Armored vehicles either manufactured, used or planned by Sweden. The Swedish are currently the newest nation in World of Tanks.

The Swedish armed forces put a lot of focus on Shoot-and-Scoot tactics, emphasizing high speed and good guns at the cost of armor and durability. Many of their vehicles also have good gun depression, perfect for hull-down tactics or shooting from behind a hill.

!!Tropes that apply to the nation as a whole
* Contortionist: Many of the Swedish vehicles enjoy some fantastic gun depression, -10 degrees or lower is pretty much the norm. Amusingly, many of the ingame tanks have worse depression than their real life counterparts with some, such as the Ikv 72, being able to go as low as 20-25 degrees in real life.
* FragileSpeedster: Swedish vehicles are either fast....
** GlassCannon: ...or well-armed (or sometimes, both). However, do not count on their armor to save you.
* GeoEffects: The tier 8-10 heavy tanks and tank destroyers are able to exploit their highly sloped frontal armor (or frontal turret armor in case of the heavy tanks) when hull-down facing the enemy, making them tough nuts to crack if they manage to go hull-down.
* HitAndRunTactics: As said before, the Swedish put a lot of focus on this, having high speed and/or good guns but low armor and HP.
* NationalStereotypes: Their food consumable is coffee with cinnamon buns.
* StealthExpert: Many of the Swedish tanks sport good camo values, especially the Tank Destroyers.
* TheStoic: Not as stoic as the Russian announcer, but the Swedish announcer has a pretty cool head.

* Contortionist: Has absurdly good -15 degrees of gun depression.
* DoNotRunWithAGun: Has pretty terrible gun handling.

!!Strv 74
----
* Contortionist: Has an absurdly good -15 degrees of gun depression.
* GlassCannon: Has one of the strongest guns on a tier 6 medium, losing out only to the Firefly. However its got a very thin turret that is easily penned by HE, which is bad news in a tier where howitzers are common and can penetrate with massive damage.
* LongRangeFighter: Good penetration on its gun? check. Great gun handling and accuracy? Check. Mediocre speed, horrible hull and turret traverse making dogfighting suicide? double check.
----

!!Strv m/42-57 Alt A.2
----
* Contortionist: No, it isn't. It only has 6 degrees of gun depression, which is pretty bad especially for Swedish tanks.
* GlassCannon: same deal with the Strv 74; only now it can shoot four shots in place of the Strv 74's one due to the autoloader. You still do not want to get hit by howitzers though.
* MilitaryMashupMachine: French [=AMX 13's=] oscillating turret with Swedish gun mounted on Strv m/42 chassis.
* CripplingOverspecialization: Suffers in a lot of aspects to get the first ever autoloader fitted on a premium medium tank; it is only moderately mobile, has poor gun depression and elevation, and has little armor.
* NewMeat: The first Swedish vehicle added in the game.
----

!!Leo
----
* BFG: Like the A-44, it gets the option for a long barreled 100mm gun.
* FragileSpeedster: Even faster than the Comet, with a comparable 75mm gun. With the 100mm gun, it can punch and retreat rapidly.
----

!!Strv 81/Primo Victoria

About 240 Centurion Mk. III and Mk. V tanks were purchased for the needs of the Swedish Armed Forces. The vehicles were designated Strv 81, underwent multiple modernizations and remained in service until the early 2000s. In August 2017, one vehicle was presented to the Swedish band Music/Sabaton and was brutally customized—the British steel was reforged to pure Swedish metal, and thus it became the true headbanger tank.
----
* EasterEgg: Look close and you'll find the band's musical instruments in the cage at the back of the turret. Force the camera inside the turret (Most easily done in the garage), and you'll find teeny tiny Sabaton album covers lining the inside of the turret.
* FakeNationality[=/=]MovesetClone: It's a British Centurion III in Swedish service.
* HardHead: Has a fantastically tough turret, including a 'forehead' that is both surprisingly thick and extremely well sloped. This makes it a tough nut to crack when going hull down or popping up over a ridge.
* JackOfAllStats: A well-rounded medium that handles nicely and even has a few major strengths (namely, frontal turret armor and base penetration).
* MusicalThemeNaming: The Primo Victoria is named after the Music/Sabaton song of the same name, and features cameos by the band as its crew.
* NoseArt: Sorta, the Primo Victoria is painted in custom Swedish army blues and features the band's logo as part of its deco. It also has a tank version of the classic spiked shoulderpads you see in a lot of metal bands, as well as Joakim's "armour" on its front.
* PaletteSwap: At first, several people complained it was just one of these of the Centurion.... And then Wargaming revealed its stats.... which led to fans complaining about a Premium being so much better than the non-premium versionWargaming did state that this was a teaser for the Centurion's changes down the line.

!!Emil

A variant of the heavy tank developed for the Swedish army under the EMIL project in the 1950s. Design solutions used for the French AMX 13 tank influenced the project, which is obvious from the design of the turret. In 1951, a draft design was prepared, but development was discontinued in favor of later versions.
----
* HardHead: Has a thick, well sloped turret.
* PintsizedPowerhouse: Despite being classified as a Heavy Tank, the Emil series of tanks are tiny compared to other tanks in the same classification, barely being the size of a T-44.
----

!!Emil II

A variant of the heavy tank developed under the project of 1949. In 1952, three heavy tank projects were proposed. The EMIL 1952 E2 was the second variant. Depending on the armor and mounted engine, the weight of the vehicle varied from 34 to 39 tons. However, at the end of 1952, development of the Е2 version was discontinued in favor of the Е3 version, which had similar characteristics but improved armor.
----
* HardHead: Has a thick, well sloped turret.
----

!!Kranvagn

A project for a new vehicle for the Swedish army that started in 1949. For confidentiality purposes, the vehicle was given an unusual name, KRV, which stands for self-propelled crane (in Swedish). The project was based on the French AMX 50. A lightweight chassis was built and tested; in addition, a dummy with a turret was produced. A prototype was never built.
----
* BlatantLies: Clearly a self-propelled crane.
* DoNotRunWithAGun: Very poor gun handling and aimtime.
* HardHead: The turret on this tank has monstrously thick frontal armor on top on decent sloping making it a very hard nut to crack if it manages to hide it's chassis. When using all its gun depression, its immune to everything but TD premium rounds and artillery.
* LightningBruiser: Reasonably quick with a hard hitting gun and very strong turret armor. And by "reasonably quick" we mean "second fastest Heavy tank in the game" with a top speed of 60kph. It balances this by trading off for poor HP (2000 HP, which is the lowest of all tier X heavy tanks) and overall mediocre hull armor, with the upper plate being unreliable and very weak its not being shot at from autobounce angles.
* MadeOfIron: It has amazing turret armor when hulldown; its turret can reliably bounce even the Jagdpanzer E100's HEAT shells, and its trollish upper and turret plate can create lots of ricochets.

!!Sav m/43

Swedish tier 4 tank destroyer.

Swedish assault SPG. The vehicle was developed in 1941–1944. In March of 1944, Scania-Vabis received an order for the production of 36 vehicles. The first 18 vehicles were re-equipped from the Strv m/41 SII. Initially, the SPG was equipped with a 75-mm gun, but in March of 1946, all vehicles were re-equipped with a 105-mm gun. A total of 36 [=SPGs=] were manufactured and remained in service until 1973.
----

* ArtisticLicenseHistory: As the in-game description says, it's actually an assault gun/[=SPG=], not a tank destroyer.
* MagikarpPower: Comes with stock 105mm howitzer that, while powerful, has horrid accuracy and whooping 10 seconds reload time. It later gets a 75mm gun similar to the ones on the [=SaU=] 40 and the Hetzer, and also gets another 105mm gun with improved stats compared to the stock gun.
----

!!Ikv 103
----
* CripplingOverspecialization: Has the only gun in the game that can only fire HEAT shells. The upside is 300 alpha damage at tier 5 combined with enough penetration (120mm) to blow lightly-armored tanks into scrap metal. The downside is very low shell velocity, very weak premium ammunition (providing merely 20mm extra), and the lack of HE in a howitzer-type gun.
** The HEAT only nature of the gun also means any destructible cover (walls, low fences, houses) will stop a shot where AP could have killed the target on the other side.
* RammingAlwaysWorks: Against it. It only weighs 10 tons and has paper armor, meaning almost anything but the lightest of tanks can easily kill it by ramming.
----

!!Ikv 65 Alt II
----
* PintsizedPowerhouse: It's a lot more dangerous than what the low DPM, small size, and nonexistent armor would imply.
----

!!Ikv 90 Typ B
----
* ArmorIsUseless: With only 15/12/12 Front/Sides/Rear armor. its subject to the overmatch "three calibers" rule from all AP/APCR shells at Tier 7 and most of Tier 6, and tier 5 as well. HE will deal full damage most of the time.
* MuckingInTheMud: Despite weighing in at around a relatively light 13 to 14 tons with its top configuration plus equipment with a maximum capacity of 16 tons, its track system has absolutely awful ground resistance on all terrain, even hard pavement. It has no chance of reaching its stated top speed of 65 km/h except going downhill and normally tops out at 50 km/h on flat hard terrain, 43 km/h on medium terrain and 26 km/h on soft ground. Additional Grousers end up improving its effective top speed more than a standard Turbocharger.
* PowerUpLetdown: Going from the Ikv 65 to this is a very rough and stats on the garage screen fail to provide the full truth. Despite sharing the 9 cm Bofors L/53 (the 65's top gun and the 90's starting gun), the Ikv 90 loses all DPM improvements to its abysmal accuracy stats. As discussed above, the 90 Typ B also has worse ground resistance stats, giving it a slower effective speed than the 65 Alt II and can only beat its soft terrain speed by 3 km/h with Additional Grousers equipment, ties it on soft ground, and still loses by 1 km/h on hard ground. While the 9 cm kan m/F module solves the firepower issues, the rest of its issues involve having to choose equipment to either improve its concealment, mobility, or vision.
* StealthExpert: With all relevant skills/equipment, it can reach nearly 60% camo rating!
----

!!UDES 03
----
* ArtisticLicenseHistory: The UDES (and it's S-Tank cousins down the line) is actually designed as main battle tanks, not tank destroyers.
* DualModeUnit: One of the first vehicle to utilize this trope in World of Tanks, switching between Travel Mode and Siege Mode where appropriate.
* FragileSpeedster: The Swedish as a whole are this or GlassCannon (sometimes both) but the UDES 03 still stands out: it has a monstrously overpowered engine compared to it's weight, but will fall apart if someone so much as looks at it funny.
* UnexpectedGameplayChange: Marks the first vehicle that utilizes the iconic hydropneumatic suspension and the fixed gun. While it's gun isn't completely fixed in place like those later down the line, it has such a limited range that it might as well be. Additionally, the UDES is unusual even among it's Swedish brethren in that it can "stand" on it's tracks, thus allowing it to fire over small walls and cover without exposing the rest of the machine.

----

!!Strv S1
----
* DualModeUnit: Can switch between very fast but inaccurate Travel Mode, and immobile but accurate Siege Mode that moves the entire hull to compensate for the lack of turret. Switching between the two takes some seconds.
* LightningBruiser: Extremely high penetration, decent mobility, and 30mm of very well sloped armor gives it resistance to 90mm and smaller guns.
* WeaksauceWeakness: Having only 30mm of armor means it is extremely weak against large-calibre guns of over 90mm due to overmatch mechanics.
----

!!Strv 103-0
----
* DualModeUnit: Can switch between very fast but inaccurate Travel Mode, and immobile but accurate Siege Mode that moves the entire hull to compensate for the lack of turret. Switching between the two takes some seconds.
* SchizoTech: Unlike most pre-WWII to early cold war era tanks, the Strv 103 series is just short of the age of the MBT, being in service at the same time as the M1 Abrams and Leopard II. This highly questionable level of tech, even with it's autoloader removed, makes it far and away one of the most powerful tanks in the game.
----

!!Strv 103B
----
* ArtisticLicenseHistory: In RealLife the Strv [=103B=] has a twelve round autoloader that can fire every three seconds. But, for obvious reasons, this didn't get put in the game. It (and the 103 before it) also has amphibious capability in RealLife that isn't implemented in-game.
* DualModeUnit: Like it's predecessors, it can switch between very fast but inaccurate Travel Mode, and immobile but accurate Siege Mode that moves the entire hull to compensate for the lack of turret. Switching between the two takes some seconds.
* FragileSpeedster / GlassCannon As fast, fragile and powerful as a typical tier 10 tank destroyer can get.
* InsistentTerminology: Plays like a Tank destroyer, uses a hull-mounted gun like a turret-less tank destroyer, has an ultra-low profile like some tank destroyers, and in game is counted as part of the Tank Destroyer Class. In real life, it is officially listed and insisted by the Swedish military that it is most definitely a "Main Battle Tank", primarily due to its intended role as serving as Sweden's MBT.
* MadeOfIron: Despite the low armor thickness, the Strv [=103B=] is equipped with anti-HEAT slat armor in the front. This, combined with very sloped frontal armor it might as well been horizontally flat, makes it incredibly infuriating shooting at it from the front as the tank absorbs shot after shot harmlessly. Flanking it from the side or rear is almost a must.
* UnblockableAttack: The standard ammo (not HE) on this tank has a phenomenal penetration of 308 millimetres, allowing it (barely) to pierce a [[TheJuggernaut [=T95=]]] head on without needing premium ammo (Admittedly, only at extremely short range with no angling). This makes it one of the few tanks in the game that is able to do so.
