Urd, Peorth, and Skuld are all trying to prove that they are capable of granting wishes in an unofficial contest. Seeing Keiichi respond to the sight of a woman's skirt being blown up by the wind, they all try to accommodate what they believe is his desire by casting spells to make the wind flip up girl's skirts for him.
