[[folder:Rey]]

The Chosen One of the Galaxy, who is balanced between Light and Dark. She starts off as an arrogant woman that feels invincible, only to realize she isn't. After a lot of adventures, she learns to trust her friends more and becomes the heroine she was always meant to be.

* AdaptationalVillainy: Subverted. While some of her actions are portrayed in a more negative light, [[spoiler:she was gaslit by Kylo and imprinted thanks to the Dark One's magic, meaning she is just as much of a victim as Finn and Leah are.]]
* AintTooProudToBeg: Her final confrontation with [[spoiler:Finn]] has her kneel and beg for forgiveness [[spoiler:after she has realized the full extent of what she has done.]]
* BreakTheHaughty: After Finn has enough of her neglect and lack of trust in him or anyone else in the Resistance, he leaves her. Then she learns [[spoiler:the Dyad she had was a result of black magic.]] Then she starts looking for Finn, but he has already moved on, and [[spoiler:she loses a duel with a dragon because she had no assistance.]] She gets then manipulated by Palpatine until [[spoiler:Finn tries to stop her peacefully and gets injured. Later, Rey has to heal him after begging him for forgiveness.]] Eventually, when she improves, things start going ''much'' better for her.
* TheChosenOne: She is a Chosen One, Anakin's worthy successor. She has helped save the Galaxy several times, using both the Light and the Dark.
* CrusadingLawyer: She becomes a lawyer in her sparetime and this skill is vital to the plot twice.
* DarkIsNotEvil: She can use the Dark Side, including Force Chokes and Force Lightning, but she is a hero [[spoiler:most of the time.]]
* DoubleJump: She learns to do this a little before the raid to Astaroth's castle. She starts with just a triple jump before she [[spoiler:can do this for as long as she wants.]]
* EasilyForgiven: Averted. She [[spoiler:is forgiven but has to earn it.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards: She sees racists as "evil and stupid", even in her Dark phase.
* AGodIAmNot: She rejects an offer to be included in fourty religions.
* GoodIsNotNice: Even as a hero, she can be arrogant and ruthless against evil.
* HeelFaceRevolvingDoor: From a true Jedi to [[spoiler:the Dark One's UnwittingPawn, to hero driven by revenge and sorrow, to actual villain in the end of Season 1 due to Palpatine's schemes, to the most powerful member of Stormwolf.]]
* HeroAntagonist: While she is at odds with Stormwolf in Season 1 due to her [[SmugSuper attitude]], she also mostly wants to reconcile with them and is still a true Jedi.
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: When she realizes how she drove Finn away, she feels very ashamed.
* MyGreatestSecondChance: She [[spoiler:faces a similar situation to her imprint, where she was forced to trust and help a handsome, but vicious criminal over her friends due to blackmail. She succeeds at making the right choice this time, fixing her bonds with her friends completely.]]
* MythologyGag: All Skywalker protagonists have a scene where they massacre enemy troops in a hallway outside of the main series. Since she is adopted as a Skywalker, she gets such a scene herself in the final battle with the Remnant.
* ShockAndAwe: She can cast Force Lightning, just like her grandfather.
* SmugSuper: Deconstructed. Being the most powerful person in the Galaxy, it gets to her head several times. [[spoiler:Under the imprint]], she saw herself as the only hero in the Resistance. [[spoiler:Which is why she takes too long to trust her friends and improve herself.]]
* UnskilledButStrong: Her Force abilities are very exceptional, so she doesn't have to be too creative with them. [[spoiler:When she joins Stormwolf, she is the strongest member, though not the most skilled.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Kitty]]

A heroine who admires Finn and Rey.

* AnimalMotifs: Cats. Apart from her name, she has the Feral Claws, which allow her to slash her foes and climb walls.
* AscendedFangirl: Of Finn, Rey, Poe and Pan, becoming a heroine just like them.
* BadassInDistress: She [[spoiler:is the defendant of a courtroom case. Once she is found Not Guilty, she fights some cultists and wipes the floor with them.]]
* CrossCounter: Weaponized against Umbra. The latter has a technique which [[spoiler:allows most incoming attacks to heal her instead of doing damage when she holds still]], so Kitty makes sure to attack at the same time has her opponent.
* CuttingTheKnot: Umbra's M Armor [[spoiler:makes any physical attack heal her instead of harming her. However, since it uses muscles, Kitty counters it by setting Umbra ablaze]].
* EveryoneHasStandards: While she doesn't like the Dyad at all, she calls Pan out for rejecting Rey from their team and being rude to her.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: She is a heroine in her own right, but she isn't the main focus of the main story, and sometimes she meets Stormwolf. She has a few spinoffs around her, though.
* HeroicWillpower: She gets to learn Armament Haki in the Grand Line.
* ImprobableWeaponUser: She has used tree trunks to fight off enemies.
* MegatonPunch: She has an attack she names like that, and it's just as effective as its name implies. Later she also gets the even stronger Gigaton Punch, which is enhanced with Haki.
* PlayingWithFire: Her Feral Claws can be set ablaze.
* SuperStrength: Her main power, she is actually physically stronger than even the average vampire and able to throw entire trees as projectiles despite being a human. Her strongest punches can even [[spoiler:bring down the beasts of the RedEye tribe.]] And that's before she starts using Haki.
* TookALevelInBadass: Her Armament Haki makes her much stronger than before.
[[/folder]]

[[folder:Pan Hancock]]

A veteran hero who assists Stormwolf occasionally.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: During the raid against [[spoiler:the Ivory Corps]], he [[spoiler:drinks the Chateau Romani and gets unlimited energy]].
* AbilityMixing: The [[spoiler:Free Will Thunderpunch.]] It mixes his own physical strength, lightning and Armament Haki.
* AcquiredPoisonImmunity: Through mithridatism (intentionally poisoning himself non-lethally) he has developed an immunity to poison, although it's not complete.
* AnimalMotifs: Lions. He is a proud, fierce warrior who can create a giant lion out of electricity.
* AuthorAvatar: A self-admitted one.
* BadassInDistress: After his trip to the Grand Line, where he has defeated several enemies, it turns out [[spoiler:Charlotte Smoothie has captured him.]]
* {{BFS}}: The massive Sword of Truth, which is more powerful than even a lightsaber and can also cast spells.
* BigDamnHeroes: He saves some fleeing allies of the Fake Stormwolf, who were innocent, from a gang of pursuing Revenants.
* TheDogBitesBack: He is the captive of [[spoiler:Smoothie for a whole month. He stands up to her once his friends weaken her and knocks her out.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards: While he can be merciless to his foes, being an asshole to your own friends is a good way to piss him off.
* FakeWeakness: In the Grand Line, those who have magical abilities usually cannot swim. Pan ''can'', and so [[spoiler:drops into the sea while fighting Kalifa, so he neutralizes her powers on him and fakes his death. This allows him to win the fight.]]
* GoodIsNotNice: He might be on the side of good, but he also isn't exactly the nicest person. For example, he tells Rey her attitude makes her more trouble than worth in a team, despite her skills, and tells a village that if they don't stop their civil war, they will get under the protection of the Celestial Dragons, which makes them stop immediately. He still helps innocents whenever he can and encourages those who are in a dire position to stand up for themselves.
* HeroicSecondWind: After a long fight with [[spoiler:Onigumo]], he is cornered because he runs out of energy. So, he finally [[spoiler:drinks the Chateau Romani he was saving for a dire situation, regains his life force, gets unlimited magic and proceeds to curbstomp the Vice Admiral]].
* HeroicWillpower: He learns to use Haki in the Grand Line. Notably, his special attacks that use Haki all have "Free Will" in their names.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: While he is one of the good guys, his adventures are separate from Stormwolf and only sometimes seen.
* LightEmUp: His powers are based on light.
* OneManArmy: He and [=SunTzu=] demolish a Nazi horde. Later, after [[spoiler:he drinks Chateau Romani and defeats Onigumo,]] he is near-unstoppable, and easily defeats entire waves of Ivory Corps by himself.
* ShapingYourAttacks: He can make spears, hammers, bombs, rockets and a ''giant lion'' of electricity.
* ShockAndAwe: He can use electricity in many forms, like Lightning Bomb, Lightning Rocket and Lightning Spear. One of his titles is Master of Lightning.
* ThatCameOutWrong: Before he duels Kalifa, he taunts her in accidentally sexual ways. Of course, Kalifa keeps saying his taunts are sexual harassment. He also points this trope out to Tashigi when she says [[ItMakesSenseInContext she likes when men are rough and ruthless with her.]]
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: He delivers one to Rey [[spoiler:incorrectly assuming all of her actions were completely out of her free will]], about how, while she is powerful, her attitude makes her more trouble in a team than worth.
* WeWinBecauseYouDidnt:
** Essentially the contribution of Pan and his crew in Wano. They knew they [[spoiler:couldn't beat the Big Mom Pirates all by themselves, so their goal was to make sure the enemy was distracted and doesn't endanger the Straw Hats. Thus, they succeeded at stalling Smoothie's forces and allowing the Alliance to win the Battle of Wano]].
** He does that again when fighting [[spoiler:Magellan]]. He covers the escape of his friends until [[spoiler:Magellan's poor bladder forces him to take a break]], allowing everyone including himself to safely escape.
* WhiteMansBurden: Subverted. When he [[spoiler:saves a weakened Dogstorm from Jack the Drought, Jack tells the Minks they are so weak they have to be saved by a human, while also questioning Pan's personal stakes on the fight. Pan is not happy he is accidentally sending this message, so he frees Dogstorm and lets him finish the duel on his own.]] [[EvilCannotComprehendGood Jack]] sees him as a coward for this.
* WorfHadTheFlu: He is forced to not use his most destructive abilities while on a ship full of slaves, which results in a near-defeat against Raptor.
* WorthyOpponent: He is aware Tashigi hates when her male opponents hold back against her since she believes she is being discriminated for her gender. As a result, he doesn't hold back when they are sparring.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Anna]]

A veteran heroine who hunts demons.

* AnimalMotifs: Birds. She is nimble and many of her spells are bird-themed. Her main bird motif, though, is the phoenix, as she uses fiery birds and has a tendency to never give up.
* BigDamnHeroes: She arrives to save [[spoiler:Leah]] from execution.
* CastFromLifeforce: The Overheat, a mighty hot stream she can unleash, costs her a little of her life force.
* ChekhovsSkill: Ranmaru had shown in the past he could sense invisible enemies through their heat. Anna, being a Mistress of Fire like him, shows one Season later she can do the same.
* ElementalWeapon: She has a whip made out of fire.
* ShapingYourAttacks: The Scorching Sparrows are exactly what their name implies, while the Firebird Strike turns her into a fiery bird. She also has more generic fiery spells like the Fire Spear and the Fire Rocket.
* TooSpicyForYogSothoth: Referenced. When [[spoiler:Kashin Koji]] tells her she will be consumed by the Darkness, she replies she will be too spicy for it.
* WreathedInFlames: She can heat her body without harming herself in case an enemy grabs her.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Din Djarin]]

The Mand'alor, who is still a fearsome bounty hunter, but also a hero of his planet.

* BadassNormal: He has no powers, and takes a long, long time to get even a magical weapon [[spoiler:which is given by Logray]]. Yet he is smart, skilled and able to take on even some superhumans.
* CombatPragmatist: He is not afraid of using every dirty trick in a duel.
* EnemyMine: In all three cases he fought Stormwolf, he ended up cooperating with them. [[spoiler:The last time, he switched sides permanently.]]
* EveryoneHasStandards: While still working for the Legion, he is disgusted by Alicia's slave market.
* FaceHeelTurn: He starts the story as an antagonist working for the Black Legion. [[spoiler:He gets better.]]
* MyGodWhatHaveIDone: When he learns [[spoiler:Grogu is alive and Rey only helped Kylo get away with everything due to the imprint the Dark One had made]] he is ashamed of what he had done before and [[spoiler:joins Stormwolf.]]
* NoSell: His Beskar can stop most projectiles and melee attacks.
* PapaWolf: Do not harm Grogu in ''any'' way. Even being an enabler of someone who [[spoiler:tried to kill]] Grogu is enough for him to try to kill you repeatedly.
* TakingTheBullet: He takes the shots from [[spoiler:the machine guns of the first Force Hunter, cementing his HeelFaceTurn]].
* TokenGoodTeammate: While he was still in the Legion, he was one of the few members who was just misguided.
* UnstoppableRage:
** Rocky Road, a minor Starfleet officer, punches Grogu hard enough to draw blood. Din ''ends'' him immediately.
** When [[spoiler:the [[ManEatingPlant Tight Flower]] kills Logray in front of his eyes, Din gets pissed off and kills the monster easily.]]
* WorthyOpponent: He acknowledges Finn as such after he [[spoiler:gets two draws against him.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Leia Organa]]

The former General of the Resistance, she died before the beginning of the story, but has passed the torch to other heroes.

* ADayInTheLimelight: The spinoff ''The Rise of the Organa'' focuses on her. She also has a few duels in the main story when [[spoiler:channeled by Maya]].
* DeadpanSnarker: She often snarks at friends and enemies alike.
* DeathByOriginStory: She is dead since shortly before the story starts. She still returns as a Force Ghost and helps out occasionally.
* DefiantCaptive: She is captured by [[spoiler:Titan's Trio]] and continues snarking at them as if nothing happened, calling out their [[BondVillainStupidity methods of trying to kill her]] and even their names.
* HeroOfAnotherStory: While in the main story she is dead, there is a prequel that stars her.
* HeroicResolve: The Force Resolve, which tires her out faster but makes her stronger.
* TheMentor: Even after death, her Force Ghost still teaches and helps the heroes.
* MythologyGag: ''The Rise of the Organa'' has the reason why she learned to fly in space in canon, as [[spoiler:she was nearly executed through airlock]].
* TookALevelInBadass: She goes from struggling with each member of Titan's Trio in a duel to [[spoiler:beating all of them at once when she became a Jedi]].

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Smoker]]

The White Hunter, a Marine Vice Admiral who is one of the most honest members of the army he is in.

* EleventhHourSuperpower: Smoker [[spoiler:feels more powerful than before as he surpasses his limits to defeat Gaisborn. It's implied he might have Awakened his Fruit.]]
* AnimalMotifs: Befitting the "White Hunter" motif, sharks. He uses one as his ultimate attack [[spoiler:before he grows stronger]] and is a relentless hunter, despite being nice to those he doesn't hunt.
* BatmanGambit: When he explains to Tashigi what to do if Spandam asks them of Pan's location, he tells her to [[spoiler:tell him the truth. He is too paranoid and aware of them to trust them, but not smart enough to think they will be counting on him doing so.]]
* BatmanGrabsAGun: Seeing [[spoiler:Haman caused a lot of mayhem in the world, and that either he will leak information to [[GeneralRipper Akainu]] or escape with teleportation without Seastone being able to stop it, Smoker, who is averse to killing, especially people in cold blood, actually executes the cult leader on the spot.]]
* BlindedByRage: Played with when he fights [[spoiler:Charlotte Snack.]] His rage sometimes helps him out during the fight, but it's also used against him at a few points.
* DudleyDoRightStopsToHelp: During the raid of the Ivory Tower, he encounters an enemy full of [[spoiler:Hero Water]]. He could easily use his Fruit to get past him and [[spoiler:let him die]], but he still chooses to fight him [[spoiler:to protect Tashigi]].
* AFatherToHisMen: He really, really cares about those under his command, and is willing to protect them with his life from the cult and other threats.
* HeroicSecondWind: After he is [[spoiler:thrown off a balcony by Gaisborn,]] he feels a power surging inside him. [[spoiler:He surpasses his limits regarding smoke and turns the tables on Gaisborn quickly.]]
* TheLeader: Despite Pan and Tashigi getting slightly bigger roles in the former's quest in the Grand Line, Smoker is the leader of the team.
* LogicalWeakness: Bullets pass right through him, but he is not immune to strong laser beams because they can dissipate smoke.
* MundaneUtility: He uses his smoke to rob a fire of its oxygen so it won't burn some trees.
* MythologyGag: Pan mentions some people censor his name as "Chaser".
* NoSell: Smoking heals and doesn't kill him. Also, since he is a smoke Logia, mere physical attacks are absolutely nothing to him.
* RankScalesWithAsskicking: He is a Vice Admiral and the leader of G5. Also one of the strongest heroes in the Grand Line arc and above any direct subordinate of his.
* ShapingYourAttacks: He can make snakes and sharks out of smoke.
* ShutUpHannibal: When [[spoiler:Gaisborn]] talks about his MightMakesRight philosophy, Smoker tells him he is not going to listen to [[spoiler:Spandam's subordinate]].
* SmokeScreen: He can make one due to his powers. This allows him to [[spoiler:defeat Haman.]] His use of Observation Haki means his smoke screen doesn't hinder him at all, and it doesn't hinder his friend, Tashigi, either.
* SnakesAreSinister: Averted. He can create snakes with his Fruit, and was a HeroAntagonist in canon, but he is NOT a bad guy.
* SuperSmoke: His power with smoke is so great, he can turn intangible. Only wind, beams, fire and Haki can threaten him.
* UnstoppableRage: He gets really pissed off against [[spoiler: Snack, which allows him to turn the tables, even though it's also used against him]].
* WillfullyWeak: He ''can'' fill someone's lungs with smoke and kill them very brutally, but ''never'' chooses to do so because he considers it too merciless. [[spoiler:Not even against Haman, whom he just kills quickly with his jitte.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Tashigi]]

A brave swordswoman and a good friend of Smoker and Pan.

* BerserkButton:
** Don't hold back against her, and don't underestimate her. Especially because of her gender.
** Also, don't misuse Meito swords.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: As nice as she usually is, she flat-out decapitates Jezebel for sacrificing people.
* CuttingTheKnot:
** When she faces a Fruit user who can turn into lead, [[spoiler:the enemy hardens himself, which makes him immobile but immune to her sword slashes. She would have to struggle a lot finding a way to solve this tradeoff normally, but she simply uses her Haki and cuts through his tough form.]]
** When Charlotte Kato makes a minefield of explosive pumpkins, she just skywalks over it with no trouble at all.
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Her first scene in the main story has her easily clear a training session that could literally kill an average soldier.
* HeroesPreferSwords: She is a heroic swordswoman who loves blades more than anything else.
* HeroicWillpower: Apart from her sword, she mostly relies on Haki. It helps her a lot, especially against [[spoiler:a pirate who could become lead and a giant monster made of water, as well as other Haki users.]]
* NiceGirl: She is nice to most people, and is even willing to spare most criminals.
* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: When she learns [[spoiler:Pan had to sacrifice one of his swords to save everyone from Smoothie]], she tells him to ''not worry about the sword''. Considering she is obsessed with swords, this sheds light on the situation everyone is in.
* RapidFireFisticuffs: Her [[spoiler:Automatic Finger Pistol, which is essentially rapid finger jabs]].
* SuperSpeed: Not only is she much faster than a normal person, but she can use [[FlashStep Soru]] as well. Her fighting style is mostly based on her agility and she can save a person from a speeding vehicle.
* ThatCameOutWrong: Sometimes she says accidental innuendos.
* TookALevelInBadass: In canon, even post-timeskip, Tashigi only knows some Rokushiki moves, while in this story she learns the rest of them like Iron Body. Also, she is visibly stronger in the main story than in the spinoff that introduces her for the first time. Eventually, she can [[spoiler:fight Big Mom Pirates.]]
* WorthyOpponent:
** She calls Pan her favorite sparring partner.
** She and Yarisugi respect each other's skills, even though the former doesn't like the latter's attitude.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Gin]]

* ElementalPowers: He is a Mercury Logia.
* EmergencyTransformation: He ate his Fruit so he could survive being poisoned by Krieg's toxic gas. It worked.
* LogicalWeakness: Apart from Haki, Gin doesn't fear most physical attacks. However, when he challenges Pan to a duel for the leadership of the Raging Thunder Pirates, he [[KnowWhenToFoldEm backs down]] when he sees his ally has electricity. He is also vulnerable to acid.
* NegateYourOwnSacrifice: He does this to [[spoiler:Shoebill]], holding him in place so [=SkullFace=] can use his fiery breath on both of them. The result? Not only does [[spoiler:Shoebill]] get burned, he also [[spoiler:inhales mercury gas that finishes him off, while Gin isn't burned at all]].
* OneManArmy: He is able to take on a flock of [[spoiler:Stymphalian Birds]] on his own.
* PoisonousPerson: His power is mercury, which is very poisonous.
* TookALevelInBadass: He has have become much stronger than in canon, eating a Logia Fruit that makes him immune to poison and fire. Now he can take on Daifuku, a Big Mom Pirate, [[spoiler:poison the food supply of the Celestial Dragons while getting past their defenses, and take on his former boss who has now technology from a galaxy far, far away.]]

* FriendlyRivalry: Her brief interaction with Yamato has them arguing with each other before realizing Ace would be disappointed in them, which makes them both become friends.
* ItsPersonal:
** While she doesn't like most pirates because she thought pirates killed her parents for years, she especially hates the Blackbeard Pirates because they embody everything wrong with piracy, kill innocent people and [[spoiler:have led Ace to his death]]. In fact, one of the reasons she joins Pan's rescue group is to stop [[spoiler:Van Augur from capitalizing on the campaign]].
** She does tolerate many corrupt Marines for the sake of justice, but not Dorrow, because he was once her mentor, [[BrokenPedestal until]] it turned out he was a corrupt Marine who [[spoiler:killed her parents as collateral damage and didn't care.]] So, she personally had him sent to Impel Down.
* MasterSwordsman: Her sword skills are greater than most swordsmen.
* RedBaron: The Nailer.
* YouKilledMyFather: What made her very disillusioned with [[spoiler:Dorrow and his mockery of justice]].
* YouRemindMeOfX: She joins Pan's rescue without knowing Pan himself. The reason why is that rumors make him similar to Ace, whom she has fond memories of, mostly because [[spoiler:Pan has been captured by evil pirates, is on the run from corrupt Marines and has a kind Marine swordswoman, similar to Isuka herself, who cares about him.]]

[[/folder]]

* MajorInjuryUnderreaction: Having his armor smashed and being stripped to his underwear during the battle with [[spoiler:Mandra]] simply makes him ask if that was his enemy's strongest attack.
* MesACrowd: He can make clones of himself which can attack enemies like he can.
* TheBusCameBack: Sir Arthur returns after a long period of absence for [[spoiler:the liberation of the Kingdom of Purapril]]. He also takes out [[spoiler:Blue General Mandra]].

* AcePilot: A very skilled one that can take on squadrons by himself.
* AntiHero: He is in the side of good, but in no way incorruptible, just like his [[Fanfic/TalesOfTaskforceSol original incarnation]]. Even his purple lightsaber shows he has a balanced heart.
* CoolStarship: AICA, his A-Wing, is powerful and has her own attitude.
* ItsPersonal: '''Do not''' mess with AICA in front of him. Also, because of their past atrocities, he really doesn't like the more cruel Yuuzhan Vong.
* MaliciousMisnaming: Sometimes he calls the Yuuzhan Vong just "Vong", and is very much aware this is an insult to them.
* NotSoStoic: As hardened as he is, he can get emotional when it comes to his friends or his beloved ship.
* PurpleIsPowerful: He is a balanced Force user, and his purple saber reflects that.
* ShipperOnDeck: When asked if he has a message for Pan, he ends it with "be nice to Tashigi."
* WillfullyWeak: He shows himself to be just a decent Force user with basic Force skills most of the time. That's because his true power [[spoiler:to [[TimeMaster turn the time back for a bit]] drains him a lot and can have dangerous consequences.]]

[[/folder]]

* BadFuture: He shows a vision of one to Rey, pushing her further into the Dark Side. It is basically what would happen if Rey stayed imprinted for the rest of her life, and involves her being terrible to her friends, helping slavers but not their slaves and dismissing Leia's death as necessary for her own future.
* DirtyCoward: Downplayed, but he chooses to pursue the Dark One when he hears he is sick and abandons his few remaining troops to go straight to him.
* DualWielding: He wields twin lightsabers in combat, and is very skilled at using them.
* EvilMentor:
** To Rey, as he plans to corrupt her and make her his successor. He, just like with Anakin, plans to turn Rey's love for Finn into a destructive obsession to corrupt her faster.
** To High Priest Kor, as he teaches Kor to be the acting leader of the Remnant, so Kor can revive him.
* GlassCannon: While he was alive, his physical body was frail. Subverted in the final battle, where his soul isn't limited by his body and is stronger while in Hell. That surprises the Dark One, who has to damage him repeatedly in their fight.
* GreaterScopeVillain: He has a lot of impact in the story, even while dead, and is responsible for the final battle with Dark Rey in the first Season, as well as the true mastermind behind the Remnant.
* {{Irony}}: One of his manipulation tactics is to present himself as the Galaxy's ''only'' hope against the Dark One. He proves to be unworthy of facing him when he has to do so.
* ManipulativeBastard: He nearly corrupts Rey into turning evil when Finn leaves her due to her imprint. He also temps Finn, Poe and Leah at different parts of the story.
* MythologyGag: As in every trilogy, he ends up electrocuting himself during his final defeat.
* ANaziByAnyOtherName: Just like his canon self, he acts a lot like Nazis, being a human supermacist, not above genocide, who has a CultOfPersonality and exploits crises to gain power.
* NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist: Palpatine is a tyrant who has made planet-busting weapons, but claims to protect the Galaxy from the Black Legion and the Yuuzhan Vong. In reality, he wants to become the Dark One himself.
* ShadowArchetype: To [[WhiteMansBurden Grand Ruler Celesto]] of all people. Both will exploit a crisis to expand their empire, but only Palpatine will create the crisis in the first place. Celesto might let people die, even [[MurderByInaction on purpose]], but Palpatine actively sends forces at anyone who opposes him. He also has no problem killing and replacing his generals, unlike the Grand Ruler. Finally, Palpatine has blown up planets very casually and with no remorse, while Celesto is not so willing to do so.
* ShockAndAwe: He is the greatest at using Force Lightning, even casting planet-busting storms of it.
* SpiritAdvisor: He is one to both Rey and Kor, and a very dark example.
* VillainousBreakdown: When both Rey and Finn reject his offers at different points, he panics. Also, in his final fight, he becomes increasingly more desperate as he starts losing.
* VillainousLegacy: A Remnant led by Kor survives him and plans to bring him back to life.

!! Starfleet

[[folder:Grand Ruler Celesto]]

The true leader of Starfleet, king of Unicornicopia and its whole empire.

* AdaptationalVillainy: He is someone who saves planets from threats, which he didn't make up, only to take over the planets and make them follow his culture. Also a shady dictator.
* BlueAndOrangeMorality: He believes [[spoiler:Emil Kudos, who is sending Yuuzhan Vong to slaughter several civilians for petty reasons,]] is not the true villain responsible for the attacks, but it's Peach Berry, [[spoiler:because she dumped him and so [[EntitledToHaveYou he became a criminal]] who wants revenge.]] He also believes that [[spoiler:Leah has ruined Finn for helping him heal from his anger towards Rey.]]
* EnergyWeapon: He has invented the ability to [[spoiler:create weapons out of Uniforce]], and only he can master it.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: While he saves other races from threats for the price of ruling them, he never engineers the threats, and he also doesn't casually blow up planets, unlike [[spoiler:Palpatine.]] Also, he is strongly against sending troops on a mission with exactly zero chance to survive.
* GodzillaThreshold: [[spoiler:The Serpent Monarch, a planet-busting ship he uses only when his whole empire is in grave danger.]]
* HangingJudge: He is the supreme judge in his own empire, and can give brutal punishments to anyone who defies him.
* IOweYouMyLife: Weaponized. He saves worlds from existing threats so they will be indebted to him and he can colonize them.
* {{Irony}}: A meta example. It was fairly common to criticize Celesto's appearance of a three-horned Alicorn as comparing him to a ''Triceratops''. In this story, Celesto makes a point of singling out [=SkullFace=] to be assassinated [[spoiler:due to having been left with a nasty albeit long since mostly healed wound in his torso left by [=SkullFace=].]] [=SkullFace=], as noted elsewhere, is a very '''literal''' ''Triceratops'' from the [=EarthWalker=] Tribe.
* ALighterShadeOfBlack: His atrocities are directly comparable to [[spoiler:Palpatine's]], but he always comes off as the better one of the two. For example, he will let someone die if that helps his colonialism, but [[spoiler:never sends his troops to their deaths or betrays them first. When he learns a zealot of his knowingly sent soldiers in a battlefield he would destroy soon as meat shields with no way of escape, he furiously tells him to call off the fodder and that if he completes the mission, he will ''merely'' be imprisoned. He also claims he never blows up planets, and while [[GodzillaThreshold he has done that]], he is not proud of it, unlike Palpatine who doesn't care.]]
* MurderByInaction: He never actively gets any important authorities he wants to replace with his [[PuppetKing generals]] killed: he just lets them die to external threats.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: He might look like a delusional leader who enforces silly values and [[spoiler:gets fooled by an evil actor who just happens to be smart]], but his way of expanding his empire, eliminating existing threats at the price of being the new ruler, helps him be supported by the people he rules over. [[spoiler:He also defeats Jannah and Leah in their first encounter, and, while [=SkullFace=] stops him and Finn saves Leah's life, Celesto still comes very close to beating the Triceratops as well through using a Stand before his injuries exhaust him. While he loses a courtroom case which he rigged and throws a tantrum because of it, he proves to be a very hard enemy in physical combat.]]
* PunchCatch: Subverted when he tries to stop Leah's Sonic Overdrive with one finger. He does stop the punch, but his finger is sore and the soundwave still hits him.
* ScarsAreForever: {{Averted}}: the initial wound [=SkullFace=] dealt to his torso has almost entirely healed by this point, at least, physically that is. Mentally, with how much this wounded Celesto's pride, he still tends to feel the pain at times.
* SkewedPriorities: He won't send anyone to save a princess, but will send an assassin after someone who wounded him once and stopped one of his military expansions.
* SuperToughness: Took a goring attack from [=SkullFace=] at one point and managed to survive it; the wound would've killed just about anyone else of similar size to Celesto. He also takes several powerful attacks head-on in the final fight of the second Season.
* TakingYouWithMe: [[spoiler:His final attack, once he is about to lose, sacrifices life force to spite his killers.]]
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: A [[WhiteMansBurden white savior]] and KnightTemplar who, while he is ruthless, due to his pragmatic tactics, is seen as a hero by many of his subjects.
* WhiteMansBurden: Believes his race is superior to all the others, and so makes it his duty to protect them and rule over them in his own terms.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Lightning Dawn]]

The Admiral of the Starfleet forces, and the one who usually leads their army.

* AmoralAttorney: He is the Chief Prosecutor of the empire he serves. And [[spoiler:he prosecutes a dissenter for defying his and Celesto's orders, forcing Finn to defend her in court.]]
* BoisterousBruiser: He is strong and loves boasting about his power.
* CallingYourAttacks: Deconstructed. It's the reason Finn beats him in their first fight, as he can telegraph his moves and so none of Lightning's strongest attacks hit.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Unlike other adversaries Finn faces, he cares a lot about hostages and civilians. He also is strongly against anyone who has no problem with killing innocents.
* HiddenDepths: He does surpass Finn at something. He is the better dancer of the two.
* IronicEcho: When he started using the Enticorn in his original series, he was in danger of being consumed by his hatred, and he kept screaming 'Evil Must Die!'. In the final battle of Operation Valkyria, when [[spoiler:he protects Finn and Krysta from Celesto]], he screams [[spoiler:'Good Must Live!']] instead.
* ItsPersonal: Lightning is willing to [[spoiler:ally [[EnemyMine with Stormwolf]] against Palpatine, who is blowing up planets, because he had lost his and wants nobody to suffer the same fate.]]
* LeeroyJenkins: He often rushes into fights head first. It usually is ineffective, except when the enemy is far weaker than him.
* TheMentor: To Swift Star, who brings the best out of him.
* RecurringBoss: He is fought no less than three times by Finn.
* RedemptionDemotion: Double subverted. He does not become ''weaker'' after his redemption, but [[spoiler:he is literally demoted in rank, willingly.]]
* TheRival: To Finn. The two compete a lot, with Lightning doing his best to upstage him at everything, so he can show his ideals as superior.
* SuperpoweredEvilSide: The Enticorn. It's more ruthless than even the normal Lightning, and also much more powerful.
* TheOnlyOneAllowedToDefeatYou: He thinks only members of Starfleet, especially him, should be able to beat Finn, and it's one of the reasons he sides with Stormwolf over [[spoiler:the Imperial Remnant]].
* TheReasonYouSuckSpeech: He gives one to [[spoiler:Snoke and Palpatine]], while also addressing his own troops, saying [[ANaziWithAnyOtherName they]] are nothing like [[WhiteMansBurden the Grand Ruler]].
* TookALevelInKindness: He starts as a jerk who thinks everyone who opposes Starfleet is evil, but slowly becomes more independent and accepting of people who disagree with him. In the end, he even [[spoiler:sides with Stormwolf against Celesto and then Titan.]]
* UndyingLoyalty: To Grand Ruler Celesto. Insulting Lightning's mentor is a good way to [[BerserkButton piss him off.]] However, later in the story, he starts questioning him.
* UnskilledButStrong: He is physically very powerful and his few spells are devastating, but he has very little finesse and creativity both in terms of magic and physical abilities.
* WorthyOpponent: He ends up respecting Finn's skills and acknowledges him as an equal.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Rhymey Ward]]

A rhyming swordsman who is also an officer of Starfleet, and the leader of the elite Neo-Starfleet [[spoiler:or so it seems.]]

* AdaptationalBadass: In comparison to his original series, instead of having to team up with his allies to take down an enemy, his enemies have to team up on ''him'' to take him down. He also has a few more special attacks, like a hot gust of wind and a tornado spin.
* BackFromTheDead: Subverted. [[spoiler:He does appear in the final battle of the second season, long after he got cut down, but it's a robot made to act like him.]]
* BlowYouAway: He has the power of wind, and in this story he gains two more abilities relevant to his element.
* BrainsAndBrawn: He is the brawn to [[spoiler:Talon's]] brains, being the fighter while his partner is the planner.
* TheDragon: He is the leader of Neo-Starfleet and directly answers to Grand Ruler Celesto. [[spoiler:Behind Celesto's back, he is also this trope for his seemingly pathetic apprentice Talon Ted.]]
* MasterSwordsman: Can keep up with fellow master swordsman [[spoiler:Pierre, and also beats the experienced Virago in a swordfight.]]
* NobleDemon: He is not a good person, since he is a blackmailer and a killer, but he does fight with honor most of the time.
* RhymesOnADime: He only speaks in rhyme.
* SpectacularSpinning: His Wind Spin move turns him into an invincible tornado for a short while with the assistance of his sword.
* TokenEvilTeammate: The most ruthless member of Starfleet, and also the only one [[spoiler:with connections to the Underground.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Starla Shine]]

Lightning's wife and a general of Starfleet.

* AnArmAndALeg: [[spoiler:She loses her left wing in the final battle with Leah.]]
* BlamingTheVictim: In a flashback, she has done that to [[spoiler:Medusa]], about the reasons she became a monster.
* BloodKnight: She ''loves'' fighting the enemies of Starfleet, moreso than even [[MoreDeadlyThanTheMale the male members of the core team.]]
* CherryTapping: Attempted in her final duel with [[spoiler:Leah]], where she tries to finish her off with an ordinary arrow, although it's because of caution. [[spoiler:Had Leah been unable to [[ChekhovsSkill sense vibrations]], it would have worked.]]
* CuttingTheKnot: During her battle against [[spoiler:the Imperial Remnant]], she faces [[spoiler:some Sith Acolytes,]] who can deflect one energy shot each. So, she fires an entire barrage of shots and takes them all out.
* DemonicPossession: She becomes a victim of this by [[spoiler:High General Veran. She is saved by a princess, even though Starfleet was willing to sacrifice her.]]
* EnemyMine: Apart from the one time Starfleet helps Stormwolf against [[spoiler:the Imperial Remnant]], Starla makes a truce with Leah [[spoiler:until the dread weapons threatening her planet are down.]]
* HandicappedBadass: She is still a fighter, even after [[spoiler:losing one wing in a fight with Leah]].
* HomingProjectile: She can change the direction of the Starlight Arrow due to her telekinesis.
* MasterArcher: She is very good with a bow, and several of her attacks involve arrows.
* RedBaron: After Operation Valkyria, she is sometimes called the [[spoiler:One-Winged Angel]].
* TookALevelInKindness: After [[spoiler:her final battle with Leah]], she has become kind, [[spoiler:just like her husband.]]
* TrickArrow: The Starlight Arrow has magical energy from the stars. It can also be homing to an extent.
* WorthyOpponent: She is one to Leah, both respecting each other's skills.
* YouAreInCommandNow: When Stormwolf attacks Unicornicopia, she is leading the defense against them, because her superiors are busy trying to imprison a dissenter.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Swift Star]]

Lightning's apprentice, who just wants to do the right thing.

* BadassNormal: Even before his ice powers, he is still skilled enough to hold off a horde of Myconids because of physical training alone. With his bare hands.
* BrainwashedAndCrazy: He temporarily [[spoiler:imprints on [[AbhorrentAdmirer En Shi]] and becomes evil, but is saved after she dies]].
* BrokenPedestal: He used to admire Starfleet until he [[spoiler:saw how corrupt the Grand Ruler is.]]
* IChooseToStay: When [[spoiler:Rey offers him to join Stormwolf, he refuses to switch sides, wanting to make Starfleet more heroic instead.]]
* EmpoweredBadassNormal:He starts with no powers whatsoever and has many fights while normal, but then [[AnIcePerson gets two techniques related to ice.]]
* FourStarBadass: He becomes a General and keeps being relevant after [[spoiler:Celesto is defeated for good.]]
* GoodOldFisticuffs: He is skilled at using his bare hands.
* AnIcePerson: [[spoiler:After he gets imprinted on an evil stalker]], he gets some weak ice powers, which he keeps [[spoiler:even after the imprint breaks.]]
* ScrewTheRulesImDoingWhatsRight: He often defies orders to stay back to save his friends and innocent civilians. Most importantly, he warns Peach Berry and saves her from being imprinted on [[spoiler:Kudos.]] This is despite orders to the contrary, which [[spoiler:sends him to [[HellholePrison Conva]].]]
* TokenGoodTeammate: He is by far the nicest person in Starfleet. He can be reasoned with easily, he respects the opinions of others and will question orders if they put lives in danger. He is also friendly to Stormwolf and aspires to fix Starfleet from the inside. [[spoiler:He succeeds post-Valkyria.]]
* TookALevelInBadass: After a certain point, he learns to use some ice powers.
* WeakButSkilled: He is nowhere near as powerful as the main officers of Starfleet, but he has very good skills in melee combat and can outsmart his enemies.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Buddy Rose]]

A Starfleet officer who may be a colonialist, but he is also a loving family man.

* AnArmAndALeg: [[spoiler:His right arm gets obliterated]] in his very final fight against Mano, albeit he still wins.
* BerserkButton: He is normally not too violent, ''unless you hurt Daphne Dil or the rest of his family in any way''.
* GreenThumb: He commands the power of flora. This allowed him to defeat one of Titan's strongest monsters, Oceanus, in the past, and allows him to be very effective on planets like Herboss and Endor.
* HandicappedBadass: He actually [[spoiler:defeats the enemy that destroys his right arm.]]
* ParentalSubstitute: To his little cousin, Daphne Dil. He [[PapaWolf is very protective of her]].
* RetiredBadass: He has to retire from Starfleet after [[spoiler:he loses his right arm and Titan is permanently beaten]]. He is glad he can now spend more time with his family.
* SuperMode: He has a super armor, like other Starfleet elites, and he shows this power-up more often than the others except maybe Starla.
* TookALevelInBadass: He has new moves like a shield and poison.
* WeaponSpecialization: A whip made out of vines.
* WhiteMansBurden: His biggest flaw. He is a very strong proponent of Starfleet's colonialist methods.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Artie Bristles]]

A Starfleet officer with a passion for art.

* BerserkButton: Do not use art for evil. He was loyal to Celesto until Celesto misused Artie's paintings.
* DefectorFromDecadence: He betrays Starfleet because [[spoiler:his paintings were used for forged evidence against an innocent]].
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: He has the power of art, and is just as strong as the other Starfleet members.
* MirrorBoss: To [[spoiler:the Nutty Poet in Valkyria, as they are the respective warrior artists in their ranks]].
* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: During the Raid of Conva, he takes on many, many criminals offscreen. The result? He looks beat up, but is still victorious.
* TokenGoodTeammate: He might not be Swift Star, but he is still the nicest member of the main team, even after [[spoiler:Cookie Dough joins]].
* TookALevelInBadass: He now has new abilities like the Ink Missiles.
* UnskilledButStrong: Not compared to the other Starfleet members, but definitely compared to the Nutty Poet, his Stormwolf counterpart. She can do more creative attacks with her art, but he is far stronger in a fistfight.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Dyno and Myte]]

Twin miners that work for Starfleet.

* BashBrothers: Literal brothers who usually fight together.
* BecauseYouWereNiceToMe: They are more lenient to [[spoiler:Ace Ray]] after he saves their lives from [[spoiler:a force of Revenants]].
* CombinationAttack: They perform all their strongest attacks together.
* DemolitionsExpert: They are both good at smashing and blowing up stuff.
* TheDividual: They have similar personalities.
* LogicalWeakness: Since they rely too much on being together, they are in trouble if the enemy chooses to separate them on purpose.
* PlayingWithFire: All of their attacks are related to fire and explosions.
* RoyalsWhoActuallyDoSomething: They are actually princes, yet they choose to help people out in mining and fight in the front lines. Somewhat decreased when they gain the responsibility of [[spoiler:running a whole planet]].

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Krysta]]

Lightning's FairyCompanion and friend.

* AdaptationalBadass: Her original self did not show many physical feats outside of a non-canon Death Battle made by the author. Here she is strong enough to beat up several pirates on her own.
* AttackReflector: Her "double portal trick", where she makes a portal to absorb one attack and a second one to return it to sender.
* ADayInTheLimelight: She is important in Operation Valkyria, both in the opening battle with [[spoiler:Don Krieg]] and the very final battle.
* PintSizedPowerhouse: She is as small as a man's hand, yet strong enough to make a difference in big fights, even against foes like [[spoiler:Season 2 Finn and Celesto.]]
* ThinkingUpPortals: Her main power, she can conjure portals very easily.
* TokenGoodTeammate: With Artie and Swift, she is one of the three Starfleet members who have ''no'' signs of corruption.
* UndyingLoyalty: To her best friend, Lightning. For reference, Finn was helpful to her and [[spoiler:she still protected Lightning from him]].
* WeakButSkilled: While she is a PintSizedPowerhouse, her raw strength is [[OvershadowedByAwesome nowhere close to]] that of the likes of Lightning and his elite team, or even a fully trained Jedi Knight. However, her speed, as well as her creativity with portals, make her a formidable warrior.

[[folder:Jonnie]]

A leader of an alternate humanity, who has committed several atrocities.

* CharlesAtlasSuperpower: He is very strong for a normal human, to the point he is considered a Rookie Killer.
* EarthShatteringKaboom: He has blown up planets to secure the reign of humanity.
* AGodAmI: He gets himself worshipped in fourty religions.
* HeManWomanHater: He believes women aren't fighters. He also feeds his horse twice as much as he feeds his wife.
* HumiliationConga: He tries to shoot Finn for his black skin, only to lose fast despite Finn not having to land a direct hit. Then his army is beaten and his wife ruins his attempt to blow up a planet and make everyone submit to him out of fear. And then, he fights Rey, believing a woman can't beat him. [[spoiler:He loses with [[CurbStompBattle relative ease]] and dies.]]
* NormalFishInATinyPond: He has a massive army and a galactic empire, he even succeeded at blowing up several planets. He is the biggest name in his universe by far. The reason why is that his opposition was pathetic. Once his forces fight Stormwolf, they are crushed in a few battles.
* PoliticallyIncorrectVillain: He had ''exterminated all the black people'' in his planet, whom he considers dirty cannibals, and also will slay whole alien races if one member of them wrongs him. When he sees [[NiceGuy Finn]], he immediately [[HorribleJudgeOfCharacter calls him a cannibal]] because of his skin.
* VillainWithGoodPublicity: A genocidal leader who is literally part of several religions.
* WouldHurtAChild: Has clubbed Ilia before she had grown up.

[[folder:Mori Ranmaru]]

The leader of the Children of Oda Nobunaga, a reincarnation of Nobunaga's most trusted assistant.

* AdaptationalBadass: While the real Ranmaru did set a palace on fire, he never could generate fire on his own.
* AnimalMotifs: Dogs, as he is loyal like one. His signature move is the Fire Hounds.
* BerserkButton: Don't insult Oda Nobunaga [[spoiler:if you value all your limbs.]]
* DiscOneFinalBoss: He seems to be the ArcVillain of the third Arc of the first Season, being the very competent leader of the Children of Oda Nobunaga. But [[spoiler:Takara takes his place once he is defeated.]]
* EarlyBirdBoss: A non-video game example. Being a Master of Fire and wielding a beam katana, he is a threat whose skill level is similar to those of the second season, but faces Stormwolf in the ''first'' season. [[spoiler:Which is why he causes as much damage as he does.]]
* HeroKiller: He [[spoiler:kills minor hero Hanzo, amputates Q and temporarily knocks Finn out.]]
* HistoricalVillainUpgrade: Downplayed. He ''is'' the real Mori Ranmaru, who has come back to life, and he is an antagonist who will go to extreme lengths to accomplish his goals, but he was fiercely loyal to Nobunaga even in real life and this version isn't one of the most monstrous villains.
* ILetGwenStacyDie: He is still bitter over his master's death, and intends to revive him at all costs.
* MyGreatestFailure: Not saving Nobunaga at Honno-Ji. He [[TheAtoner wants to redeem himself for it]] [[WellIntentionedExtremist at all costs.]]
* NobleDemon: He is an extremist, but also very honorable and respects his foes if they respect Nobunaga.
* PlayingWithFire: He is a Master of Fire, and has several techniques related to flames.
* UndyingLoyalty: Even with Nobunaga long gone, he still does his best to revive him.

* BadBoss: She abuses the sword boys that are guardians of history. Though she [[MoleInCharge has a good reason to break their morale]].
* DoubleStandardAbuseFemaleOnMale: Averted. What she puts her brother and Otegine through is portrayed in a very negative light.
* GoodOldFisticuffs: She is physically strong and fights with her bare hands.
* HumiliationConga: She gets beat up by [[spoiler:Black Widow, the Nutty Poet, Leah, and finally Finn, who is wielding Otegine]].
* ItsAllAboutMe: She wants to change history so she can be a prominent figure in it.
* KarmicDeath: She abuses both [[spoiler:Finn and Otegine]], so she gets beaten to death by [[spoiler:the former wielding the latter's spear form. Very easily.]]
* NeverMyFault: No matter what happens, she is never to blame, it's always everyone else.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: She might be a bully deep down and nothing more, yet she is strong enough to [[spoiler:beat Finn in a fistfight, although it's because he hesitated for a bit]], and she temporarily [[spoiler:changes history to get connected to powerful bloodlines.]]

* BadassNormal: He has no superpowers whatsoever, yet he is strong and a walking arsenal.
* BigBadWannabe: He has a powerful fleet and very advanced arsenal, and his goal is to conquer planets. However, while he does score a few victories, he not only fails to conquer the supposedly primitive Sauria twice, but [[spoiler:loses to [[BadassNormal Poe Dameron]] in a duel. In the final battle with Starfleet, he returns, but has no big fight and only focuses on escaping, as several fighters are out of his league. Later, he returns to the Grand Line and goes straight for the One Piece... until Akainu shoots down his new ship in one hit.]]
* CombatPragmatist: He will do any dirty trick to win, from faking surrender to getting help.
* HumongousMecha: [[spoiler:The Kriegborg is huge, flies and has even heavier weapons that Krieg himself.]]
* ISurrenderSuckers: When [[spoiler:the Kriegborg is down, he draws a white flag and feigns surrender. Then he lands a cheap shot on Poe and fights on foot.]]
* MoreDakka: His shield can fire needles rapidly, while he also has several machine guns and blasters that fire all at once.
* NormalFishInATinyPond: While he has upgrades, including [[spoiler:the Kriegborg and minor Haki]], he still is not the greatest threat Stormwolf faces, something [[spoiler:Poe Dameron tells him after he wins.]] When he [[spoiler:returns to the Grand Line]], he has become far more competent than before, being able to [[spoiler:cross the Red Line this time]], but he still is not in the level of [[spoiler:the New World]].
* SoreLoser: Very much so. Losing a fair fight will make him run and throw poison gas, faking surrender or [[spoiler:try to attack the winner while unconscious.]]
* SuperToughness: He took quite a lot of punishment from his opposition during the Battle for Sauria, and wound up managing to stay in the fight right up until the very conclusion of it.
* TookALevelInBadass: His weapons are improved from canon, and he even has [[spoiler:his unused mech this time, and even some weak Haki. When he returns to the Grand Line, he easily crosses the Red Line in a single day.]]
* UnderestimatingBadassery: He thinks that Sauria is an easy target because the natives are primitives and [[spoiler:he has beaten some more technologically advanced foes like Buddy Rose.]] He is ''dead wrong''.

[[folder:The Fake Stormwolf]]

An organization that terrorizes Earth, pretending to be the real Stormwolf.

* AnimalMotifs: [[spoiler:[=Fake SkullFace=] has the additional name of "Gopher", owing to the fact he's a Psittacosaurus, a very small relative of Triceratops known from fossils in Asia dating to the Early Cretaceous Period. The nickname not only reflects how absolutely puny he is compared to the real [=SkullFace=], but also is emphasized by his burrowing ability he uses to make a quick entry or escape with.]]
* BloodKnight: Fake Alix loves fighting for sport.
* BoobBasedGag: Fake Rey has very big breasts to show how poorly she imitates the genuine article, who is flat-chested.
* TheBrute: Unlike the original, who is a small woman with a paintbrush and has to be creative, the Fake Nutty Poet is a big, muscular woman with a bazooka. Similarly, Fake Rey is a large woman with a claymore.
* CorneredRattlesnake: They might be weak cowards, but [[spoiler:when it's their time to die, they refuse to go down easily until [[HeroAntagonist Din Djarin]] has to come for them.]]
* CurbStompBattle: They pick on weak monsters, which helps them maintain their cover as they win easily. But [[spoiler:they are crushed swiftly by Din and the first Force Hunter in the end.]]
* DissonantSerenity: Fake Finn acts as if nothing happens when he has his men massacre an entire Goblin village, including the children.
* DirtyCoward: They prefer facing weak, easy monsters, and are merciless against them. But when they face actually strong foes, they panic.
* OutOfCharacterAlert: Fake Finn shoots civilians remorselessly, Fake Leah has no problem with stereotyping Native Americans, and overall the team is more evil than the real deal. [[spoiler:Din figures out the ruse fast.]]
* PaperThinDisguise: They don't really resemble the real Stormwolf. Fake Rey is huge and well-endowed, and so is the Poet, Fake Poe uses an old bombing plane, Fake Leah is petite and dressed like a Native stereotype, and Fake Finn isn't even black. [[spoiler:Fake [=SkullFace=] is a different species from the original and tries to capitalize on his false identity even though the other impostors have been disbanded.]]
* WeakBossStrongUnderlings: They have recruited some minions far stronger than themselves, like Raven Eye, who is more powerful than everyone in Fake Stormwolf and could keep up with the real deal for a while.

[[folder:Titan]]

The old enemy of Starfleet, a dark warlord that conquers planets through brute force.

* ActuallyADoombot: His appearance [[spoiler:in the battle of Kallan]] turns out to be just a puppet.
* AndThisIsFor: During his final fight, [[spoiler:he screams the names of his fallen Trio as he beats up their killers.]]
* ArchEnemy: To [[WhiteMansBurden Grand Ruler Celesto]]. The two have fought each other a lot and are zealous regarding eliminating the legacy of each other. They are also [[{{Foil}} the exact opposite in several ways and aware of it]].
* ArcVillain: The true main antagonist of the first arc of Season 3.
* AttackOfTheFiftyFootWhatever: [[spoiler:Both of his stronger forms.]] As a disembodied head with hands, he is bigger than an X-Wing. [[spoiler:As Colossal Titan, he is the size of a planet.]]
* ChronicBackstabbingDisorder: He betrays [[spoiler:Biomeka]] at a crucial moment. [[spoiler:It backfires.]]
* DarkIsEvil: A cruel warlord that mostly relies on darkness.
* DisproportionateRetribution: He was shunned from his people unfairly, including his ex-girlfriend, earning a bit of sympathy from Leah. However, to her disgust, [[spoiler:he blew up his own planet in response]].
* EvilSoundsDeep: His voice is explicitly deep.
* {{Foil}}:
** To Grand Ruler Celesto. The two are opposites in many ways. Celesto is a being of [[ControlFreak order]] and [[LightIsNotGood Light]], while Titan is a being of [[ChaosIsEvil chaos]] and [[DarkIsEvil Darkness]]. Celesto is better than him in some ways. For example, Titan uses brute force to conquer worlds, while Celesto saves worlds from threats like Titan and then asks to be their new ruler as a reward. But Titan is better than him in other ways, as he [[EvenEvilHasLovedOnes cares about his generals]], unlike the Grand Ruler.
** To [[spoiler:''Leah Clearwater'', of all people. They both were outcasts for very similar reasons, got dumped through no fault of theirs, were misblamed for a person's death and eventually took revenge on their bullies. However, Titan went as far as blowing up the planet, while Leah never hurt a single innocent. So, Leah sees him as everything she [[ShadowArchetype never wants to be]].]]
* GiverOfLameNames: Most of his monsters and some of his attacks have accidental sexual double meanings.
* GreaterScopeVillain: In ''The Rise of the Organa'', where his generals are the main antagonists and commit their crimes in his name. He is also mentioned a lot before he shows up, mostly by Starfleet, and his revival is the initial goal of his Trio and [[BigBadDuumvirate Biomeka]].
* OneWingedAngel: He becomes a [[spoiler:gigantic disembodied head with hands, which powers him up. When the three fleets led by Poe Dameron defeat it, he becomes the planet-sized Colossal Titan.]]
* ShadowArchetype: He is what [[spoiler:Leah Clearwater]] never wants to become.

[[folder:Titan's Trio]]

Three powerful generals who want to conquer planets for their master. Their names are Dementia, Mysterious and Rep-Stallion. Until they change them to [[spoiler:Waverline, Specter and Razor respectively]].

* ArcVillain: They are the main villains of ''The Rise of the Organa''.
* BeautyBrainsAndBrawn: Dementia, Mysterious and Rep-Stallion, respectively.
* CastingAShadow: Mysterious has powers associated with darkness.
* CoDragons: All of them are the direct subordinates to Titan.
* CombinationAttack: '''All three''' need to concentrate to cast their strongest attack, Titan's Wrath.
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: They have a healthy relationship with their master and each other.
* HeroKiller: Rep-Stallion humiliates Isolder and, [[spoiler:as Razor, kills King Topaz]]. Dementia[[spoiler:, as Waverline, would have killed Alix herself if Stormwolf didn't unfreeze her on time.]] Mysterious, [[spoiler:as Specter, kills L'ulo of the Black Squadron.]]
* AnIcePerson: Dementia can use several icy attacks, like Dance of Ice, [[spoiler:which evolves into Glacial Ballet]].
* MeaningfulRename: They change their names after they return to threaten the Galaxy. Both their names and they themselves become more serious. [[spoiler:Dementia is now Waverline, Rep-Stallion is now Razor and Mysterious is now Specter.]] Similarly, their strongest abilities have evolved in power and get new names to show that.
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: While they are comedic and bad at planning or naming, and lose to Leia when fought individually, [[spoiler:they beat and capture her the first time they fight her all at once.]] They are also quite strong, which allows them to score minor victories and be a physical threat to the protagonists.
* OhCrap: [[spoiler:Specter]] panics and screams insults when he realizes [[spoiler:Finn has charged a massive metal ball with electricity, meaning it can now harm him.]]
* OpponentSwitch: They do this [[spoiler:in the final battle against Finn, Leah and Rey.]] They get much better matchups this way, [[spoiler:and are winning until the Stormwolf champions simply [[BoringButPractical switch opponents back]].]]
* RoguesGalleryTransplant: They are a recurring enemy of Starfleet, but they are also some of the greatest enemies Leia has ever faced.
* ShockAndAwe: Rep-Stallion can use lightning.
* StupidEvil: They gloat a lot and attempt to use flashy execution methods, which costs them battles they would have won otherwise.
* TookALevelInBadass: When they return [[spoiler:with new names after Starfleet's downfall, they are much more powerful than before, able to individually compete with the heavy hitters of Stormwolf, who are more powerful than Leia, who had beaten all three of them at once.]]
* UndyingLoyalty: They are all incredibly loyal to Titan, and nobody else. So much they [[spoiler:adamantly refuse to switch sides when asked to and their CombinationAttack is named after Titan.]]
* UnfortunateNames: Leia calls out ''all three'' because she can't take their names seriously. [[spoiler:So, they have changed them.]]
* VanityIsFeminine: Dementia cares about her appearance a lot.
* VitriolicBestBuds: They bicker all the time, but genuinely care about each other.
* WhyDontYouJustShootHim: Rep-Stallion always goes for simple and effective methods in terms of executing foes. The other two don't take his advice at heart. Once they [[spoiler:take five hours to find how to execute Leia, despite Rep's protests.]]
* WhyWontYouDie: [[spoiler:Waverline]] screams "You still refuse to die?" when preparing [[spoiler:her ultimate attack against Rey.]]
* WorthyOpponent: Rep-Stallion sees Leia as this. [[spoiler:As Razor, he sees Leah as this]]. [[spoiler:Specter ends up respecting Finn during their battle as well, but also feels a little fear.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder: Charlotte Smoothie]]

A Sweet Commander of Big Mom, and one of the most powerful women in the Grand Line.

* AdaptationalBadass: In her canon, she doesn't get any major fight scenes in the first two major arcs she is in. In this series, she is a very powerful woman who easily overpowers nearly anyone she comes across, and also shows canonically informed abilities like her Haki. She even takes on Pan, who at that point had beaten some very powerful enemies, in open combat [[spoiler:and wins.]]
* ArcVillain: She is the main antagonist of Pan's spinoff. [[spoiler:Also the primary and most dangerous obstacle when it comes to Pan's rescue.]]
* BadassBoast: "Let me be clear about something. I am the predator, and [[HumongousMecha you]] are just a big prey."
* BerserkButton: Do not insult her mother. She gets mad in spite of knowing her mother was not nice to her.
* BigSisterInstinct: Don't hurt her brothers and sisters in front of her if you value your life.
* CastFromLifeforce: Her Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, which fire highly pressured juice from her eyes, come at the cost of a little of her life force. [[spoiler:Her Sweeter Smoothie form]] also consumes life force.
* DoubleEntendre: Some of her taunts are intentionally dirty. For example, once she blocks an attack from behind and says she [[DepravedBisexual swings both ways]].
* EvilerThanThou: She pulls this on Avyanna, by using the other pirate's obsession against her. She forces Avyanna to trade ''one fifth of her fleet'' with the man she loves, which is a very unfair trade. She also has executed Joseph of the [=CP0=] so he cannot spill information about her family to the Government.
* FalseDichotomy: She tells [[spoiler:Pan]] he should stay with her because she is [[ALighterShadeOfBlack a better choice than "the bad man in the leather mask"]], and that if he gets freed from her clutches he is vulnerable to the Government.
* FluffyTheTerrible: Smoothie is not an intimidating name. But Charlotte Smoothie is a very intimidating woman.
* FourStarBadass: She is a Sweet Commander, thus a general, and often fights and ''wins'' in the frontlines.
* GoodPowersBadPeople: Smoothie can create juice out of anything, which sounds innocent. She loves creating juice out of human bodily fluids.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: Her power allows her to... make and use juice out of anything. She is also a near-unstoppable juggernaut.
* IHaveYouNowMyPretty: She succeeds at [[spoiler:capturing Pan, whom he considers her favorite pet.]]
* ILetGwenStacyDie: She feels guilt for [[spoiler:not doing much in the Battle of Wano, leading to her mother's death.]]
* ALighterShadeOfBlack: She tells Pan that [[spoiler:while he is still her captive]], she treats him better than "the man in the leather mask" [[WhyDidYouMakeMeHitYou would]]. Pan actually agrees with this, although he points out this [[WantsAPrizeForBasicDecency is not a high bar to clear]]. She also is less abusive to her subordinates than her late mother, although she is still far from an ideal boss.
* ItsPersonal: In Pan's spinoff, she wants to hunt down Nami for stealing Zeus and humiliating her mother. Then her attention gradually shifts to Pan himself as he keeps sabotaging her.
* TheJuggernaut: She is near-unstoppable in combat, and being thrown off Onigashima twice will not knock her out. [[spoiler:It takes four powerful heroes to team up so they can defeat her, right after she has just dismantled a HumongousMecha.]]
* MasterSwordsman: She is a great swordswoman, at least as skilled as Pan himself.
* NoblewomansLaugh: Ahohohohohoho! She rarely laughs, but it happens.
* NothingNiceAboutSugarAndSpice: She wears pink, looks sweet at first and her motif is all about juices and other beverages. She is also a very dangerous pirate.
* PragmaticVillainy: While she doesn't ''kill'' any important ''heroes'', she is still terrifying because she [[spoiler:defeats and captures Pan in single combat, beats up Mike Stevens when he comes to Pan's rescue and sells him to Avyanna,]] and spares both of them to [[spoiler:gain access to the Multiverse and part of the Kallanian Fleet respectively]]. However, she personally destroys [[spoiler:the [[HumongousMecha Iron Kraken]] when [[EnemyMine the Ivory Corps use it to aid Pan's rescue group]], showing she ''does'' kill when she has nothing to gain.]]
* PyrrhicVictory: She [[spoiler:actually takes out Pan in her duel with him, as he collapses before she [[PostVictoryCollapse does]]. But the result is disastrous for her. While she captures her opponent, she can't do anything to save her mother's life and end the war in her favor anymore, which results in Big Mom getting defeated and the Big Mom Pirates losing their status as a Yonko crew.]]
* RankScalesWithAsskicking: She leads the Juicy Division and is by far its best fighter.
* StatuesqueStunner: She is a beautiful woman whose looks distract men, and she is also much taller than the average human, able to pick up people in one hand.
* TermsOfEndangerment: She calls Pan "Pancake" and "my little boy", and is his most fearsome opponent.
* ThickerThanWater: She is aware her mother was not a good person, yet loves her too much to have anything but loyalty to her.
* TookALevelInBadass: When cornered in her own home, she shows she has become even stronger than she was in Wano. [[spoiler:She even achieves the equivalent of Gear 2.]]
* VillainousBreakdown: When [[spoiler:Pan's friends escape with him,]] Smoothie gets livid and [[spoiler:chases after them, screaming, cursing and trying to sink them all.]]
* VillainousValor: She is brave, determined to keep fighting and loyal to her family. Otherwise, she is a horrible person who drinks people and is very possessive of her captives.
* WeCanRuleTogether: She offers Pan to rule by her side and claim the One Piece with her.
* WhiteHairBlackHeart: She has long, white hair and is a sadist.
* WorthyOpponent: She and Pan develop a mutual twisted respect for each other.
-> '''Smoothie:''' [[NoblewomansLaugh Ahohohohoho!]] This is the best fight of my life!
* YouHaveFailedMe: When a [[spoiler:Kallanian]] screws up royally, making things worse for her, she drinks his bodily fluids.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Charlotte Snack]]

A former Sweet Commander who wants his position back at all costs.

* AbnormalAmmo: He can shoot fiery fries.
* BerserkButton: Don't remind him of his demotion.
* EvilLaugh: Snakakakakakakaka!
* MadeOfIron: He can take a Thunderstorm, as well as hits from a demon and a [[spoiler:Rokuogan]]. He can also last several rounds against [[spoiler:Smoker]].
* RankScalesWithAsskicking: As a former Sweet Commander, he is stronger than most of his siblings and allies. However, he is still not as strong as the current Sweet Commanders such as Smoothie.
* RazorWind: His Picnic Wind, which can hurt [[spoiler:Smoker]].
* WorfHadTheFlu: He might lose to the Kid and Heart Pirates in the Grand Line spinoff, but he had just beaten the fearsome demon Hardscale by the skin of his teeth and also got hit by Pan's Thunderstorm.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Charlotte Amande]]

A sadistic daughter of Big Mom, who is a swordswoman.

* ColdBloodedTorture: She inflicts this on anyone she defeats by using her sword. When [[spoiler:Pan is captured by Smoothie instead of her]], she is disappointed she can't make cuts on his body.
* CombatPragmatist: She can use her long neck to bite people during a fight.
* DickDastardlyStopsToCheat: During her duel with Tashigi, she disarms her and has a chance to cut her down. But she deliberately makes her finishing blow as slow and painful as possible, so [[spoiler:it does not build up enough momentum to properly get through Tashigi's Iron Body]].
* EvilerThanThou: She proves to be a superior antagonist to [[MilesGloriosus Buchephalus]], as she ends up destroying his forces with the help of the Kallanians and [[spoiler:personally tortures him to death]].
* GoodSmokingEvilSmoking: She is a villainess who always smokes cigarettes.
* IAmNotLeftHanded: She doesn't just fight to win, she fights to torture her opponents. Most of her special attacks are deliberately as slow and painful as possible. But if you push her hard enough, she will start using Quickstep, meaning she is going all-out at speed.
* ItsPersonal: She hates Pan because he bested her in Wano. Also because she [[spoiler:can't hurt him due to Smoothie not letting her]].
* ThemeNaming: She names all her attacks after dances, and also adds "slow" before most of them.
* WakeUpCallBoss: In Pan's spinoff, she is the first one to hit him in the final battle. She also shows the might of the Big Mom Pirates by personally [[spoiler:torturing Buchephalus to death and also actually knocking Tashigi out temporarily.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Charlotte Kato]]

A swordsman with a pumpkin head, who is a son of Big Mom.

* EnemyMine: He might be working for Smoothie, his more powerful sister, but he still helps out against [[spoiler:Titan's forces on behalf of the Kallanians]].
* EvenEvilHasLovedOnes: He cares about the future of his whole family first and foremost, even though he is a villain.
* FragileSpeedster: He is not that strong or durable, but he is very fast and agile.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: Being able to twist your limbs in inhuman ways is a weak power compared to anything else, but it can make a very skilled swordsman notably even more dangerous and unpredictable.
* TookALevelInBadass: After [[spoiler:he fights Titan's forces]], he trains enough to have better Haki and [[spoiler:Fruit powers outside of unnaturally twisting his limbs]]. This makes him put up a very good fight against Tashigi.
* WorthyOpponent: He has nothing but respect for fellow sword-wielding speedster Tashigi.

[[folder:Biomeka]]

An alien who conquers worlds, mostly targets the Kingdom of Purapril and [[spoiler:is the one who had brainwashed Fratello in the past.]]

* ArchEnemy: To Fratello, because [[spoiler:Fratello was once brainwashed by him.]]
* CombatPragmatist: Biomeka summons turrets and a buzzsaw to make things harder for his foes during his fight.
* CyberneticsEatYourSoul: Inflicts this trope by [[spoiler:making robotic armors that brainwash their hosts into doing his bidding]].
* DeadlyGaze: Biomeka can [[spoiler:turn people to stone]] with his gaze. [[spoiler:Permamently if there is no way to counter or reverse it.]]
* EyeBeams: His minor heads can shoot streams of fire from their eyes. His main head can shoot a gigantic purple eye beam.
* EvilMentor: He is the one who taught Medusa how to control her stone gaze. [[spoiler:This hints at him having a stone gaze as well.]]
* EyeScream: He gets [[spoiler:stabbed in the giant main eye by Fratello's arm blade.]]
* ForScience: He is a strong proponent of the advancements of science.
* GalacticConqueror: He has conquered several planets.
* GreaterScopeVillain: The mastermind between the attacks of [[spoiler:[[BrainwashedAndCrazy Fratello]] and the Meka Dragon]] in the backstory.
* ItsPersonal: He keeps going after the Kingdom of Purapril [[spoiler:because his forces, led by the [[TheDragon Meka Dragon]], faced their first defeat there.]]
* OneWingedAngel: After [[spoiler:Fratello kills him, he turns into a less powerful, but ''much'' more mobile demon of hatred to keep living.]]
* RedBaron: The Fear Incarnate.
* StarfishAliens: He is a pink, round creature with two minor heads, several tentacles and a main head with a colossal eye.
* TheRevolutionWillNotBeCivilized: He [[spoiler:slaughtered the spoiled nobles of his kingdom because they wouldn't let him get in a position of power he deserved more than they did.]]

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Mississippi Queen]]

A giant crocodilian beast that serves Titan.

* AnimalJingoism: With Hell Creek directly located along the shores of an inland sea full of monstrous aquatic reptiles, and Triceratops being one of many large sized herbivores in such environment, her aggression against [=SkullFace=] somewhat mirrors the interactions between crocodiles and hippos in Africa. Also helps that [=SkullFace=]'s own AnimalMotifs are Hippos.
* BaitAndSwitchBoss: She is introduced [[spoiler:eating a Black Lynel that was Stormwolf's target]].
* CombatPragmatist: She is not above using ambushes and homefield advatnage to win a fight.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: One of her powers is mud, but her Mud Armor is much tougher than it looks.
* IAmNotLeftHanded: Once [=SkullFace=] [[spoiler:grows up and starts overpowering her]], she no longer sticks to brute force even with the Mud Armor on, and instead uses the environment and her wits to keep fighting.
* MakingASplash: She can control water.
* NeverSmileAtACrocodile: She is a giant Deinosuchus, a prehistoric crocodile. She is also so sadistic [=SkullFace=] [[PredationIsNatural of all people]] singles her out as a target.
* NoNonsenseNemesis:
** She deals with the Black Lynel, which could give her trouble in terms of brute force, by [[spoiler:ambushing it from below and eating it instantly]].
** When [[spoiler:[=SkullFace=] grows up and is now able to overpower her, she retreats in the water for homefield advantage.]] She also tries to end him quickly with her death roll, but misses.
* OneHitKill: Get caught by her death roll and you have no chance of survival.
* SeismicSense: How her death roll is so effective. She can sense where the enemy is from underground for better results. It can only be countered by freezing the ground above her.
* SuddenlySpeaking: Her thoughts are usually seen as just thoughts, and she has no actual lines. That's until [[spoiler:her death, where she reveals her loyalty to Ghidorah]].
* UnfortunateNames: Her name is a reference to a dirty song. It's more subtle than for most of Titan's monsters, showing she is more serious than them.
* WorthyOpponent: Once [[spoiler:SkullFace grows in size and power]], she stops calling him a calf and calls him a bull instead. She also says it's no longer a hunt, rather a fight.

A mechanical dragon that is Biomeka's best warrior.

* AttackItsWeakPoint: Through the hieroglyphs of the Mayhuam, Mana figures out the dragon's weak point is [[spoiler:his head]].
* BadassBoast: "Tell me, if entire armies of great civilizations like the Mayhuam were wiped out because of me, what makes you think you stand any chance?"
* BreathWeapon: Being mechanical doesn't stop him from breathing fire.
* CompositeCharacter: Of Meka Dragon from the Wonderboy series and [[spoiler:the Dragonoid from ''Fanfic/MyBravePonyStarfleetMagic'',]] having the powers and history of both of them.
* CombatPragmatist:
** How did he wipe out the civilization of the Mayhuam that stood against him? He [[spoiler:dried the river they relied on.]]
** When he fights Mana, he [[spoiler:activates a toxic gas to have time on his side]].
* TheDragon: A literal one that serves as Biomeka's top enforcer.
* EarlyBirdCameo: He is present in the hieroglyphs of the Mayhuam.
* HeroKiller: He actually [[spoiler:temporarily kills Mana. Once she does beat him, he turns her into a lizard and she stays like that for several chapters]].
* LaserGuidedKarma: His genocide of the Mayhuam backfires as it allows Mana to learn his weak point before fighting him.
* LastBreathBullet: His curse that [[spoiler:turns Mana into a lizard]].
* MacrossMissileMassacre: He can fire a barrage of missiles.
* MythologyGag:
** Since in this story [[spoiler:Fratello is working for Biomeka,]] the Meka Dragon [[spoiler:and the giant mechanical dragon that worked for Fratello in the past are one and the same.]]
** [[spoiler:The toxic gas]] is a reference to the very strict time limit you have when you fight him in ''VideoGame/WonderboyInMonsterLand''. From the same game, the [[spoiler:gem that changes color when the dragon takes damage]] is also present.
* NoSell: Even a sword of hard light can't deal damage anywhere outside of [[spoiler:his head]].
* TookALevelInBadass: In ''VideoGame/WonderboyInMonsterLand'', he only has his fiery breath [[spoiler:and curse in its direct sequel]]. Here he also has exploding beams and missiles.

* AchievementsInIgnorance: He is clumsy and spills coffee on himself. Once he does so during a meeting with his subodrinate Gaisborn, [[spoiler:which saves his life as Gaisborn had poisoned the coffee]]. For a while, Gaisborn thinks he has underestimated him.
* BlindObedience: What he wants from his troops above all else, which is why he surrounds himself with yesmen.
* ButHeSoundsHandsome: When he [[spoiler:disguises himself to [[BitchInSheepsClothing help Pan's rescue group]],]] he says [[spoiler:whoever framed Pan for terrorism must have been a genius]].
* CharacterCatchphrase: "I, as/being the great and merciful hero I am..."
* CombatPragmatist: While he is bad at a fair fight, he is willing to use several dirty tricks that make him more dangerous.
* DirtyCoward: He prefers attacking people who are unable to fight back, whom he brutally tortures, and uses others to fight his battles. When he does have to fight, he shows no honor whatsoever.
* DisproportionateRetribution: Pan denies him access to black magic. So Spandam frames him for terrorism. He has done such frame-ups for similarly petty reasons to others beforehand.
* EveryoneHasStandards: Despite [[TheNeidermeyer his usual approach to military]], he personally calls off the [[EpicFail Charge of the Light Brigade]] when he realizes it will accomplish [[StupidSacrifice absolutely nothing]].
* EvilerThanThou: He manages to [[spoiler:curbstomp the much more powerful Gaisborn]] by using his desires against him, [[spoiler:having put a failsafe in the Soldier Hound to better control his troops. Later, when Gaisborn breaks out of his control, Spandam still kills him.]]
* FunWithAcronyms: He wants to make a superweapon named [[spoiler:Supremely Powerful And Not Destructible Assault Machine]].
* HateSink: An unpopular, [[ItsAllAboutMe selfish]], two-faced individual who manipulates others into doing his bidding. He also abuses his prisoners horribly and calls himself a hero while he is anything but.
* HijackedByGanon: While [[spoiler:the Ivory Corps]] are mostly composed of original characters, Spandam, who is a canon One Piece character, is in charge of the organization.
* IResembleThatRemark: When [[spoiler:Rose]] compares him to [[spoiler:Emil Kudos]], his reaction is to [[spoiler:make a mark on her face with his special weapon and tell her to watch her mouth, also calling her an air-headed idiot. All that makes him better is that he was ''slightly'' less crude in comparison to what Kudos would have said.]]
* ISurrenderSuckers: He pretends to surrender in the duel against [[spoiler:Rose Tico. While he is promising her he will change, he uses a special attack and knocks her out.]]
* LivingWeapon: Funkfreed, his elephant sword.
* ManipulativeBastard: He can [[spoiler:use false identities]] and exploit the selfish desires of others so he can have power over them.
* TheNeidermeyer: He is a despicable officer who couldn't care less about the lives of his men and sometimes gets them killed. When he learns there is a water that can make his troops a hundred times stronger but kill them in five minutes, he is excited about using it [[spoiler:and does use it on his troops in the final battle when he gets desperate]].
* NotSoHarmlessVillain: As Pan describes him, "he is weak and not very bright, but he has a lot of influence and is very ruthless". Also, he [[spoiler:finds a way to control his least loyal and most competent underling.]]
* ProperlyParanoid: How he handled the [[spoiler:Soldier Hound serum. He did actually give the promised boost to the power and skills of all of his underlings, so they do trust him with it and are more effective, but he also used a failsafe that makes them sense him and be completely unable to attack him at all.]] This saves his life against [[TheStarscream Gaisborn]].
* SmugSnake: He can scheme and manipulate, but he is not as smart as he thinks he is.
* SuperWeaponAverageJoe: He is not physically strong or skilled at all, and [[spoiler:Rose Tico can put up a fight against him.]] Nevertheless, he can still be a threat because of his Seastone Gun, his Seastone Chains, [[spoiler:the tampering he has done with the Soldier Hound Serum so his underlings can't attack him]] and especially [[LivingWeapon Funkfreed]], all of which are powerful weapons.
* ThickerThanWater: One of the few people he respects is his own father.
* TreacherousQuestGiver: He is the one to [[spoiler:direct Pan's rescue group to their actual destination]], but he did not do it out of the goodness of his heart.
* WhyDidYouMakeMeHitYou: He complains about how his captives make him torture them. An example is when he tells [[spoiler:Rose]] "it's not too late for you to stop making me do this!" while he [[spoiler:beats her up and she is in chains.]]
* WrittenByTheWinners: He is not completely delusional regarding being a hero. He knows history [[VillainWithGoodPublicity will see him that way]] if his plans fully come to fruition.

* AllYourPowersCombined: He learns to use the Rokuogan, which is a combination of all six Rokushiki, after he gets Soldier Hound.
* AxeCrazy: Literal axe aside, he is a very violent individual who is out of his mind.
* BerserkButton: Do not remind him of his role as Spandam's subordinate.
* BloodKnight: He loves fighting and killing the foes of the Government.
* CainAndAbel: The Cain to his sister, Epsilon, whom he [[spoiler:had mutilated and nearly killed for being too soft with outlaws]]. He later [[spoiler:does finish the job, but she helps contribute to his defeat later and lives just long enough to see it.]]
* DragonInChief: He is much more competent and powerful than his boss. [[spoiler:Except his own lust for power prevents him from becoming the boss himself.]]
* EstablishingCharacterMoment: Rose Tico warns him not to kill [[spoiler:Biomeka's]] armored troops because they were all brainwashed. He decapitated one of them and [[DecapitationPresentation showed it to Rose]] to send a message.
* EvenEvilHasStandards:
** He is ruthless, kills the foes of the Government with an axe and feels nothing but contempt for the weak. But he still hates [[DirtyCoward the Ivory Leader]] for crossing some lines that shouldn't be crossed.
** He also hates the corrupt Government followers who cooperate with pirates.
* HeroKiller: He slays Will Crimson, a Revolutionary that was strong enough to defeat Elmjra, overpowers Smoker in their first fight and [[spoiler:kills Epsilon even after she survived his first attempt at her life.]]
* KickTheDog: Literally, he stomps on a dog because its noise can alert his position.
* RedBaron: The Executioner.
* ShoutOut: His name is based on Guy of Gisborne from ''Robin Hood''.
* SocialDarwinist: He has nothing but contempt for the weak and unworthy. [[spoiler:Even his biological sister.]]
* TheStarscream: He is not loyal to the Ivory Leader, although he endorses the brutality the Ivory Corps preach about. [[spoiler:He just doesn't want to serve a coward.]]
* UnknownRival: He wants to replace Lucci, but Lucci doesn't care about him much.
* WorfHadTheFlu: He would have [[spoiler:turned Spandam into meat sauce twice]] if he didn't have an overwhelming external disadvantage [[spoiler:both times]].

[[folder:Jack the Drought]]

A former commander of Kaido's forces, and a nearly unstoppable brute.

* AdaptationalBadass: Unlike in canon, he is shown using his hybrid form and named attacks. He also scores a couple of onscreen victories.
* BerserkButton: Don't compare him to Arlong just because he is a cruel Fishman. Jack really looks down on Arlong because he considers him a coward.
* BloodKnight: He loves nothing more than fighting strong foes, even when the odds are against him.
* TheBrute: His fighting style is full of brute force and good defense, and he is also merciless.
* CruelElephant: A bloodthirsty man with the power to become a mammoth.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He might do a lot of atrocities, but he is not cowardly at all.
* EvilerThanThou: He proves to be more evil and in general a bigger threat than [[spoiler:Ogama]].
* FantasticRacism: He despises Minks, and thus beastmen. Downplayed, because his reasons have nothing to do with any physical characteristics, he attacked them first for Kaido's sake and they rightfully consider him an enemy of their nation, but he still despises them enough to qualify.
* IResembleThatRemark: "Anyone who calls me vengeful will pay dearly for this!"
* OneSteveLimit: Averted. He shares his name with the Prince Consort of Cloister, who is [[GuileHero nothing]] like [[TheBrute him]].
* UndyingLoyalty: He is loyal enough to Kaido that he [[spoiler:refuses to follow the Black Legion after his defeat, unlike some of the Beasts Pirates.]]
* UnskilledButStrong: He is less skilled than Finn, Leah, Ogama and even EliteMooks like the [[DemBones Skull Overlord]], but Leah describes him as having the strength of an Archdemon.

[[folder:Vice Admiral Onigumo]]

* BadBoss: The canon events of him killing his men for hesitating are mentioned and he doesn't deny them.
* ChekhovsGunman: He is mentioned a few times as a serious threat and a ruthless enforcer of justice, and also instigates the battle between [[spoiler:Gin and Don Krieg]]. But his most important role is when [[spoiler:he defends the Ivory Tower from the alliance of outsiders, Marines and pirates]].
* TheDreaded: Pirates fear him for his power and cruelty. That includes Vanessa of the Raging Thunder Pirates.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: He doesn't really approve of the Celestial Dragons. He tolerates them for the sake of order.
* EvilerThanThou: He bests [[spoiler:Don Krieg]] and sends him in a suicide mission against [[spoiler:the Revolutionaries]].
* TheHeavy: In the raid of the Ivory Tower, since [[spoiler:Akainu can't show up and Spandam is no warrior, ''Onigumo'' is the biggest physical threat to Pan.]]
* KnightTemplar: He fully endorses Absolute Justice and wants all threats to the Government dead.
* MeaningfulName: Onigumo means Demon Spider, and he is a villain with spider powers.
* MouthOfSauron: He is the trusted representative of Akainu when the Fleet Admiral can't or won't attend something in person. [[spoiler:He fights Pan directly on Akainu's behalf.]]
* MundaneMadeAwesome: Spider threads are easy to cut, right? Not so much when coated in Armament Haki.
* MultiArmedAndDangerous: He has the powers of a spider, so he can grow eight arms. Which makes him a serious threat since he is a MasterSwordsman.
* PoisonousPerson: His spider powers include creating and using venom, which is enough to affect even [[spoiler:Pan]].
* RapidFireFisticuffs: He can unleash a very fast barrage of punches. While his eight arms definitely help, he is still fast enough to make them look like they are even more. [[spoiler:This allows him to win a PummelDuel against Pan.]]
* UndyingLoyalty: To Akainu, whom he has nothing but praise for.

* DamselInDistress: She has to be saved by Stormwolf when they meet her.
* NonActionGuy: Even when she joins Stormwolf, she doesn't fight. However, being a therapist, she is very helpful.

* DefiantCaptive: Even though [[spoiler:he becomes a captive of his ex Dahlia, who now is a vampire, and he is shrunken]], he still talks back at his captor a lot, sometimes making her lose her cool.
* DistressedDude: He is one of the people who were slaves of the vampires due to Alicia's activities.
* TheMentor: He teaches Finn how to be a defense attorney. This allows him to [[spoiler:show Lightning the true colors of Celesto.]]
* NonActionGuy: Downplayed, he is a normal person and his true skill lies in being a master lawyer. He does beat a cultist in a fight, but it takes him effort to do so.
* OffscreenMomentOfAwesome: He defended Shawn when he was framed of murder, and defeated the lesser demon Sterk through the law alone.
* TookALevelInBadass: From a great lawyer to a great lawyer who outsmarted and exposed a demon, defied [[spoiler:a vampire several times his size]], and beat a cultist in a fight.

* BigSisterInstinct: She is very protective of her biological sister Romani and her adoptive brother Shawn.
* BewareTheNiceOnes: She is very nice to everyone who doesn't hurt her friends and family. But she still can fight minor monsters when she wants to and they threaten her loved ones.

* OOCIsSeriousBusiness: She gets mad when she learns [[spoiler:Pan got kidnapped]].
* RelatedInTheAdaptation: To Shawn, because she and Romani have adopted him.
* SmallRoleBigImpact: In the Grand Line arc. She does not directly join the rescue group, since she [[IChooseToStay has to protect her farm]], but she still makes one bottle of Chateau Romani [[spoiler:which saves Pan and indirectly his friends at a crucial moment]].

* CrusadingLawyer: Although on the prosecutor side, he still is a fair attorney who wants to make the system better.
* GoodAllAlong: He seems to be corrupt, shares the EvilLawyerJoke about sharks in his name with other attorneys and is Rey's rival, but his obsession with convicting Talon Ted [[spoiler:turns to be because Ted is guilty.]]
* {{Expy}}: To Miles Edgeworth, with Rey as the Phoenix Wright.
* FriendlyRivalry: He is rivals with Rey, but has nothing but respect for her.

[[/folder]]

[[folder:Talon Ted ('''MAJOR UNMARKED SPOILERS''')]]

Talon Ted seems to be an actor who refused to get a job out of his petty ego, and an ideal role model for Celesto. He finally gets a job after proving his own ideals right, and kept serving the Grand Ruler. But in reality, he is something far more sinister.
----
* AdaptationalIntelligence: From an actor who refuses to get a job because of a discrimination that only exists in his head to a criminal mastermind that has enormous influence across an entire empire.
* ArcVillain: Of the first arc of the second Season, he is the mastermind behind the murder Stormwolf investigates and exploits the corruption of Starfleet.
* ButForMeItWasTuesday: He doesn't even remember the names of some of his victims properly.
* CombatPragmatist: He is a weak fighter and knows it, but makes up for it by fighting dirty, as he will get help and land cheap shots at every opportunity. This also helps him nearly defeat the much stronger Leah with seven silver daggers during her speech.
* EvenEvilHasStandards: Even he despises Emil Kudos for his disgusting experiments and [[EntitledToHaveYou toxic obsession with Peach Berry]].
* AGlassOfChianti: He loves swirling chalices when he shows his true colors.
* HeartIsAnAwesomePower: His only spell is to make glasses of brandy appear out of thin air. However, he demonstrates they can be useful in combat when he throws one at Leah, as it's easy for someone to slip on the brandy and thus step on the glasses.
* JustGivingOrders: He ''technically'' is one of the few villains in the story with zero kills. This [[PragmaticVillainy helps him cover his tracks]].
* MasterActor: Literally. He is as good of an actor as he claims, and he can pretend to be completely harmless.
* {{Mundanger}}: Compared to the other enemies Stormwolf faced at that point, Ted is nothing physically, all of the threat comes from his brains and manipulation skills.
* ObfuscatingStupidity: An utter moron who is too incompetent to hurt a fly on the outside, he seems to be a blowhard who is proud of not getting a job and vastly overestimates his acting skills. However, he actually is a brilliant actor, who has fooled everyone into thinking he isn't a mastermind with influence all over Celesto's empire.
* SadisticChoice: He loves putting them on others. His trial has him blackmailing Stormwolf with the life of one of their friends, and he also forces Finn to either let him get away or break his values by not fighting back when he loses the trial.
* SmallNameBigEgo: His fake self. He keeps boasting about his acting skills, but seems to be so pathetic he can't back up his boasts.
* SuperMode: The Nickel Samurai, which is the only way he can fight at all.
* VillainousLegacy: It takes two arcs after his death to stop all the problems he has caused.
* WalkingSpoiler: Everything about his evil is a twist.
* WeakButSkilled: Far weaker than most major antagonists, yet very skilled with his spear, daggers and glasses of brandy.
