* When Frylock is told by the Situpon about the impending cataclysmic doom that only those who use the situpons can escape from, Frylock immediately tries to bring Meatwad, Carl, and even Shake with him despite being told that he has to keep it secret. Keep in mind that at this point, Frylock has developed quite the nasty habit of leaving the others behind ("Multiple Meat", "Rabbit, Not Rabbot", "Piranha Germs"), so its nice to see that his nice side can still show up sometimes.

* In "A Quiet Shake" we see Shake after bashing Frylock's claims of aliens who hate sounds [[CuckooCloudLanderWasRight (They were actually sleeping like Meatwad said)]] we get most of the episode of Carl, Meatwad and Shake forming a rock band. It honestly shows that despite all the insanity over the years, these guys are good friends when they bond.

** Shake, Meatwad, and Carl trying to console one another after Frylock is diagnosed with cancer. Sure, a lot of the episode has the show's typical BlackHumor, but... hell, even ''[[{{Jerkass}} Shake]]'' is worried about him. Shake, Carl, and Meatwad all treat things as though they aren't protected by series-induced immortality. And by this point in the franchise, Frylock has never died. Not once. (Not counting Super Birthday Snake, where his death was within a very realistic simulation) He's effectively the only character whose death could actually be permanent. [[spoiler: Antenna changed that, but the point stands.]]

* In ''"Super Birthday Snake"'', Carl comes over and shows respect for Frylock's loss, giving him a fruit roll-up and saying that he was planning to make him a casserole as a condolence but didn't get around to it, and doesn't raise his voice despite his concern and irritation over all the noise Frylock made partying, and has a pitying look as he says that Frylock's changed. * Granted, it was because they were brainwashed by MC Pee Pants's "I Want/Need Candy", but you can't deny it's rather nice seeing Carl and Meatwad hang out together, washing Carl's car to the point of insanity while hopped up on mass quantities of candy. They're bonding over candy, without any animosity between either of them.

* In ''"The Cloning"'', the Aqua Teens' new TV malfunctions and starts playing weird TV shows with the Aqua Teens themselves as the main characters. One of the shows features Frylock randomly pulling out a gun and killing Master Shake with it, and Meatwad, who is watching the show and thinks it is real, is visibly worried for Shake. Given how much Meatwad normally hates Shake, and all the abuse the latter has put him through, it's touching to see that he really does care for him.
