This is because he's ''supposed'' to be the demon king, and was literally birthed for the purpose of killing Goku and conquering the Earth by the original demon king; calling him a good person reminds him that he's a complete failure with no real purpose.
116	** Beerus's berserk buttons are numerous. If you underestimate him, he will make you sorry. If you deny him delicious food, you can kiss your beloved planet goodbye.
