8	* From episode 1, Reiji's amazement upon entering the Dragon Drive arena for the first time.

16	* Episode 11, Maiko, Goraoh and the little dragon Medina Heaven. Managing to turn the tide while outnumbered during a battle and defeating the invaders threatening what's left of Medina's home.
17	* Episodes 33 and 34 of the anime has Maiko, Sun Wols, Ichiro and Meguru forced by a possessed Daisuke to fight dark replicas of themselves, who use their flaws to taunt them. Thanks to Maiko's determination, everyone defeats their dark halves.
