* Throughout ''Continue On My Own'', Sousuke has single-handedly taken on Amalgam's hit squad including numerous goons and human-sized AS's as they try unsuccessfully to capture Kaname time and time again. This culminates at the climax, where Sousuke goes to town on 3 Codarls with the Arbalest and takes them all down without even trying. Right up until Leonard personally steps in, Sousuke has caused Amalgam so much grief that squad leader Kurama was pretty much ready to admit that Kaname just wasn't worth this much trouble, and was about to call it quits.

* During Mithril's ambush to capture Lee Fowler (Leonard's [[TheDragon right-hand man]])for questioning, Clouseau goes one-on-one with a Lambda Driver-equiped Codarl. Time and time again it's made clear that it's insanely difficult for regular AS's to even touch - let alone defeat - an AS with a Lambda Driver in the context of a straight-up fight. Not only did Clouseau win, he came out completely unscathed and actually managed to execute an elaborate plan that involves hitting the Codarl with a ''freakin' cruise missile'' so he could flank it - exploiting the Lambda's Driver's main flaw of only being able to focus its power on one side - and then bifurcate the Codarl with his blade before it even knew what happened. If anything, this fight clearly cements Clouseau's status as team leader and as TDD's resident badass.

* How has no one mentioned Kazama's epic moment in Fummofu? When he takes Kurtz's gun and runs up a hill shooting all the security guns. Turned into a crowning moment of funny when he jumps the fence and gets a faceful of Sosuke dick...
* A villainous one for Gauron occurs in the first season, when he uses his suit's Lambda Driver to disintegrate a charging HumongousMecha ''with a FingerGun gesture''. Talk about adding insult to injury.
* An episode of ''The Second Raid'' had a Mithril mission in Nanjing being hampered by the fact that their communications guy was TheMole, feeding their transmissions to their enemies so they always know what Mithril's going to do. What do Tessa and Kalinnin do to solve this? Remind everyone of an offhand remark one of the team made during the briefing where the communications officer wasn't present, signaling everyone to do the exact opposite of what Kalinnin is ordering them to do. This results in the leader of the bad guys being tricked into a trap, from which he only barely escapes thanks to his Lamba drive and a well-placed mine.
* In the final episode of season one (the one helmed by GONZO), after Gauron's AnguishedDeclarationOfLove, Sousuke loses his temper, and delivers [[PrecisionFStrike one hell of a comeback]].

* In the tenth [[LightNovels light novel]], ''Approaching Nick of Time'', Kurz Weber gets his moment: [[spoiler:sniping his former mentor Wilhelm Casper in order to save Sousuke and Tessa - in the process breaking a record set by Casper, which Casper had previously told him he would never be able to match. If that weren't enough, he accomplishes it while dying from the horrific injuries he suffered when Casper destroyed his M9, including crushed legs and a broken back.]]

Never has a fight been so one-sided that Sousuke wasn't even able to get a shot in, while Leonard just decisively dominated the fight. All that was left of the Arbalest at the end was a pile of mangled and shredded wreckage.

Sousuke lures the AS in and then literally ''drops a building'' on top of them, burying himself and the M9 under tons of rubble. The Savage digs itself out with no worse for wear (taking advantage of Savage's speciality), while the M9 is totally crippled from the impact.
** Points also go to Nami: she rewrote Crossbow's OS in a single night and turns Crossbow into a literal {{Determinator}}: most AS will shut down once its cockpit is being cut open. Crossbow continues to fight on until the last second.
