''Nu, Pogodi! Kanikuly'' (''Ну, погоди! Каникулы'', advertised in English as ''I'll Get You! Holidays'') is a 2021 [[AllCGICartoon computer-animated]] [[EasternEuropeanAnimation Russian children's cartoon]] created by Creator/{{Soyuzmultfilm}}. It is a reboot of the widely popular ''Animation/NuPogodi'' series. It is also the first ever season-based ''Nu, Pogodi!'' cartoon. The animated series is aimed at a younger demographic, mainly children aged 6 to 8 years old. The series debut was December 17th, 2021.

The story as follows stays faithful to the original, save for a drastic SettingUpdate that places the characters much closer to TheNewTens[=/=]TheNewTwenties with all the technology that entails, as well as the place of each episode remaining the same. As the title implies, Volk (Wolf) and Zayats (Hare) are on holiday to the [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rosa_Khutor_Alpine_Resort Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort]] (who Soyuzmultfilm cooperated with, hence the very specific setting). Three new characters are thrown into the mix; a badger named Tim, a hedgehog named Shu, and a deer named Ulya, whom the latter becomes the object of Volk's affections but is revealed to be a close friend of Zayats. Thus, the classic rivalry between Volk and Zayats is reignited as the former does everything in his power to humiliate his rival, only to end up with egg on his face, [[FailureIsTheOnlyOption as per usual.]]
----
!!''Nu, Pogodi! Kanikuly'' provides examples of:

* AbhorrentAdmirer:
** Volk becomes instantly smitten with Ulya, and promptly flirts with her. Despite Ulya being turned-off by his forwardness (and being an overall jerk to her friend Zayats), Volk does not relent on his advances.
** Svinka turns out to be one towards Volk, whom the latter ignores. Downplayed in that she's not by any means ugly or a nuisance. Volk just likes to pretend he's above it all.
* AdaptationalWimp: Volk. Not that he was a badass to begin with since [[BornUnlucky this is Volk we're talking about]], but compare his feats of acrobatics in Episode 4 of the original series to his pathetic display in Episode 3 of this series where, [[ItMakesSenseInContext as soon as the steroid-like effects of an apple wears off]], can barely lift a barbell overhead. Generally, he's shown to be terrible at sports in this incarnation.
* AgeLift: Slight cases for both characters. Volk is aged down while Zayats is aged up, narrowing the age gap between the two presumably to level the playing field as well as dispel Volk's actions towards Zayats from coming across as [[DoesThisRemindYouOfAnything a tad predatory]].
* AnimalGenderBender: Ulya is a female roe deer with horns. Does do not have antlers, let alone horns.
* ArtShift: The intro is animated in 2D while the rest of the cartoon is 3D. Oddly enough, images inside of a smartphone in this universe become 2D, like when Zayats takes a selfie, the image suddenly switches to a flat drawing.
* ArtisticLicenseBiology: Ulya is drawn with horns that resemble a goat's, instead of antlers like a deer's, [[AnimalGenderBender being female notwithstanding]].
* BeachEpisode: Episode 4 is set on the beach.
* {{Bowdlerise}}: Smoking and references to alcohol is no longer allowed due to Russian laws prohibiting the depiction of such in 0+ shows.
* CantYouReadTheSign: Badger Tim chastises Volk for this several times in the SkiResortEpisode, pointing to incredibly specific signs that depict Volk doing something that's not allowed.
* GirlinessUpgrade: Gender inverted. Zayats, who is constantly mistaken for a girl by viewers, is redesigned to be less androgynous by making him slightly taller, removing his eyelashes, dressing him in a blue shirt and trousers, and most of all, by giving him a male voice actor after being voiced by females for almost 50 years.
* HalloweenEpisode: Episode 19. Zayats gathers everyone for an elaborate Halloween prank on Volk after his antics wreck their decorations.
* HoistByHisOwnPetard: In Episode 7, Volk tries to ruin Zayats's hang gliding by tying his rope on a drainpipe. Rather than leave well enough alone and laugh at him, he teasingly strums the already straining rope with his foot which lassoes him into the air. He spends the rest of the episode trying not to fall.
* IdenticalStranger: In Episode 15, a rap artist who is putting on a show at the ski resort looks very similar to Volk, save for blond hair and a gold tooth (fang). When Volk's hair is accidentally bleached into the same colour, everyone mistakes him for said artist and Volk takes advantage of the situation several times.
* LighterAndSofter: In order to appeal to younger kids, the designs are drawn to be cuter and with brighter colours. The usual cartoon violence found in the original has also been toned down, and Volk's long-standing vice of smoking is non-existent, due to Russian laws forbidding smoking and alcohol references in 0+ rated shows.
* ALizardNamedLiz: Ulya's name comes from "kosulya", the Russian term for "roe deer".
* LoveAtFirstSight: Volk develops a crush on Ulya as soon as she walks past then glances at him.
* LoveTriangle: Volk likes Ulya who is with Zayats, though whether or not she and Zayats are simply friends is ambiguous. Nevertheless, this angers Volk.
* MediumBlending: The cartoon is in CG, but 2D drawings are used for in-universe photos and distant backgrounds, such as mountains, giving the impression of animated characters moving across a still frame.
* MetronomicManMashing: [[CuteKitten Kotyonok]] [[StrongerThanTheyLook does this]] twice to Volk whilst practising martial arts in Episode 12.
* MimeAndMusicOnlyCartoon: True to its roots, dialogue is minimal enough for casual non-Russian speakers to understand the cartoon.
* NewYearHasCome: Episode 6. It's decorated like Christmas, but this is Russia.
* PowerUpFood: Volk stumbles upon an orchard of apples that gives him SuperStrength in Episode 3, using them to cheat at a weightlifting contest.
* RealMenWearPink: Downplayed. Volk wears a salmon pink tank-top that looks red in certain lighting, a far cry from his iconic pink shirts in the original 2D cartoon.
* RecurringCharacter:
** The hippopotamus returns once again to be caught in Volk's crossfires. Alongside him is his wife who is also not safe, much to his displeasure.
** Three other unnamed characters occasionally appear and interact with the main characters who are simply referred to as [[ADogNamedDog Svinka (Piggy)]], [[CuteKitten Kotyonok (kitten)]], and [[OddNameOut "Pesky Bird"]] (a non-anthropomorphic but sentient woodpecker).
* SettingUpdate: While the original cartoon had slight nods to its then-modern decade, this one makes it more obvious with the technology that the characters use like smartphones and [=UAVs=] or "drones".
* VacationEpisode: Up to eleven. Volk and Zayats are on holiday for the whole series, so it's nothing ''but'' vacation episodes.
** SkiResortEpisode: Moreover, Volk and Zayats go to the Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort where they resume their chase. It wouldn't be until Episode 5 where actual skiing is incorporated however.
* WorldOfFunnyAnimals: Like in the original, the same thing applies here.
