* Hook's introduction demonstrates why the film bears his name; the buildup is incredible, and the first we see of him is the hook hand.
* The conclusion of the food-fight; A still-mad Rufio throws a coconut at Peter's head, who catches a sword thrown to him and bisects it in midair. What had been a loud, raucous, and messy foodfight ''stops'', and everyone stares dumbfounded at Peter... [[NeverForgottenSkill Including Peter himself.]]
** If you listen closely, you can hear a rooster crowing in the background.
** Peter's "TheReasonYouSuck" rant to Rufio. And how it leads to him finally using his imagination.
* "PAN'S BACK!"
* "Do you know what my happy thought was, Jack? ''It was you!''" Damn it, brings tears to one's eye.
* Even before Peter recovers his memories, he fights his fear of heights to climb the mast of Hook's ship in an attempt to get his kids back. This really makes Jack look like a {{Jerkass}} for claiming he didn't try -- if you look at one top-down shot, you can see that Peter literally can't reach without flying.
* Peter's view of Neverland.
* A newly flying Peter Pan humiliates him the same way Rufio did when teaching him to swordfight. Later on Rufio takes the Pan Sword out in what appears to be a final showdown between them. However he does the next best thing: He kneels and presents Peter the sword.
--> '''Rufio:''' You are the Pan.
** Then Peter makes a line on the dirt with his sword like Rufio did earlier. ''ALL'' the Lost Boys move to Peter's side, and so does Rufio.
** "You can FLY, you can FIGHT, and you can - *Peter crows*"
** Just after, Peter bows to Rufio the way Rufio did in his introduction, with Rufio doing the same, showing that the pair now understand each other.
* Something about this conversation:
-->'''Peter:''' Somebody give me a hand.
-->'''Hook:''' I already have.
** Just the smugness in his voice makes this Hook's best line in the movie.
* ''Smee'' gets one for giving Hook the plan to make Peter's kids love him.
* The entire final battle is just made of this, but when Peter is beating his pirates and takes to the air, Hook drops a net on him. Peter yells "Bangerang!"and from another ship, we see the Lost Boys echo the call, with Rufio at the lead, swinging between the ships and coming to help their leader.
** Not too long after, we see Rufio kicking all sorts of ass, turning and clashing swords with Peter, then the pair going [[BackToBackBadasses back to back and crowing together as they fight against the pirates together]].
** Clearly even the pirates have great respect and fear of Peter; when Peter goes to rescue Maggie, the moment he introduces himself to a random pirate, the man literally [[DestinationDefenestration jumps through the nearest window]] rather than face the legendary warrior.
* Possibly the most Awesome lines in the movie, that capture the relationship between two Immortals who've been fighting for over a hundred years.
-->'''Captain Hook:''' [[PrepareToDie Prepare to die]], Peter!
-->'''Peter Pan:''' [[WhoWantstoLiveForever To die]] will be a [[NotAfraidToDie great adventure]].
-->'''Captain Hook:''' [[JokerImmunity Death]] is the only adventure [[ArchEnemy you have left]]...
** The lead-up to it is just rife with awesome too with Rufio's death and deciding his children are more important than fun or revenge but ultimately acknowledging that Hook will never stop hunting his descendants and that he needs to finish things. The look on Hook's face when Peter walks away but then decides to fight equally captures everything that embodies the character.
--->'''Hook:''' Peter! I swear to you, wherever you go, wherever you are, I ''vow'' there will always be daggers bearing notes signed "James Hook"! They will be flung at the doors of your ''children's children's children'', do you hear me?
---> '''Peter:''' ''(slowly sets Maggie down, turns around)'' What do you want, old man?
---> '''Hook:''' Just you.
* It took a hundred years, at least, but the Crocodile ''finally'' gets the rest of Hook. It comes back to life briefly, after being stabbed by Hook, and eats him[[note]]Assuming the Crocodile was ''actually'' dead; large aquatic creatures ''can'' slow down their metabolism as they get larger to avoid spending unnecessary energy and hide under the water's surface to lure in prey. The Crocodile is over a hundred foot tall at least, so it may have just been in a hibernation and biding it's time to strike as Hook eventually got too old to flee. Then ''being stabbed'' made it angry[[/note]]. [[KarmicDeath Bangarang.]]
* The Lost Boys manage to get a ''mass'' of pirates to back down. The pirates acknowledge this ''by surrendering their swords''. Be honest, you cheered with the Lost Boys when that happened.
* Tinkerbell gambling with Hook... ''and surviving''.
* Wendy... using ''fainting'' to get time alone with Peter to speak with him. And then using ''tea'' - something so typically British - as a distraction. It may not work at the time, but it's still a good attempt.
* Hook's reaction to the pirates being pelted by eggs. It can only be described as the facial expression equivalent of a FlatWhat.
** It's easy to imagine what's going through his head; "How did I hire these imbeciles?"
* Maggie's simple comment that puts James Hook in his place better than anything anyone else in the movie said or did.
-->'''Maggie:''' ''YOU NEED A MOTHER VERY, VERY BADLY!''
** Made better in that it's called back to when Maggie pleads with her father to not bother with ending Hook's life and just go back home to his family already, saying he's "just a mean old man without a mommy". And then ''again'' with Hook's own last words:
--->'''Hook:''' ''[[IWantMyMommy I WANT MY...MOMMYYYY!]]''
* Evil though he may be, Kudos to Hook on that fabulous entrance into Wendy's house; he uses his hook to unlock the window, flings open both windows with loads of wind and shining green light, both upstairs and down, knocks over Wendy and Maggie's little tent and then rips the bed quilts off the children's beds. Maggie's words beforehand, imply he's been planning this ''for days'' as she mentions that the "window washer" took Jack's baseball... which Hook himself later has.
* It's unknown where the Lost Boys got them, but keeping Hook corralled in the duel arena with ticking clocks during his final fight with Peter is a moment for them.
* Maggie refusing to fall for Hook's manipulations. She actually grabs his hook and yells, "I'm gonna tear your hook off!"
* Thudbutt whups wholesale '''ass''' during the final battle. He directs a good chunk of the Lost Boys' assaults, nails one pirate with a [[GroinAttack "lovely" nutshot (with assistance from a loose plank)]], uses a multi-direction paint gun to blind the pirates attacking his friends and bowls over a whole gang of pirates by rolling into a ball! No wonder Peter later names him his successor as leader of the Lost Boys.
* Rufio's fight with Hook. Despite the fact he ends up killed, the fact that he was able to hold his own, even getting his sword back after being disarmed and pinning down Hook for a second before the Captain turns the tables. And the fact he challenges Hook himself, grinning in anticipation when Pan has to fly off to save Maggie, shows that he's been waiting for a chance to kill the black hearted villain.
* Smee throwing a baseball so hard smoke is seen on it. Likewise, Jack hitting it hard enough for it to hit Peter back at the Lost Boy's hideout.
