[[caption-width-right:350:[[labelnote:Click here to see her with long hair.]]https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/lily_96.png]] [[/labelnote]]
Lily runs the house and takes care of all the Pokemon who live there.
----
* AbusiveParents: Lily’s parents have been shown to be negligent toward her, even giving her a “pet” she by all rights should never have been allowed to have at her age, and in her teenage years were [[HeteronormativeCrusader openly abusive after she came out as a lesbian.]]
* AllLesbiansWantKids: Lily craves a child of her own in some capacity, but circumstances have resulted in there being very few options for her other than a sperm donor, which she is averse to.
* [[AlwaysGetsHisMan Always Gets Her Man]]: During her time spent as a League Enforcer [[note]]in-universe name for specialized police force[[/note]] Lily was exceptionally good at tracking down people guilty of Pokemon abuse, to the point that she became notorious and hated by those people. It's been subtly implied that the League has become significantly worse at catching Pokemon Abuse since Lily left.
* AmbiguouslyBrown: People have a hard time deciding exactly whether Lily is light-skinned or dark-skinned, largely because of the cold tones she’s drawn with and her skin looking considerably different depending on who she’s positioned with. Lily looks VERY dark when G is in the shot, and VERY light when Sketchy or Carousel are in the shot.
* AngstWhatAngst: [[invoked]] Lily gets over her shock and disgust at G's actions in Violate relatively quickly, and seems to persist in her anger entirely out of principle.
* AuthorAvatar: Lily in the comic is based on Orchard herself. As the comic went on, Orchard began to actively avert the trope by giving Lily a more unique personality and an ImportantHaircut.
* BerserkButton: Don't disrespect G.
* ByTheBookCop: Her career as a League Enforcer was this, with arrests staying with reasonable bounds. The only death at Lily's hands (which also resulted in her being fired) was a result of her target's adamant refusal to be taken alive and fighting so desperately that the situation quickly turned into "Kill or Be Killed."
* CharacterDevelopment: Early on, she took a huge blind spot to Mismagius's mistreatment of G and was somewhat insensitive towards G's boundaries regarding Mega-Evolution. The conclusion of the ''Mega-Evolution Arc' sees Lily ceasing this behavior and remaining protective towards G.
* CannotKeepASecret: Because of the shared link with G, Lily can’t keep anything secret.
* CosmicPlaything: Lily has been through parental abuse, peer abuse, partner abuse, and a litany of other misfortunes throughout her life. It’s one of the reasons G is so protective of her.
* DeadpanSnarker: Not to G's extent (or even the extent of her real-life counterpart) but still pretty prominent.
* DomesticAbuse: Part of Lily's primary character arc involves recovering from her previous relationship, where her fiance emotionally and sexually abused her.
* FamilyOfChoice: Lily wants nothing to do with her actual relatives, and has repeatedly said that G is the only family she has. This has since expanded to include her other Pokemon, her girlfriend Mikaila, and her daughter Bonnie.
* FatalFlaw: Lily is notoriously biased when it comes to G. She lets her off the hook for a lot of her behavior and often takes her side in arguments. She's also been extremely lenient when it comes to many of G's more extreme behavior, like her mating bond.
* FriendToAllChildren: In addition to wanting a child of her own, Lily is shown to be extremely empathetic toward and protective of children in general, both Human and Pokemon.
** During her time as an enforcer, Lily was known to be far more gentle toward teenage perpetrators than adults. See Hidden Depths below.
* GoodIsNotSoft: While she is very caring and kindhearted, Lily is more than willing to give G tough love when she needs it.
* GoodParents: While she grew up with AbusiveParents, Lily has been nothing but a good mother to first Cala, and later Bonnie. She was willing to give Cala up to a good home even though doing so crushed her emotionally, because it would be better for the Ralts, and she was immediately loving and protective with Bonnie.
* HiddenDepths: In the Honesty arc, Lily confessed that when she was a teenager she'd briefly had a crush on G. She at some point had gotten over it.
** There's a general implication throughout the entire story that Lily actually lied about this, as her behavior toward G has been called out as being romantic in nature by people who know her well. She's described by both Mikaila and G as being easily smitten and prone to developing romantic feelings toward her friends. Being an extremely affectionate person doesn't help either, as she and G are very frequently in intimate positions in the comic, either cuddling or G sleeping with her head in Lily's lap.
* ImportantHaircut: [[https://lilys-poke-madhouse.tumblr.com/post/188893567808/artist-patreon This oneshot,]] after Cala goes away.
* LamePunReaction: She simply frowns and raises an eyebrow when Mikaila makes a pun about a Machoke.
* MamaBear: When some bullies were picking on Sam and Cala in the sandbox, Lily only has one thing to say.
-->'''Lily''': G. [[https://poke-madhouse.tumblr.com/post/188639777898/artist-patreon Tramautize them.]]
* NervousWreck: Lily is jumpy, anxious and prone to bouts of insecurities. One of the reasons she treasures her friendship with G so much is that the shared mind means that she always knows what G is feeling.
* PlatonicLifePartners: With G.
* {{Polyamory}}: Lily has two girlfriends: Mikaila and Ginger.
* ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight: When Lily sees how captivated G is with Marah, she decides to ignore the law for a chance to give her friend the happiness she deserves.
* SheIsNotMyGirlfriend: With G. Not only does Lily receive accusations of this from the audience, it is implied that she was bullied throughout her adolescence for this same reason, especially after G evolved for the final time.
* ShipperOnDeck: When she notices that G is DistractedByTheSexy with Marah, she decides to break the rules and let her stay so that her friend can have a second chance at love.
* StatuesqueStunner: Lily's typically drawn noticeably taller than G or Mikaila and is considered very attractive.
* SupportingProtagonist: Lily is the catalyst for a lot of G's character growth, due to her relationship with her. While she herself only goes through marginal character development.

[[folder:G]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/gfw_1.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]
A Gardevoir, and Lily's closest friend who's been with her since she was a toddler. She lives in the house and enjoys all the status of a human roommate, though not without needling from Lily's other Pokemon about it.
----
* TheAce: G is Lily's most powerful Pokemon, and her only battle-ready Pokemon at all.
* AchillesHeel: The cold, as Gardevoir are stated to be cold-blooded. Her entire body literally shuts down when this happens. This is stated to be the reason that Lily lost the Hoenn League, as her opponent used Sheer Cold and caused G to shut down so badly that Lily forfeited despite a 1-5 lead to keep her from becoming seriously injured or worse.
* AffectionateNickname: Lily calls her "G."
* AmbiguouslyHuman: A weird case with G. Growning up alongside a human has meant that G has assimilated into human life, and that has left her alienated from other Pokemon, but as she still IS another Pokemon she still has her baser instincts that can often dominate her rationality. This puts her in a strange limbo where in most cases she can't form relationships with Lily's other Pokemon, but also can't form deeper relationships she would like with the human she is very close to.
** This is made clearer in the fact that her main love interest, Marah, is also a Gardevoir who has assimilated into human life.
* BerserkButton: The word "Waifu." She views it as an offensive slur.
* CharacterDevelopment: While previously insecure about how her relationship with Lily is percieved, a recent comic had Lily show her the ring she was going to propose to Mikaila with, only for G to jokingly misinterpret who she was actually proposing to.
* ClingyJealousGirl: Where Lily is involved. She reacts badly to the news that Cala is bonding to her, and has been stated on multiple times to dislike Mikaila.
* CrushBlush: Around Marah, who flirts often and obviously with her.
* CuteAndPsycho: While G is clearly sociable and loves Lily very much and gets a large number of adorable moments, she also REALLY likes to fight and approaches it with extreme gusto.
* DeadpanSnarker: Basically any line that's not derision or depression is this.
* DeconstructorFleet: Most of her stories revolve around her distaste of the cliche of Gardevoir as hyper-submissive, doting sex toys, to the point of being actively angry when she sees Gardevoir who aren’t as imposing as they could be like Corazon.
* DesignerBabies: G is one. She is the in-universe equivalent of a Pokemon with Perfect IV's. She is obscenely powerful, physically fit, has an extremely brilliant mind, and is capable of quickly learning new abilities. She's also stated to be an extremely rare example of such a Gardevoir with the only other example being Diantha's Gardevoir.
* DistractedByTheSexy: Twice, once with Lily's new haircut, and once when Marah flirted with her.
* FurIsClothing: While not exactly fur, G's "dress" is able to come off and be washed with the rest of the laundry. Lily [[BrainBleach doesn't like that]].
* HopelessSuitor: During the ''Honesty'' arc, G eventually realizes that she wants to be with Lily to the point that she actually tries to convince her it would be good for them. Lily ultimately turns her down, with G even admitting she knew this was coming. That doesn't make her any less crushed, though.
* IWantMyBelovedToBeHappy: When Lily reveals that [[spoiler:she's planning to propose to Mikaila]], G fights back against her possessive instincts and reassures her friend that she's doing the right thing, despite the fact that [[ColourCodedEmotions her horn has turned red]].
* JerkassToOne: Downplayed, as G is a bit of a pill with everyone, even Lily. But the only person she really has a problem with, aside from Lily's girlfriends as it's nothing personal and G is just territorial, is Corazon.
* JerkWithAHeartOfGold: Very sarcastic, neurotic and rude, but with a soft spot for Lily and her Pokemon. She even begins to be nicer to Mikaila.
* LadyOfBlackMagic: G knows quite a few Dark Type abilities that she makes liberal use of. But the ultimate example of this is Surrender to Madness, where G can shift into a wraith to become extremely powerful and extremely instinct-driven.
* LauncherOfAThousandShips: [[invoked]] G's been shipped with pretty much every major character, with Butterfree, Lily, Maggie, Marah and Corazon being particularly persistent.
* LiminalBeing: Due to her unique upbringing, she can't be considered a Pokemon since she has the emotional capacity of a human, but can't fully considered one since she's still a fundamentally alien being with supernatural inhuman powers. It's one of the causes of her many mental issues.
* LoveMakesYouDumb: As soon as she sees Marah, she's a blushing idiotic mess.
* MagicKnight: Makes liberal use of physical moves like Crunch and Shadow Claw.
* MarriageOfConvenience: Has the psychic equivalent of one of these to extend her lifespan.
* MindlinkMates: With Lily, though in a platonic sense. G even refers to Lily as her "Bondmate."
* MySpeciesDothProtestTooMuch: G is so well-known and loved partially because she's a DeconstructorFleet of how Gardevoir are usually portrayed in pokémon fanart. She's extremely powerful, knows it and will not let herself be treated like a docile house pet or a sex-toy like most of her fellow Gardevoir.
* MythologyGag: The Mating Bond, a common element for Gardevoir in fandom circles. G uses this to extend her lifespan albeit with highly troublesome implications.
* NervousWreck: Even more so than Lily. G suffers from a great deal of anxiety and self-hatred as a result of stereotypes about her species and her inadvertent conformity to them.
* PseudoRomanticFriendship: With Lily. The two have been best friends since they were little and are extremely close with each other to the point that most other people in the house just take it as a given that there is probably something more between them.
* ScaryTeeth: Has an uneven row of razor-sharp teeth.
* ShipTease: With Butterfree, though this was recently scrapped after a reader pointed out [[PaedoHunt that Butterfree acts a lot like a child]].
** Also with Maggie, Lily, and Corazon.
** And, more recently, with Marah.
* SourOutsideSadInside: Mismagius’ constant taunting has caused her to fear being affectionate with Lily like they had been most of their lives. Worse even, Lily’s apathy toward it eventually caused her to fear that Lily had romantic feelings for her and become terrified of Mega-Evolution lest the supercharged mental link reveal the answer. These two anxieties have made her miserable to the point that she’s broken down into tears and occasionally considered leaving.
* StopBeingStereotypical: G's initial character arc involved her anxieties about inadvertently conforming to stereotypes about her species, and the internalized self-hatred she projects onto others. It proceeded to wreak havoc on her psyche until she was forced to admit that she was in love with Lily, and was reassured that she was doing nothing wrong and Lily promising that nothing would change between them.
* ThatThingIsNotMyChild: {{Downplayed}} with Bonnie. Despite [[spoiler:willingly swapping the DNA to create Bonnie]], G treats her more like a weird child she happens to live with than a daughter, despite Bonnie's adamant insistence on G being her second mother.
* TheFourLoves: G has all four of these with Lily.
** ''Storge'': G takes comfort in Lily's presence, and the two see each other as family.
** ''Philia'': G and Lily consider each other to be best friends, and their relationship is as close as it is possible to be.
** ''Eros'': G has admitted to being in love with Lily, feelings which Lily does not reciprocate.
** ''Agape'': G will generally do anything to ensure Lily's happiness, even going as far as to sabotage an experiment and risk her own extreme discomfort in order to give Lily the child she's always wanted.
* UnresolvedSexualTension: With Lily. G has been battling with her anxieties and her fears of being a "stereotype" for years, which only gets worse when she's forced to admit that she does have romantic feelings for Lily. Though Lily reassures her that nothing will change between them, G continues to struggle with these feelings.
* ViolentlyProtectiveGirlfriend: While Lily has refused to have a romantic relationship with G so far, that doesn't stop G from being vicious to anyone who poses a threat to Lily. G has only ever used [[UnstoppableRage Surrender To Madness]] twice, both times to protect Lily, and she had zero qualms about killing a man who [[AttemptedRape tried to rape Lily]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Mikaila]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/mik1fw.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]
One of Lily's girlfriends, and the one she's been with the longest. Moved in with her as of ''Confessions.''
----
* ButtMonkey: So far, Mikaila has been kidnapped by one of her Pokemon who takes her to the store, glared at by Lily for making a particularly bad pun and slammed into a wall by Puff the Dragonite (the last one is non-canon), all PlayedForLaughs.
* ComicallyMissingThePoint: She didn't understand when Lily was offering to let her move in.
* CutenessProximity: When presented with Cala [[https://66.media.tumblr.com/3aa4df8ccb7bc376a2c2a58456f1bc2a/tumblr_pvupg0aw8Q1y5rpl9o2_1280.png for the first time]], she immediately goes starry-eyed and treats her like a baby.
** This is repeated with her reaction to a [[https://66.media.tumblr.com/c9b5cc76bcd1e76af29e30b60704fc37/259f1d5228773c68-97/s1280x1920/ef34be3bed5fd6a544d5651dfff009ccb5267bf6.png snoozing Bonnie]].
* ADayInTheLimelight: The one-page comic during the ''Vacation Arc'' is the only time where we follow Mikaila around, without Lily or G present.
* FriendToAllChildren: Mikaila is incredibly indulgent whenever it comes to any children around her. She treats Cala and Bonnie like her own children and becomes [[MamaBear incredibly angry]] when some bullies shove Sam into the sand.
* GoodStepmother: While not legally Bonnie's stepmother, as she and Lily aren't married yet, she treats Bonnie like her own daughter and dotes on her constantly, carrying her around, comforting her when she's upset, and taking care of her whenever conflict comes up in the household. [[spoiler:Her reaction to finding out that G sabotaged the experiment to create Bonnie was that of grateful surprise.]]
** This extends to the period when Lily was taking care of Cala, where Mikaila would often indulge in the Ralts' sweet tooth, comforting her when Lily went on a vacation, and [[MamaBear was willing to put herself between some bullies and Cala]] when some kids were bullying Cala and Sam.
* HammerspaceHair: [[https://66.media.tumblr.com/8e4c4e760e3637e7361e0cb1777f556d/tumblr_pzkrigJeY51y5rpl9o9_r2_1280.png Has a full head of poofy hair that]] is able to conceal an [[https://lilys-poke-madhouse.tumblr.com/post/187954597073/artist-patreon entire Ralts inside it.]]
* IncrediblyLamePun: [[https://lilys-poke-madhouse.tumblr.com/post/187549475868/artist-patreon This comic]]. Lily is not impressed.
* MsFanservice: Arguably one of the prettiest characters in the comic, always drawn with excellent makeup and shapely curves. [[https://lily-orchard.tumblr.com/post/613801516699205632/btw-mikaila-has-a-nice-ass-in-that-madhouse-comic Lily, who is Mikaila's real-life fiance, agrees that Mikaila's hot]].
* NiceGal: She's always sweet and supportive of Lily, and tries to be friends with G.
* [[OnlySaneMan Only Sane Woman]]: She seems to be the voice of reason among the family. She helps Lily deal with her dreams and settles the dispute between Lily and G after ''Violate'', and would later be the support for Bonnie when G was dealing with Lily's rejection of her. She even says as much.
--> '''Mikaila''': Mikaila Turkleson, you are the backbone of this family.\
'''Butterfree''': *chirp?*\
'''Mikaila''': Yes I know [[FiveSecondForeshadowing I don't live here]]. Just let me dream, huh?
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Butterfree]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/butt1fw.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]
Lily's third Pokemon, a ditzy and immature bug who enjoys snacks, Mothra, G, and snuggling any hand she possibly can.
----
* TheCutie: Butterfree is characterized even by G as a “cute bug.” She’s arguably the most adorable of Lily’s Pokemon, with her fondness for snuggling and her love of sitting on G’s head.
* TheDitz: Butterfree is one of the least intelligent of Lily’s Pokemon. Scatterbrained, unaware of most things, illiterate, and prone to making animal noises.
* HiddenDepths: Is able to understand complex concepts in her own Butterfree way. Also shown to be a gambler, and quite good at it too.
* NiceGal: Butterfree is generally very pleasant and nice to everyone, always eager to meet (and cuddle) new friends.
* ShipTease: With G. Little seems to come of it other than the two of them snuggling and being very affectionate toward one another, as Lily scrapped the idea when a reader pointed out that Butterfree acts a lot like a child.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Bonnie]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tumblr_f696f2f2ace2c83b351b13009b3cfeee_820af0ad_1280.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:SHE BABY!]]
A Human/Gardevoir hybrid child that was created [[spoiler:in a botched cloning experiment]]. She has Lily and G's DNA as a result of this accident and was [[spoiler:adopted by the former as her daughter.]]
----
* AmbiguouslyGay: Lily has made it clear on multiple occasions that Bonnie will grow up liking girls. This was considered a ForegoneConclusion by many, due to Lily's habit for only writing female characters as gay, or bi in female/female relationships.
* {{Cloudcuckoolander}}: Has shades of this, with a very strange sense of humor. She often laughs at things that make no sense to others, often climbs up the walls or doorways for no reason, and in one extreme example, [[https://poke-madhouse.tumblr.com/post/619568928942882817/its-the-writers-birthday-and-she-must-suffer covered the walls of a room in frosting for Lily's birthday.]]
* CreepyCute: [[invoked]] Bonnie has a very monstrous design, complete with monster fangs and insect mandibles, but every sympathetic character agrees that she is very cute.
* CuteLittleFangs: Granted, they're not very little, but Bonnie's fangs are still adorable.
* ADayInTheLimelight: The "Boncraft" comic, showing her playing {{VideoGame/Minecraft}}, as well as some one-page comics outside of the current ongoing story arc.
* EnsembleDarkhorse: [[invoked]] Bonnie quickly became a fan favorite after being designed, despite not yet appearing in the comic at the time. She has been introduced as of November 22, 2019, to great celebration from the fanbase.
** Ever since she was introduced, she has only gotten more popular as her quirks, incomprehensible behavior, and general habit for getting into mischief are put onto fill display.
* HalfHumanHybrid: Bonnie was created as a result of [[spoiler: G sabotaging a cloning experiment by adding Lily's blood to the machine]], which was programmed to create a clone through brute-force and as a result created a mix between a Human and a Gardevoir.
* RealityWarper: A minor one, but Bonnie can seemingly mold reality to suit her, as VideoGame/Minecraft several 'Boncraft' comics had mobs acting outside code in response to her, and she can seemingly faze through walls as well as ignoring gravity when she pleases. In one of the more recent comics, Bonnie was able to drink the yellow highlight out of [[WebAnimation/ILoveKimPossibleAlot KP's]] hair.
* SensoryOverload: She has trouble with bright lights, especially direct sunlight. Or, as she describes it, she hates it when 'the sun's being rude'.
* ShipperOnDeck: Behind the scenes material and additional bonus art/writing show that Bonnie really wants her parents to get together.
* TechnicolorEyes: Because she's a hybrid, Bonnie has mismatched eyes- one pink and one brown.
* ThatThingIsNotMyChild: Invoked by G. Despite [[spoiler: deliberately sabotaging the experiment to create her]], she asserts that Bonnie is Lily's child and not hers. More recent comics have had G refer to Bonnie as her goddaughter.
* WalkingSpoiler: Because Bonnie was announced and shown off long before her actual introduction when it came time for her introduction comic the fact that she was coming could be seen a mile away.
[[/folder]]

!!Secondary Characters

[[folder:Cala]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cala1fw.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]
A young Ralts that Lily discovers crying in the rain and temporarily adopts her until they can find her a good home.
----
* CuddleBug: Cala spends most of her time cuddling with Lily, often sleeping in her arms.
* HappilyAdopted: Twice. Once by Lily, and again later by Sam.
* PutOnABus: Cala is adopted by Sam and leaves.
* SweetTooth: Cala has an extreme sweet tooth and often overindulges on sweets, which Lily does nothing to stop her from doing.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Ginger]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/ginger_2_9.png]]
Lily's other girlfriend. She appears in a few one-shots and throughout the ''Cala Arc''. She also introduces Lily's new haircut.
----
* AllThereInTheManual: According to the wiki, she is a gym leader.
** While she runs a fairy-type gym, her Ace pokemon is a ditto named Boyd.
* BlushSticker: Generally only shows up in colored comics, but seems to be a permanent part of her appearance.
* CutenessProximity: She's introduced wide-eyed at how cute Cala is.
* NiceGal: Clearly loves Lily and G.
* SignificantGreenEyedRedhead: She's a Gym Leader in-universe, and Lily's girlfriend.
** Her gym also has two mythical pokemon in it.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Corazon]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/cora.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:]]
Cadance's Gardevoir, who works at the Sanctuary and lives in Cadance's house. She takes care of Honeycrisp when her mother is busy and has a generally positive demeanor.
----
* JerkassToOne: While G embodies the "vicious to everybody, but especially to her" type, Corazon embodies the "nice to everyone, but her" type. But hey, at least Cora and G have something in common.
* KickTheDog: When Honey draws a picture of Lily and G in a way that implies they're a couple, Cora gets very excited at the prospect of telling them.
* MamaBear: Towards Honey. Cora treats her like her own daughter, and she has a rudimentary familial bond with Honey in order to speak to her.
* MeaningfulName: ''Corazon'' is the Spanish word for "heart" and she is a very caring person.
* SecretlyDying: It was revealed in ''Cryptid Child'' that Corazon has a degenerative illness and will likely die early.
* SitcomArchNemesis: With G. Corazon and G have a mutual hatred of one another due to each perceiving the other as an embarrassment. G hates Cora because she is seen as a domesticated house pet, while Cora hates G because of her [[spoiler:conforming to the worst stereotypes by being in love with Lily]].
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Lacey]]
[[quoteright:350:https://static.tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pub/images/tumblr_py01xyuflk1tj7l97o1_500_6.png]]
[[caption-width-right:350:Hold that for me, hon. [[SayMyName LILIAN!]]]]
A successful Pokemon trainer and Kalos socialite from Lumiose City. Also an old friend of Lily's (presumably from when the latter was a League Enforcer).
----
* AmbiguouslyBrown: Initially, until a fan asked if Lacey was Vietnamese. Orchard, who hadn't picked a race for her prior to asking Carousel and Mikaila to design her, decided to go with that.
* BigBeautifulWoman: She's noticeably chubby and, at 220 pounds, is the second heaviest character Orchard has created. She was ranked as #2 on Lumiose City's "Most Desirable Women" just under Diantha.
* DeadpanSnarker: In her scant appearances, she rivals Lily as one of the most sarcastic characters in the comic.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: She first appears to demand an explanation from Lily [[spoiler: about Bonnie's creation]], brushing past a love-struck Mikaila after having her hold her hat.
* NiceGirl: She's cynical and rather blunt, but she does care for Lily and quickly becomes fond of Bonnie, even if she's annoyed when Lily snaps a photo and puts it on Twitter.
* StatuesqueStunner: Well over six feet tall, as she's much taller than the close to six feet tall Lily and her much smaller girlfriend Mikaila.
* TakeThat: Lily included her after a reader expressed disappointment that [[WesternAnimation/StevenUniverse Rose Quartz]] was revealed to be the very skinny Pink Diamond in disguise. Unlike Rose, who Lily considers more muscular than fat, Lacey has curves and a rounded stomach.
[[/folder]]

* CrushFilter: When G sees her for the [[https://66.media.tumblr.com/61471e83d2df08b38941d34a7e80af5a/c1d7b73b8d63222e-26/s1280x1920/2a01c11dfe1ac488e124f8520fdc9f0729a45d0f.png first time]], she gains mascara and sparkles. Whenever G is the point of view from that point on, she's shown with her mascara and freckles.
* TheCutie: All-around lovable, claps her hands when she's excited, and prone to hugging.
* LoveInterest: To G.
* MusicalisInterruptus: Only gets one word into her song before G cuts her off.
* NoodleIncident:
** How, exactly, she went from being taken care of by Mikaila's parents to looking for a home. Whatever happened, it was bad enough that Marah has to "lay low", and upon learning about it Mikaila makes [[https://64.media.tumblr.com/525e13cd8532843ce5eec5fd9fe4c89a/f99f9b6728c3abd2-d2/s1280x1920/4de708037058d2ce76698148f69a0d39f8ddc18d.png this face]].
** She is apparently banned from any and all Arby's locations.
* SecondLove: To G, after Lily rejected her.
* ThatRemindsMeOfASong: Breaks into song to try and convince Lily to let her stay at her house, and later begins singing "Good Morning" by Creator/JudyGarland while making breakfast.
* YouthfulFreckles: Has freckles at the corner of her eyes.

A doctor working at Silph Co. There's a lot of bad blood between her and Lily's family ever since she tried to terminate Bonnie.
----
* EvilIsPetty: Shown to be visibly angry when Lily didn't immediately lambast G for creating Bonnie, even though she ultimately got what she wanted from the exchange.
* FauxAffablyEvil: She acts courteous and friendly when she and Lily first meet in ''Cryptid'', then tries to kill Bonnie because she sees her as a failed experiment. In their second meeting in the ''Bonnie'' arc she seems to have dropped the act entirely, not even bothering to properly remember Bonnie's name or offer any kind of apology to Lily or Bonnie for her behavior at Silph Co.
* HateSink: It was kind of hard for her to become anything else after she tried to kill a newborn Bonnie in ''Cryptid''.
* InnocentlyInsensitive: She assumes G is just Lily's pet and will do whatever Lily tells her to do and acts surprised when Lily tells her that that isn't the case and that she considers G her best friend.
* OhCrap: Her reaction when she notices Lily's DNA is still in the DNA Compiler's memory buffer and will be fused with G's.
* OnlyKnownByTheirNickname: "Dr. Ponytail" probably isn't her real name, but it's all anyone ever calls her.
* WouldHurtAChild: She was fully willing to "terminate" Bonnie without hesitation and would have done so if Lily hadn't claimed Bonnie as legally hers at the last second.

Lily's abusive ex, who abused her so badly that she's had anxiety about relationships ever since.
* TheFriendNobodyLikes: Kirsten was seemingly hated by most of Lily's friends, especially G. She was apparently unpopular in the group even before her abuse came to light.
* TheGhost: Kirsten has never officially appeared in the narrative. She’s only ever referred to or shown in flashback sequences.

[[caption-width-right:350:]]
A universe where G died and Lily has left a distraught wreck as her life progressively fell apart.
----
* AndIMustScream: G is still present in the house as a wraith, but cannot be seen or heard by Lily. So she floats around her best friend, desperately wishing to comfort her yet she can't.
* ThirteenIsUnlucky: The universe's number together spells out 13 and it's without a doubt one of the worst alternate universes both for Lily and for G.
* TraumaCongaLine: First Lily loses her best friend, then just like in the main universe her life proceeds to fall apart. Except this time she doesn't have G's comfort to alleviate the pain and so she never recovers.

[[caption-width-right:350:Wow, they look very pretty and- OH MY GOD!]]
An alternate universe that features Lily and G to be (somehow) married to one another.
----
* BerserkButton: Is this for both main universe Lily and main universe G. Lily knows about this universe, and is repulsed by its very existence. G is likewise utterly disgusted by her 2-82 counterpart to the point she calls her "cursed" to her face and has expressed a desire to murder her in the past.
* BitchInSheepsClothing: In her initial appearance, the G of the 2-82 universe started out as a rather silly character, before very quickly morphing into a highly disturbed and manipulative woman who is implied to have gaslit Lily of the 2-82 universe into a relationship.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: It's stated that for their relationship to happen, G of the 2-82 universe would have had to actively brainwash Lily of the 2-82 universe into dropping her morals concerning pokémon abuse.
* TheCorrupter: Both G and Lily of the 2-82 universe try to be this to their mainverse counterparts during the ''Honesty'' Arc, after witnessing Lily of the mainverse brutally shutting G of the mainverse down. G of the 2-82 universe not so subtly goads G of the mainverse into using emotional manipulation to get her way, proudly flashing her wedding ring while doing so, while Lily of the 2-82 universe makes fun of the mainverse's Lily's girlfriend Mikaila when the latter tells her in no uncertain terms that Lily of the 2-82 universe and her G are the last people she'd go to for relationship advice. Luckily, it has the exact opposite effect. Seeing how utterly vile her counterpart behaves reminds mainverse's G of what she could become if she keeps holding onto her unhealthy feelings for Lily and prompts her to immediately let mainverse!Lily know that she is not mad at her for being rejected and that Lily is not obligated to return her feelings.
* FreezeFrameBonus: The two of them seem comparatively normal compared to 1-3 and 4-20, ''and then you notice the rings.''
* HarsherInHindsight: Invoked in that this universe was revealed during the Honesty Arc, where G insists that this exact kind of relationship would be good for them. [[spoiler: Cue G of 2-82 appearing in G's room a bit later, demonstrating just about all the reasons G of the mainverse was oh so very wrong with that assumption.]]
* {{Irony}}: Despite everything in the comic insisting otherwise, Lily and G seem to be happy and healthy together. [[StepfordSmiler ''Seem'']] being the keyword.
* NiceJobFixingItVillain: Downplayed, since the 2-82's are not really villains, just really condemnable people. Nevertheless, their intervention during the ''Honesty'' Arc directly leads to G of the mainverse going through a desperately needed MyGodWhatHaveIDone-moment, when she realizes she's basically been guilt-tripping Lily of the mainverse for not wanting to be in a romantic relationship with her. She then immediately rushes to Lily to assure her that she is not mad about being shot down, that she's not trying to pressure her into giving in and that she just needs some time to work through the rejection.
* ShrugOfGod: [[invoked]] Orchard didn't answer when asked if the relationship was stable or not, presumably because doing so would make it "less cursed."
* StepfordSmiler: G is the unstable type.

A universe where Lily and G adopted a nomadic and relaxed lifestyle.
----
* NewAgeRetroHippie: Lily and G have yet to be said to stand for anything, instead just living on the move for the sake of it. It's hinted that it was a spur of the moment decision and they enjoyed it so much they decided to make it their life.
* NoodleIncident: They both used pot, until some unexplained "incident" that caused them to swear off it altogether.
