** Katy also qualifies. She was signed in as a young girl and stays in the laundry until her death as an old woman. She is cruel to the younger girls and rats out Bernadette to the nuns, but as a product of years of StockholmSyndrome she truly believes the nuns know best and are kind and Godly at heart. When it's revealed how long she's been there, and the tragic circumstances of her family giving her up and her losing her baby, it's clear she's not so different.

[[spoiler:The revelation of Crispina's fate -- death from anorexia at just 24 years old -- is a gut punch, and even though Margaret, Bernadette and Rose manage to escape the laundry and go on to lead full lives, they're obviously mentally and emotionally scarred by their time there, and some viewers might not be happy that (considering what the nuns did to her) Rose remains a devout Catholic until her death.]]

** [[spoiler:After practically every character treating the girls abominably throughout the film, Bernadette and Rose find Bernadette's cousin and beg her for help -- and she more than provides, taking them in and giving them all the resources they'll need to escape the grasp of the church and start new lives]].

No longer a thing. Replacement Diagnosed By The Audience requires explaining the audience reaction/speculation on the disorder which this lacks.

* AmbiguousDisorder: Crispina has some kind of disability, and it's unknown if she was traumatised by the incident that left her pregnant or else she already had some kind of mental illness. Or simply she could have grown up quite sheltered, as one of the documentary subjects in ''Sex in a Cold Climate'' (who admits to not even knowing she was in a prison for most of her life).
