You see... erm... umm... well, somebody had to say it.
- No ... no, they really didn't.
- Yeah, they REALLY didn't. Since the page has since been nuked, I'm going to paraphrase from what I said on the Complaining About Blah Blah - the joke might have started out funny, but "Character X is a Time Lord" appearing on EVERY. SINGLE. FUCKING. WMG. PAGE isn't funny and hasn't BEEN funny for a long, long time.
