same company, the two have vastly different agendas, and [[EnemyCivilWar tries to have each other killed]].
* CallBack: He appears on the radio in the third game and talks about events that happened during the second game, including [[spoiler:Dane Vogel's death at the hands of the Boss.]]
* CorruptCorporateExecutive: He's way better than Dane Vogel and [[spoiler:Dex]], but also enlists the help of a known gang member to wipe out his competition and is totally complicit with Ultor's other overarching schemes. He also manages to turn some of Ultor's security guards over to his side.
* EnemyMine: Him and the protagonist against [[spoiler: Dex]].
* EveryoneHatesMimes: During his last mission with the Boss, he calls out assassination targets for the Boss to snipe. He is supposed to be spotting people specifically linked to [[spoiler:Dex]] but asks the player to kill a nearby mime just because he doesn't like them.
* NonActionGuy: He has to go to the Saints for protection when [[spoiler:Dex]] starts sending Ultor goons after him.
* YouAreInCommandNow: [[spoiler: Takes Vogel's job after he is killed by the boss.]]
