-->''"For the hope of Elipzo."''

A villainous group found on the Infinity Train, who decides to deliver justice on their terms on both denizens and passengers alike.

[[folder:General]]
* BeyondTheImpossible: Despite it being practically canon that the Infinity Train is in another dimension that cannot be crossed over so easily, Elipzo somehow has some of its agents installed on the Pokemon World, despite its leaders being strictly stuck on the Train.
* ColorMotif: The Elipzo grunts wear grey cloaks, symbolizing how their actions are somewhere in the middle compared to the heroic Windchasers, Red Lotus Uprising, and White Gestalt and the villainous Apex and Silent Hill Trio.
* CreepyCrosses: Their main insignia is an inverted cross superimposed on a blue sun and they're ''not'' good in any way.
* DepartmentOfRedundancyDepartment: With Elipzo meaning "Hope", their creed can be read as "For the hope of hope".
* EvilPlan: Their plan is to unleash their version of "hope" onto the train and they will kill anyone, passenger or denizen alike, who gets in their way.
* EqualOpportunityEvil: There's no real restriction between who can and cannot join Elipzo. Male, female, kid, adult, interdimensional character, it doesn't really matter as long as you're [[spoiler:allegedly]] willing to help with Elipzo's cause.
* HopeBringer: What they paint themselves as. They go on and on about bringing hope to the Infinity Train, with their motto even bringing this idea to mind. However...
* HopeCrusher: This is what they actually are, and what their modus operandi basically boils down to. If they don't manipulate things behind the scenes to worsen the situations they deal with, they're leading their supposed clients down a dark path that ''always'' ends with them with their dreams crushed and falling into despair.
* {{Hypocrite}}: Seeing the way they do things compared to what they say reveal them to be blatantly this. They like to go on about bringing hope to the train, with their motto even including it, but they spend the entirety of Act 2 either [[ManipulativeBastard manipulating events so that things are worse off than they were before]] or [[HopeCrusher leading people astray until they crash and burn]] with no hope of recovery.
* MeaningfulName:
** Elipzo is the Greek word for "Hope".
** Aerostar calls them ''Order de Esperanza'', which means "Order of Hope".
* MindOverMatter: The Elipzo grunts in the Pokémon world have used Psychic-types so far like Gardevoir, Inkay and Malamar.
* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: They killed Vox -- a ''Demon Lord'' -- some time after [[spoiler:Ogami's own murder]].
* OriginalCharacter: Ryu and Avery are [=OCs=] made by the main author for some of the games she played.
* PayEvilUntoEvil: [[spoiler:They're responsible for the death of Queen, a human so vile back in the VRAINS world that she made ''Specter'' look like a saint.]]
* SinisterSweetTooth:
** In the Cyan Desert Car, The Figure is shown eating a cookies and cream ice cream sundae and he dunks butter cookies (lengua de gato) into a milk tea. His character tic is usually taking those same butter cookies and licking them.
** Ryu has a thing for donuts, as he makes a Luther burger -- a burger with donuts instead of buns -- and his dessert is a chocolate iced custard-filled donut while in the Delicious Party Car.
* TheyLookJustLikeEveryoneElse: What makes Elipzo so terrifying is that they have agents ''outside'' of the Train, ranging from a Nurse Joy to [[spoiler:a celebrity duelist in Den City.]] They even have ''children'' joining their cause!
* VillainsNeverLie: For all that they do, they don't lie. For example, Ryu specifically tells Specter that [[spoiler:Lampetia's heart is being delivered to him, no questions asked which is proven by Austen asking Ai to deliver it.]]
* WeCanRuleTogether: If somebody proves to be either a valuable asset to Elipzo's plan, or otherwise an useful tool to keep around, the members might willingly ask them to join their cause. [[spoiler:The Berrybaker kids try convince Mairin to join them under the pretense of helping her find Alain and Professor Sycamore, with only her Chespin's intervention stopping her from joining.]]

[[folder:The Figure (Spoilers)]]
!!The Figure / Austen Plane
-->''"Rest assured, seekers. The answer is hidden in plain sight."''

->'''Appears in:''' Seeker of Crocus (First Appearance: The Skill Crane Car) | Road to Platanus Crocus (Knight of the Orange Lily - Another Epilogue)

An unknown entity within the Train that Ogami once answered to. He killed Ogami once he judged him to be too much of a nuisance. He is the leader of Elipzo.
----
* AmbiguouslyGay: He idolizes Augustine and even comments on how "majestic" he looks.
* BeyondTheImpossible: Ogami is a nigh-immortal butterfly boy Denizen that won't stay dead even if his body is destroyed. Whoever the figure is, they somehow found a way to not only kill a Passenger, ''but destroy the soul''.
* BigBad: The Figure is the leader of Elipzo.
* CharacterCatchphrase: "My name is Austen. Plain and simple. Austen Plane."
* ConnectedAllAlong: The Palimpsest Car reveals that [[spoiler:he was Asher's former partner.]]
* CharacterTics: Taking a long butter cookie (''lengua de gato'') and licking it like a lollipop.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: [[spoiler:He notes how he didn't like using the mayor of Vermillion City's suggestion to give Sara Chloe's number and the sheer ''lengths'' Sara would go to have her kingdom.]]
* HeroWorshipper: A comment from Ryu states that the Figure sees Augustine as his role model.
* IdenticalStranger: He looks very similar to Augustine with the major difference is that Austen has gold streaks in his hair.
* InTheHood: He usually wears a brown hooded cloak to cover his face.
* JudgeJuryAndExecutioner:
** He both judges and executes Ogami when he meets him. [[spoiler:and does the same to Kisaragi and Queen before unleashing punishment.]]
* TheLeader: He serves as this for Elipzo as a whole.
* ManipulativeBastard: He pushes Ai in a corner by tasking him to deliver [[spoiler:Lampetia's heart]] to Specter, knowing that Specter will ''not'' take Ai's excuses and also implying he'll broadcast [[spoiler:the fact Ai's intentionally brainwashing Yusaku so they stay together to rile Ryoken up so that ''he'' probably pursues him on the Train itself]] if the Ignis doesn't do what he wants.
* MeaningfulName:
** Austen is Latin for "Great" or "Magnificent", representing how he has great plans for the Train through his hope. It's also a derivative for ''Augustine'', reflecting how he's a mirror to Augustine Sycamore.
** Plane can represent "a level of existence" and he's on a higher ''plane'' of thinking than others.
** Plane is simlar to "plain", like a track of land, or "plain" as in ordinary. Moreover, it's just a few letters short of "Plantane", which is Sycamore's Japanese name.
* MyNameIsInigoMontoya: He introduces himself as, "My name is Austen. Plain and Simple. Austen Plane."
* MysteriousPast: Who he is, ''what'' he is, and his motivations are unknown.
* MysteriousStranger: We know absolutely nothing about him.
* OutsideContextProblem: [[spoiler: For the original Blossomverse as he somehow was able to kidnap ''three'' members of White Gestalt -- particularly Specter who is in another world from the Pokémon characters -- so they can have a redo of their failed train trip.]]
* PayEvilUntoEvil: He's the one that kills the SerialKiller Ogami [[spoiler:and places Kisaragi under [[MindRape mental dive torture]]]].
* PsychopathicManchild: He's a youthful man with a love of ice cream and butter cookies and a twisted sense of justice, not giving a damn who gets in the crossfire as long as he makes the "happy ending" he thinks people deserve.
* RedBaron: "Lord of the Crossroads".
* RedRightHand: When Ai sees him without the hood, he notes that one of Austen's pupils looks like it has demon horns.
* SerialKillerKiller: His role in killing off the monstrous butterfly boy Ogami.
* SinisterSweetTooth: He has a love of butter cookies and cookies and cream ice cream and is the BigBad of the story.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Ryu Yoshida]]
A young snarky boy that aids Elipzo.
----
* ThirteenIsUnlucky: Played with. When Tiffany finds him, his bandaged hand shows a glowing 13...and then it turns out that she was put into a trap and his number is much ''much'' higher than she initially thought.
* BadBadActing: He lampshades that he is terrible at playing a damsel in distress at Tiffany and is more amused that she was willing to fall for it.
* BlahBlahBlah: States this during his call with Chloe and Specter in the Act 2 Prelude.
-->'''Ryu:''' Blah blah blah, I get it [the warnings of the Fog Car]. Don't sound like a repeating recorder.
* BuffySpeak: He calls the ''Wonderland'' version of croquet "flamingo hammer ball" and Vox is labeled "TV head guy".
* DoesNotLikeSpam: In the Delicious Party car, he makes a BLT donut burger without the L.
* EveryoneHasStandards: He did ''not'' like [[spoiler: Queen's apathetic remarks on the death of Earth in the slightest.]]
* EvilCounterpart: To Yuri Ichiro, as they are snarky young boys who are on opposing sides. Fittingly, their first names are a reverse of one another. According to the author, he was written as an exact opposite of Yuri.
* HiddenInPlainSight: He's hiding as a member of the Apex due to the fact that he's a kid and the Apex don't even bat an eye at this newcomer with a bandaged hand.
* KidWithTheRemoteControl: He wants to be this, even boasting to Chloe and Specter that he'll make ''Pyramid Head'' his pet.
* ReadingsAreOffTheScale: He's around Yuri's age but he has a ''five digit'' number. To give a comparison to other ''Blossomverse'' characters, the only other people who would've had that large a number would be ''both'' Pauls -- one in his teens and one who is middle-aged.
* RuleOfSymbolism: His original number, 20117, is based on Week 20 of the author's TWEWY Discord RP she participated in and that it ended on November 7th (11/7).
* ShoutOut: He makes a BLT burger -- with donuts -- but hates the L, just like [[Anime/DotHackSign BT is a lover of BLT sandwiches but hates the L.]]
* VillainsNeverLie: He tells Specter that Lampetia's heart is in good hands, which Specter refuses to believe because Lampetia was last in the hands of an asshole Apex girl who boasted that it was her battle trophy. Turns out that Ryu ''was'' telling the truth in a way: [[spoiler:Ai was forced to deliver it under Elipzo, but Tiffany didn't ''willingly'' give it up. She was brainwashed to do so.]]
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Avery Nikolas]]
A reptilian denizen in the guise of a human man in a black suit.
-----
* ClassyCane: He carries one on hand.
* MindManipulation: [[spoiler:He uses Brain Jack on Hazel and Tuba to make them forget his presence.]]
* OhCrap: Has this look when Lotus reveals that [[spoiler:a denizen named Kyler -- aka Indigo -- is on the move.]]
* PrehensileTail: Possesses a snake tail even in his human form, which he used many situations such as [[spoiler: inject poison to Clayman to permanent death and stopping Ryu from killing Dr. Yung]].
* SharpDressedMan: He's a denizen who likes to take on the guise of a man in a suit.
* SnakePeople: He's a humanoid based on a snake. Though most of the time, he is currently in a guise of a human man wearing a black suit.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:"Miss"]]
A female agent who tells the Apex that one of their own is lost in the Fog Car.
-----
* NoNameGiven: Her identity hasn't been revealed as of late.
* TheSmurfettePrinciple: The only female member of Elipzo so far, not counting the Sister of the Berrybaker Kids.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:The Berrybaker Kids]]
A brother and sister whom Clemont and Bonnie met in an early adventure.
----
* AscendedExtra: From appearing in one episode to having a bigger role as being part of the villainous team of ''Crocus''.
* BareFistedMonk: Their Makuhita is Fighting-type.
* CreepyChild: They are eerily calm as they try to tempt Mairin to join them.
* NoNameGiven: They aren't given names, but are referred as "Brother" and "Sister".
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Emile]]
A waiter at the Eatfinity restaurant, run by Elipzo members.
-----
* NoSympathy: Sheds no tears over the Monroe parents learning [[spoiler:how they just doomed their daughter to execution]]
* ShoutOut: He's named after [[LetsPlay/{{Chuggaaconroy}} Chuggaaconroy's real first name Emile]]. One of Emile's lines to the Monroe parents is "See you guys, then!", which is Chuggaa's signing off phrase.
