* ''Literature/HeDrankAndSawTheSpider'': Tatterhead (who later renames himself Mortimer) is an intelligent and sapient creation of the sorceress Opulora while she researched the secrets of life and death. Tattered is chimeric troll-like being who's 10 feet tall of incredibly strong muscles that were taken from human corpses as well as various animals such as vipers, bears and etc. He's strong enough to easily kill a bear bare-handed before throwing it 20 feet into the air before its corpse got entangled up a tree, he also smashed an entire wall of a tavern.

* ''VideoGame/EldenRing'' has the practice of Grafting, which involves turning ''yourself'' into one by attaching the limbs of others to your body as a fleshy version of PoweredArmor. The Grafted Scion minibosses have grafted themselves to the point where they look like giant spiders or crabs, and their lord Godrick is a giant misshapen bundle of various arms who cuts off his arm ''in the middle of his boss fight'' to graft a dragon's head to the stump as an impromptu ArmCannon.

* ''TabletopGame/ScarredLands'' has the Sintaurs, which are a flesh golem variant created as ''sex toys''. As their name implies, they are constructed with a [[OurCentaursAreDifferent centaur-inspired body-plan]], grafting a secondary lower torso, complete with genitalia to the base of the foretorso's spine (which still maintains its own genitalia) and replacing both sets of legs with arms that end in hands, specially chosen for having long, supple, and dexetrous fingers. They're constructed in both "male" and "female" models, and female sintaurs always have [[MultiBoobage breasts on both torsos]], with some creators sticking on an extra pair or two (and typically selecting for [[BuxomBeautyStandard the biggest breasts they can find]]). Though they theoretically ''can'' fight, their primary purpose is as animated sex-dolls. Most places regard them as hedonistic abominations. [[ViceCity Shelzar]] regards them as a status symbol, with ''parades'' of the things during the annual Night of Masks festival and wealthy Shelzari keeping whole stables of sintaurs.

** The Lizardmen are a particularly unusual version of this trope. Though they have the physical appearance of LizardFolk, they are essentially organic robots, which emerge from seething pools of mysterious alchemical compounds known simply as "spawning pools" at unpredictable intervals. Though made of flesh and blood, lizardmen have no real personalities and few biological drives; they exist to fulfil a preprogrammed role, and this is generally all they concern themselves with doing, though there have been examples who grew beyond this programming, largely limited to the smaller, smarter Skink variety.

* Not explained particularly well in ''VideoGame/TheThing2002'', but some of the creatures, particularly the 150-foot tall monstrosity, greatly exceed a human in mass, thus implying they are made of several humans processed into pure biomass and fused together.
