* The finale case summation in "Meat is Murder... but Murder is also Murder" may very well be the best one of the entire series. Gus' Uncle thinks that Gus is the psychic, the newspaper employees think that Shawn is the psychic, and the cops think that Gus is translating Shawn's visions, so how do they summarize the case without blowing the facade? They work together, claiming that the "visions have become too complex to decipher", and summarize the case together while hamming it up and assaulting each other. It has to be seen to be believed

* When the arsonist in "Earth, Wind and... Wait for It" [[DrivenToSuicide attempts suicide out of guilt for his crimes]] ''Gus'' of all people saves him.him: He takes charge, orders Shawn to carry out the unconscious Woman of the Week, and ''dives for the arsonist, who'd just set themself on fire'', saving them, and carrying him out in a rolled carpet (or something resembling it, at least).

* The unexpected moment in "Earth, Wind, and... Wait for It," where Gus and Shawn are suddenly thrown for a loop when the arsonist they're talking down sets a dangerous fire. Gus ''immediately'' takes charge, orders Shawn to carry out the unconscious Woman of the Week and ''dives for the arsonist, who'd just set themself on fire'', saving them, and carrying him out in a rolled carpet (or something resembling it, at least).

** Shawn is acting extremely obnoxious towards someone involved in a murder case. Lassiter drags him outside, and immediately reveals that he figured out ''why'' Shawn is acting so insecure and obnoxious in less than a minute, and then gives him some legitimately useful advice on how to handle the situation.

** Gus gets one in the set where everyone has a role to play. Juliet pulls the tap and falls through a trap door. Gus runs over, picks up her gun, and follows without hesitation.
