1	* Pit, Mega Man, and Simon Belmont in an ongoing crossover! This wouldn't happen again until ''Super Smash Bros Ultimate''!
2	* ''Levi Stubbs'' voices Mother Brain!
3	* In one episode, Duke is lost in the world of ''Bayou Billy'' but, despite being alone and scared, manages to win a fight against a snake that threatens and attacks him.
4	* "Mega Trouble for Megaland" is full of it, and it helps that it's one of the better animated episodes.
5	** Princess Lana snatching Kevin's zapper and reinforcing that she is indeed a capable fighter.
6	** This is especially the case with the ''Danger Zone'' montage. Regardless how stupid it is if you're a Megaman fan, you just can't go wrong with a montage.
7	* The {{Crossover}} episodes with ''WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfZelda1989''. At least one of the major NES stars made it into the show.
8	** Link actually got to stab and slash enemies with his sword.
9	** In "The Quest For The Potion Of Power", when a moblin tries to use a child as a hostage to get the heroes to surrender, Kevin throws a sheet over the villain's head. As the child gets clear, Link slays the moblin.
10	** The opening of Princess Lana's ball in "Having A Ball", which features [[ContinuityNod cameos of characters exclusive to the previous season such as Bayou Billy and Mega Girl.]]
11	** Kevin gets a personal one. Having battled and met video game characters we would all kill for, he meets Link and gushes the same way a little boy would meeting his childhood hero.
12	** The ending scene of that same episode where Kevin, Link, and Lana obtain the Triforce pieces, allowing Zelda to banish King Hippo and Eggplant Wizard from Hyrule.
13	** Link ''finally'' gets his long-awaited kiss from Zelda, something he never got in [[WesternAnimation/TheLegendOfZelda1989 his own series]].
14	* In "I Wish I Was A Wombatman", the aforementioned superhero is the first to call out Kid Icarus on his little speech "impediment-icus". This was probably supposed to be a huge KickTheDog moment but it does [[TakeThatScrappy the opposite]].
15	* Anytime that Simon drops the Moron from CrouchingMoronHiddenBadAss and kicks some butt
