* WhatCouldHaveBeen: At some point, an official artwork showed Halo in a [[Franchise/StarWars Leia]]-like slave girl outfit, for the never released Book 4. According to Gibson, the remaining six volumes would time skip ten years in Halo's life each volume culminating in Halo reaching the end of the universe and a realm outside creation where you never age and can live forever. Halo would stay in this realm for a period of time, before ultimately returning to the known universe to die after growing bored with immortality.

Because of a dispute with the publishing house at the time, Creator/AlanMoore and Ian Gibson bailed out of producing any further work for the series. Originally the series was to span Halo's entire life into her old age, but because of creative disputes we got only what exists now. Moore apparently had the whole thing plotted out, but to this day, only Creator/NeilGaiman has ever been allowed to know the whole story.
