* In ''Film/TheBoysFromBrazil'', Creator/UtaHagen gives us Frieda Maloney, a Rosa Klebb mentioned to have bayonetted infants and strangled little girls with their own hair during her time as an SS guard in a concentration camp. She's imprisoned by the time the movie takes place, but she enters the plot when Creator/LaurenceOlivier's NaziHunter protagonist questions her about her role in a conspiracy that also involves [[ArgentinaIsNaziLand escaped Nazis in South America]].

* The '''Rosa Klebb''' (named for the ''Film/JamesBond'' villain) is middle-aged and very much not attractive (perhaps a BrawnHilda and/or an {{Ugly Slavic Wom|en}}an), but is more likely to be the BigBad herself rather than just working for him. She is immune to the hero's charms, and ominous emphasis is placed upon her [[NoLoveForTheWicked utter asexuality]], or upon hints that she [[PsychoLesbian likes the ladies]]. (That is, unless she becomes an AbhorrentAdmirer to the male lead.) She's one of the few female characters who's likely to be an UnsexySadist. Bond-type heroes will be horrified by her, like she had three heads. In 99% of cases, she will be dead as a doornail before the credits roll.

* Eleanor Iselin in ''Literature/TheManchurianCandidate'' is secretly in league with the DirtyCommunists (whom she intends to eventually betray) and exerts an iron grip over both her HenpeckedHusband and her BrainwashedAndCrazy son. Even more disturbingly, [[VillainousIncest her relationship with her son is explicitly incestuous]]--albeit with the FreudianExcuse of ParentalIncest committed against ''her'' by her PervertDad, whom her son reminds her of. [[TheFilmOfTheBook The cinematic adaptations]] from 1962 (where she's played by Creator/AngelaLansbury at her most chilling) and from 2004 (where she's played by Creator/MerylStreep) tone this down to IncestSubtext.

* Similar to Dolores Umbridge is the archetypal [[BattleaxeNurse Nurse Ratched]] of ''Literature/OneFlewOverTheCuckoosNest'' fame. Like Umbridge, she's a StepfordSmiler Rosa Klebb who works for "The Man" (or the "Combine" as Chief Bromden calls it) instead of for DirtyCommunists or ThoseWackyNazis. And like any good Rosa Klebb, she's a mannish, repulsive "ball-cutter" who takes out her sexual repression by terrifying men into subservience. Of course, she doesn't rule by sexualised torture, like a Sexpot would do. She rules through subtle intimidation, mind-numbing drugs (administered [[AssShove rectally]] if the patient won't cooperate), and thoroughly {{unsexy|Sadist}} torture (rough baths and enemas, inhumanely-applied electroconvulsive therapy, and if all else fails, {{lobotomy}}). Unlike some other Baroness characters, though, she herself doesn't administer the torture, instead outsourcing it to her {{orderlies|AreCreeps}} (three {{Scary Black M|an}}en).

* ''MoneyHeist'' has police inspector Alicia Sierra, who has traits of both Sexpot and Rosa Klebb: while obviously attractive, she's a middle-aged woman who is not sexualized, in part because she's very heavily pregnant. She's a tyrant to her underlings (and sometimes her superiors) while being fun and flirty while speaking to the Professor. But she's also an extremely cold person who blithely tortures, illegally detains and straight-up tries to ''murder'' criminals, due process be damned.
