Mostly this was due to a combination of her sales team doing well and the other team crashing and burning, though she did make the crucial decision to keep costs down, saving them from the other team's fate. After that, however, she was unimpressive to say the least. The only other time she did very well was on her penultimate task, where she won as project manager, though even then Richard had to keep the costs under firm control.
