She is one of the most powerful demons to ever walk the Earth, and (arguably) the most powerful of them all. She provides Valentine with his demon resources to use as an army, and much of the Resistance hates her.

63	Possibly one of the most powerful characters on the RPG (no one's ever really sure who is the strongest), Oblivion is an Ushubaen, a human who was experimented on by the demon Chaos and infused with enough demonic energy to give him superpowers, while still allowing him to retain a soul (in Shadowhunter Peril, if you have a soul, you have the potential to be much more powerful than a being who doesn't have a soul).
