* CompleteMonster: [[PoliticallyIncorrectVillain Moses Randolph]], a [[CorruptCorporateExecutive businessman]] in charge of the Borough Authority and several other public sectors, uses his positions to [[VillainousGentrification demolish many neighborhoods in New York City to make way for his developments]], while subjecting hundreds, if not thousands, to homelessness. Moses also [[RapeIsASpecialKindOfEvil raped]] a woman in his past, which led to the conception of Laura Rose. When his brother asks him to take care of Laura, Moses responds by ruining his brother's life. When Frank Mina and Billy Rose obtain documents that could connect him to Laura, Moses has the two murdered while also trying to have his own daughter murdered when he believes she knows about him. Despite his [[NotSoWellIntentionedExtremist claims]] of wanting to make New York the city of the future, all Moses Randolph really wants is to use his power to destroy those with none, whether they got in his way or simply because he could.
