* BadassFamily: They are a family joined together by blood, marriage, adoption and friendship, and they're Star City's most prominent heroes.
* BadassNormal: Just like their counterparts at Gotham, most members of Team Arrow have no powers beyond gadgets and training.
* ColorCodedCharacters: They're easily identified by the color of their suits; Oliver (green), Dinah (black), John (grey), Roy (red and black), Connor (red), Emiko (blue), Mia (yellow), Sarah (white), Thea (purple), Artemis (green and later orange), Ray (blue and red), Ciara (magenta), Lauren (black and gold), and Tommy (black and white). Renee and Rory are the only ones whose costumes aren't characterized by just one color (rs).
* CompositeCharacter: They are mostly based on their Arrowverse counterpart, although with the addition of Artemis, Tommy and Lian.
* LongRangeFighter: The majority of members fight using guns and bow and arrows.

A troubled boy, Roy Harper was taken in by Oliver Queen as his ward. Using his own skill with a bow, he fought alongside his mentor as Speedy. Speedy would go on to be a second generation member of the Titans. After the death and funeral of Jason Todd, Roy quit the Titans by throwing his feathered cap in Green Arrow's face at a press event. Roy would go off on his own as a member of League of Assassins, remaking himself as Arsenal. He and Cheshire would later have a daughter, named Lian Harper.\
\
He's also a founding member of the Outlaws, a group of anti-heroes led by Jason Todd along with Starfire, Donna Troy and Huntress.
----
* AcePilot: Roy knows how to fly most types of aircraft, including helicopters and spacecraft such as the Javelin.
* ActionDad: The father of Lian Harper courtesy of Cheshire.
* ArmCannon: His weapon as Arsenal. The arm also have a three shot sonic blaster which can be fired from the arm's wrist.
* ArtificialLimbs: He lost his right arm by Dumah and now replaced with a cybernetic arm. The attachment works "around" Roy's nerve endings and actually enhances the pain he already feels. It hinders his ability as an archer to the point that he's stopped using a bow. It also features a grapnel line, lock-pick release device, wrist blade, communications equipment, and several small storage compartments which Roy uses to store first aid supplies, evidence, and a couple of cigars (he and Jason have a tradition of smoking cigars at the conclusion of a succession mission).
* BadassNormal: Well, he was trained by Ollie, after all.
* DeadpanSnarker: Like Jason, more deadpan than snarky.
* FatalFlaw: Self-depreciation. Roy has terrible self esteem born out of the abandonment issues he suffered through when he was a kid. As an adult, Roy is constantly worried about slipping back into his drug addiction and fears he's neither a good person, superhero or a good father to Lian.
* FieryRedhead: He's more prone to angry outbursts than his mentor who, while outspoken, is downright passive compared to Roy.
* GoodIsNotNice: He's a hero, but is a jerk to his mentor, his teammates, and even the people he's rescuing.
* GunsAkimbo: Roy is exceptionally skilled in the use, maintenance, and construction of most types of weaponry. Roy is a skilled marksman and gunsmith. Roy is responsible for the custom firearms and ammunition which both he and Red Hood use in the field.
* HandicappedBadass: He lost his right arm by Dumas and had to replace it with a robotic arm as a result.
* HeroicBSOD: Following his arm being hacked off.
* HeroicWillpower: According to Hal Jordan, Roy might have what it takes to be a Green Lantern. This might just be Hal wishing to replace Guy for another redhead, but maybe there is something to it. Roy is definitely stubborn and brave to a fault.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Jason Todd.
* HiddenDepths: Roy used to be drummer for the band Great Frog, while still a member of the Titans.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Despite his jerkass nature, he does genuinely care about his friends and secretly looks out for them.
* LegallyDead: After the soft reboot. Roy Harper is legally dead, he use an alias as legal identity under the name of James Harper Jr.
* LongRangeFighter: Like his mentor, he's a master of archery. Unlike Green Arrow, however, he has no qualms using guns after he sets out on his own.
* OfficialCouple: With Donna Troy.
* PapaWolf: To Lian, obviously, one of the most adorable and well-adjusted kids in comic book history. Despite requiring nannies from time to time, he never deprived her of love and attention and the two have had an amazingly adorable and loving relationship.
* LeParkour: While nowhere near as proficient as Dick Grayson, Roy has displayed on many occasions that he is an expert in acrobatics, and often uses this skill while evading enemy fire.
* PermaStubble: He grows this as Arsenal.
* RageQuit: After Jason's Funeral, Roy quit the Titans by throwing his feathered cap in Green Arrow's face at a press event.
* ReallyGetsAround: Roy is infamously this with Jade Nguyen and Donna Troy.
* RedIsHeroic: He has red hair and a hero. His first superhero outfit was completely red, except the yellow hat; his second costume is both red and black.
* Sidekick: As Speedy.
* VitriolicBestBuds: With Jason Todd.

caption-width-right:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/john_diggle__earth_27__commission_by_phil_cho_daxlprq.jpg

A former military soldier was part of a rescue force in the Battle of Mogadishu and at the conflict's end, learned that his brother was among the few U.S. casualties. Due to John's special forces background, he was hand-picked to oversee security for a very important, very private client: Cadmus Labs. On John's first day at Cadmus Labs, he was given a shot which he was told was a simple flu shot. In truth, it was an enzyme that heightened John's mental processes, particularly with his ability to process his sensory information and his response time to such stimuli; John was the ideal security specialist.\
\
By the time Oliver freed John, the lab was torched, most of the workers had been killed or escaped, and John had been subjected to some memory erasing treatments but was alive. Oliver took John back to Star City and fixed him up.\
\
Shortly after John's recovery, he found out that Oliver had been making plans to become a superhero in the style of Gotham's Batman. John offered to help. At first, John played support and let Ollie have all the fun. As time went on, John's skills became more needed in the field, watching Ollie’s back. Now, John sports his own costume and calls himself "The Guardian".
----
* ActionDad: He and Lyla have a daughter, Sarah Diggle.
* AdaptationNameChange: He's Guardian rather than Spartan to avoid confusion with the Spartan of [=WildC=].A.T.S.
* AmicableExes: Was this with Lyla, but they're back together and over a year later they remarry and it made him a loving, caring and responsible father to his cherished daughter, Sara.
* BelligerentSexualTension: He and Lyla are prone to arguments and such, but they obviously love each other.
* BigBrotherMentor: Basically his role in Team Arrow.
* CompositeCharacter: Diggle is a composite of Jim Harper aka Guardian in the comics on [=E27=], while he retains his Spartan general look from the Arrowverse, he also take cues from James Olsen who's also Guardian in Series/Supergirl2015 tv series.
* CoolHelmet: His silver helm.
* DeadpanSnarker: After he and Oliver become closer, he shows no hesitation in cracking wise on a regular basis.
* ExpyCoexistence: Season 7 of Arrow revealed that Diggle was really a case of CanonCharacterAllAlong: John Stewart. Obviously, they're not the same guy in the DCU nor on Earth-27.
* HappilyMarried: With Lyla.
* HealingFactor: He has an Accelerated Healing Factor and Resilience thanks by Cadmus's Serum.
* HeterosexualLifePartners: With Oliver.
* HonoraryUncle: For Roy Harper.
* TheLancer: To Oliver, always Oliver's second-in-command and the more level-headed Foil to Oliver.
* MilitarySuperhero: He's a retired U.S. Army soldier, though he only officially becomes a superhero during his year of vigilante work.
* OfficialCouple: With Lyla Michaels-Diggle.
* OnlySaneMan: Unquestionably the most level-headed member of Team Arrow. While he still have his idiotic moments, it's not as worse as the rest.
* ShieldBash: Uses his small shield for combat.
* SuperSerum: On John's first day at Cadmus Labs, he was given a shot which he was told was a simple flu shot. In truth, it was an enzyme that heightened John's mental processes, particularly with his ability to process his sensory information and his response time to such stimuli; John was the ideal security specialist. With the first shot such a success, Cadmus gave John further treatments. His shoulder not only fully recovered as a result of these chemical cocktails, but it was better than ever.
* TallDarkAndSnarky: He stands 6'3" and definitely has a snarky humor.
* ThrowingYourShieldAlwaysWorks: Guardian usually prefers to keep hold of his shield, so he can use it like a shield, but he's pretty proficient at using it like a thrown projectile too.

Connor Hawke is the son of Oliver Queen and Nyssa al Ghul. As a kid, he grew up most of life in the League of Assassins and later learned that his father was not only a billionaire and superhero, but was also thought to have been the center of one of his mother's prophetic scribbling. Unable to stomach the idea of a prophecy that Nyssa had hoped Oliver was destined to bring about, Connor immediately fled. Knowing that his mother would turn to the occult to track him, Connor traveled to Nanda Parbat, hoping its magic would shield his location. Connor would become the Red Arrow as an honor to his parents.
----
* TheAgeless: His healing power keeps him young, healthy and at his prime with much ease.
* BashBrothers: With his half-sister Emiko or his maternal cousin Damian.
* BrokenPedestal: Connor is this to his mother Nyssa. One day, however, while his mother was away on assignment, Connor broke into his mother's room and read from her journal. Connor's intentions were as even he cannot recall why he did this or what he was originally hoping to learn. What he did learn, however, was that his mother suspected Connor himself was the prophecy that Nyssa had hoped Oliver was destined to bring about. This meant that if Connor was the prophecy, he would personally bring about a new world order and be responsible for the death of millions. Unable to stomach the idea, Connor immediately fled. Knowing that his mother would turn to the occult to track him.
* CallingTheOldManOut: When he learned that his father is Oliver Queen/Green Arrow on his mother's prophetic scribblings, and also learned that he has a half-sister and adoptive brother through his father; and though Connor had an interest of meeting his father, he had kept such feelings in check as his father had betrayed the League itself, but also his Mother.
* Clairvoyance: Connor's zen training has endowed him with the gift of vision.
* ClassRepresentative: He's the class leader of the 2014 generation of Titans.
* ColorCharacter: As Red Arrow.
* CombatSadomasochist: He can withstand the impact of multiple gunshots to the chest with minimal injury.

* HeroicLineage: He's the son of Oliver Queen/Green Arrow.
* HumbleHero: In a rather stark contrast to his dad's boasting and boisterous nature.
* MeaningfulName: Connor's alias is a homage to his parents aliases: Red, for Red Claw, and Arrow for Green Arrow.
* TheNeedless: He tires at a very slow rate and needs minimal body requirements for survival.
* NoCelebritiesWereHarmed: He unintentionally has a resemblance to Justin Hartley.
* OnlySaneMan: He can sometimes seem like this in a household with his hot-tempered, impulsive father and the equally impulsive and hot tempered Speedies.
* RaceLift: Connor Hawke is now mostly Caucasian with some Middle Eastern ancestry on his mother's side, rather than half-white, and black and Korean, due to being Nyssa al Ghul's son.
* RedOniBlueOni: The Red to Emiko's blue.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: Nyssa al Ghul is his mother and Malcolm Merlyn as his half-brother in [=E27=].
* ReligiousBruiser: He is a Buddhist.
* TheStraightAndArrowPath: Connor is an extraordinary archer, a student of the Kyudo discipline, though not as proficient as his father.
* TechnicalPacifist: Connor is an Aikido Disciple which utilizes a method of unarmed self-defense which encourages a discipline and a nonviolent attitude.
* WarriorMonk: He was trained by mystics and monks in Nanda Parbat for nine months and is a formidable fighter.

The daughter of Shado and Oliver Queen created on a love potion orchestrated by Malcolm Merlyn. She would later take the Arrowette mantle from her aunt Thea.
----
* AdaptationNameChange: Instead of the Red Arrow moniker (which goes to Connor instead), she inherits the Arrowette moniker in Earth-27.
* AwesomeByAnalysis: Emiko is able to calculate wind, angle, speed and distance during archery and combat.
* BadassNormal: Has no powers but takes the footsteps of her father.
* BareMidriffsAreFeminine: Inverted. In her casual clothes she shows her navel, and she's less girly than Mia or Felicity.
* ChildByRape: Emiko Queen is a result of Malcolm Merlyn drugging Oliver Queen and Mei Gulong with a love potion. Because the love potion had a memory altering properties, they don't remember Malcolm's involvment.
* CulturedBadass: When she's not Arrowette, Emiko is remarkably skilled Ballet Dancer.
* DeadpanSnarker: Snark-to-snark combat with her brother Connor, naturally.
* DecompositeCharacter: Like Mia Dearden below, Emiko was an influence to Thea in Series/Arrow however since Thea Queen exists as Ollie's half-sister in Earth-27 and Emiko's different character instead.
* HeroicBastard: She's the illegitimate daughter of Oliver Queen and his former lover Mei Gulong.
* ImprobableAimingSkills: With an bow and arrow of all things.

%%* InTheHood: And a mask.
* LegacyCharacter: She inherited the Arrowette mantle from her paternal aunt Thea Queen.
* MasterArcher: She's probably one of the few who can truly match her father when it comes to archery.
* TheMole: She was initially sent by her mother to infiltrate Team Arrow and spy on them from the inside.
* RaceLift: In the comics' continuity, Shado was Japanese and thus Emiko was half-Japanese. Here, Shado is Chinese like in the Arrowverse, making Emiko a half-Chinese, half-Caucasian girl who has a Japanese given name with no explanation.
* RedOniBlueOni: The Blue to Connor's Red.
* RelatedDifferentlyInTheAdaptation: Emiko is Ollie's daughter rather than his half-sister in Earth 27.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: She's the half-sister of her adopted cousin Cynthia Lance, who is also the daughter of Shado.
* TheStraightAndArrowPath: Like his father and mother, Emiko is one of the world's greatest archers.
* SuperReflexes: Emiko is an accomplished and skilled acrobat, able to dodge bullets and perform great feats.
* TattooAsCharacterType: In her civilian appearance she has dragon with an arrow tattoo on her right wrist.
* TrickArrow: Nothing too fancy, but the fact that she uses any at all is impressive given her father's relativity crude base of operations.
* TykeBomb: Her being raised by Shado and Komodo starts this way.

caption-width-right:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mia_dearden__earth_27__commission_by_phil_cho_dby3gkl.jpg

A former runaway on the streets following the murder of her parents, Mia Dearden picked up the bow and took the name "Speedy", crime-fighting student of Green Arrow and Grifter.
----
* AdaptationalBackstoryChange: Mia is not a child prostitute in Earth 27. Her comic counterpart is also afflicted with HIV, Roy felt this was a very sensitive topic (and also a very dated reference) so her origin was changed and she caught [=MacGregor=]'s Syndrome (a fictional disease that's similar to cancer). This is also a way to show that Victor Fries' research did some good to the world, as it provided for a treatment for a deadly decease.
* AdaptationDyeJob: Mia was blonde in the comics, but here she's a brunette. Also, her Speedy costume is mostly yellow and black instead of red and yellow.
* BadassAdorable: She can be sweet and deadly. Usually both.
* BadassCape: Her costume has a yellow cape that has a hood on it.
* BareMidriffsAreFeminine: In her casual clothes she does, and she's quite feminine.
* BigSisterMentor:
** Mia likes to hang out with the underclassmen. She feels a bit out of her league with the older Titans and feels like she can be a big help to them.
** Mia wants to become a full time Titans mentor when she graduates and wants to be the fitness instructor.
* DecompositeCharacter: Mia Dearden was the inspiration of Thea Queen in Series/Arrow. But in Earth-27 both are two separate characters with different backstories.
* ExpyCoexistence: Emiko Queen and Thea Queen were based on her, and here they coexist and are part of the same family.
* LegacyCharacter: Third carrier of the Speedy name.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: She's Oliver and Thea Queen's cousin here (her father was Moira Queen's youngest brother).

caption-width-right:250:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/rene_ramirez.jpg

Rene Ramirez, a former soldier of the Special Forces who grew up in a rocky childhood and he later lived in Star City for most of his life. After his wife is accidentally killed by her drug dealer, he fall into depression in a bad spiral of drugs and alcohol. When Child Protective Services takes his daughter Zoe away, it only makes things worse. However, the seeing the Green Arrow on TV, he is inspired to become the vigilante Wild Dog.
----
* AbusiveParents: His father Hector was a prized fighter who liked beating his kids, until the guy's trainer, Ted Grant, beat the guy for a change and Rene and his family moved to Star City.
* ActionDad: A vigilante with a young daughter named Zoe Ramirez, but lost custody of her to social services in the wake of his wife's death and the unstable home situation that followed.
* AlliterativeName: Rene Ramirez.
* BigEater: As he's not much of a cook, when Claire died, Rene initially survived on a diet provided by Big Belly Burger. He's since expanded his food options, but he still never passes up an opportunity to indulge in a Big Belly Bacon Burger.
* ChildhoodFriends: Rene knew Sara and Thea while growing up. He was the same age as both, but he went to public school while they went to private school. Still, Rene saw enough of Sara and her friend to develop a crush on Thea.
* CompositeCharacter: Based on the Arrowverse version of Wild Dog, which is named Rene Ramirez rather than Jack Wheeler.
* CoolMask: His hockey goalies' mask, which made April O'Neil to confuse Casey Jones with him.
* GoodScarsEvilScars: Has a scar running across his right eye.
* HotBlooded: Rene is quick to anger and start a fight, which also makes him quick to clash with Oliver.
* IntergenerationalFriendship: Has remained good friends with Quentin Lance since he was a teenager, even joining the army inspired by Lance's own military service.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Definitely has an attitude problem and lacks tact, yet there is no denying his heart is in the right place.
* MilitarySuperhero: Subverted. He was in the Special Forces, but was dishonorably discharged, and there is almost no attention brought to his time there, in contrast to Diggle.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: Jack Wheeler, the Wild Dog in the comics is his stepfather instead. He's also the brother of Juan and Francisco Ramirez, while Antonio Ramirez, el Tejano, is his ancestor. His father is Hector Ramirez, a user of the Wildcat name that was killed by Killer Croc in the comics.

The stepsister of Ronnie Raymond. An IT technician at Queen Consolidated, she was eventually recruited Oliver to help in his mission to save the city as the team's resident hacker calling herself as "Operator".
----
* BadassAdorable: Yes, Felicity is not much of an ActionGirl but she is savvy and brainy. She often uses her brains to get Team Arrow out of trouble and she usually manages to be quirky and adorable while doing so.
* BunnyEarsLawyer: She has her share of quirks and eccentricities, but she's the best IT specialist at Queen Consolidated for a darn good reason.
* CompositeCharacter: While mostly her characterization from the Series/Arrowverse, she's also Ronnie Raymond's stepsister, much like her original comic book incarnation that was his stepmother.
* DeadpanSnarker: She has her moments, but normally her moments of snark come from her already adorable nature rather than a strict deadpan tone.
* Determinator: Once Felicity wants something or believes in something, she NEVER gives up. Overall, Felicity is probably the most determined and stubborn member of Team Arrow.
* EndearinglyDorky: Even once she's in on the secret and surrounded by badasses, she still manages to be an adorable MotorMouth.
* FriendlyRivalry: With Oracle, due to both of them being MissionControl gals.
* GenkiGirl: Lacks the manic energy typically associated with this trope, but she does talk very fast and tends to be very optimistic.
* Hackette: Felicity is able to hack virtually any form of technology. Often she does so from her handy 'magic tablet'. Many of her hacks look like a 3D computer animation on her screen which uses to control real technology.
* JewishAndNerdy: Her Judaism comes up a few times, especially near Christmastime. She's also extremely nerdy.
* MissionControl: Her usual role for Team Arrow, though she does go out on occasion to help in the field.
* MotorMouth: She talks a lot.
* MrExposition: She's a member of The Network, who submit character files of the different characters of Earth 27.
* NerdsAreSexy: Her attractiveness and nerdiness are equally lampshaded by other characters.
* OfficialCouple: With Ray Palmer.
* OpenMouthInsertFoot: She has a bad tendency to phrase things in an awkward or insensitive manner, only realize how they sound after she has already said them.
* TheSmartGirl: She's the one who does all the research and hacking for the team.
* SmartPeopleWearGlasses: A very brilliant hacker with a pair of glasses.
* WhiteHatHacker: Eventually.

The daughter of Roy Harper and Jade Nguyen, niece of Artemis Crock and half-sister of Tommy Spivot.

Oliver's best friend, the son of Malcolm Merlyn and half-brother of Thea Queen.
----
* BadassNormal: Without any actual training, except moves picked up from a dozen different sparring partners, Tommy can hold his own against most untrained combatants... and he has no qualms about fighting dirty. His father tried to teach him but as a child, but Tommy never did like hurting people.
* TheBartender: His main job at Danny the Street's Udderly delicious.
* CallingTheOldManOut: Justified in that his father is a world class jerk to him.
* TheCasanova: Tommy is weak to the charms of women. He has never had any relationship longer than a month or two.
* CompositeCharacter: Mostly based on his Arrowverse incarnation.
* CoolUncle: He's the adopted uncle of Cynthia Lance.
* HonoraryTrueCompanion: Of the Legends. He's not an official member but as their main bartender, sees them very often.
* LightIsGood: While he's not an active hero, his costume as Broken Arrow is mostly white, which contrasts with his father's black clothes as The Magician.
* MasterArcher: Though he once gave Oliver a run for his money, Tommy had let his training slip. But with some warming up, he can hold his own among other world-class archers.
* NonActionGuy: He's not combat proficient like Oliver. And even though he has the balls to defend the people close to him, he always lose badly if he decides to fight.
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: Through his mother Rebecca Barrow, he becomes the half-brother of Victor and Violet Paige.
* Sadist: Tommy Merlyn believes he enjoys hurting and killing people. He desperately wishes to explore this side of himself. He has gotten into bar fights when provoked, only to surrender himself to a brutal beating when he's close to victory as a way of punishing himself for indulging in violence.
* ScarsAreForever: Tommy survived after being shot in a explosive arrow by Oliver Queen who want to shoot Prometheus in the face. Feeling responsible for this, Ollie brought Tommy back to Star City with him. Tommy found his friendship with Ollie challenged, even though Ollie covered all of Tommy's medical and psychiatric costs. Tommy had become deeply traumatized by the damage to his body and also at the pain of having taken a life. When he and Ollie or Thea did talk, Tommy often remarked that his new face reflected his soul and felt he was destined to become a killer, like his father.
* TheSlacker: Just like Oliver Queen, Tommy is a slacker at heart. Tommy often doesn't like to take things too seriously... except for when he does.
* SpannerInTheWorks: His presence is what threw Prometheus' plan into disarray and led to the villain's demise.
* StrongFamilyResemblance: He's the splitting image of his father Malcolm.
* SupremeChef: Oliver might know how to cook chili, but Tommy once trained under a classical French chef and according to Dinah can make an omelette that is "ridiculously delicious".
