* The plot of episode 97 was everyone worrying about Kirara mysteriously vanishing. Shippo comes to the conclusion that she ran away, airing everyone else's dirty laundry regarding their poor treatment of her. Things take a seemingly worse turn when they think she was eaten by a demon. In the end, it's revealed that Myoga needed her help with something and tasked Shippo with telling everyone, to which he completely forgot. When Inuyasha is getting ready to pummel him for making everyone worry, Shippo turns to Kagome, hoping she'll protect him like she always does, only for her to say "not too hard", clearly siding with Inuyasha.

** Another scene worth mentioning being in the very same episode. Since Inuyasha and Kagome are unable to fight against their giant doubles, Miroku and Sango set up to fight the copies. But their conversation quickly devolves into basically talking about how much they would love to fight Inuyasha, with the real one standing right next to them.
