Ununnilium: Okay, why the odd spacing in the Sailor Moon example?

Looney Toons: When I last edited the page, the line breaks made it obvious that whoever added that entry wanted a paragraph break there. So I inserted one. But you're right, it looks funny, so I just took it out.

Sockatume: In the first few episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, the crew's phaser weapons could only be activated by touching a pair together. Evidently the writers realized just how stupid and dangerous that was and quietly dropped the whole concept.

  • Hwaaaa? I don't recall this at all. Maybe teh author meant something else?

    • Any chance there's a trope for completely batshit insane edits?

  • alphamone: I am seriously surprised that someone on this site knows of the twins of destiny. I would start it if I was good at summerizing storylines (which i am not), however, all the episodes are available online (though in different places, and you probably have to use the original french, the english dub, german dub, italian dub and filipino dub to see all the episodes though), so it wont be that hard to get refreshed with the story.

Off Side 7: Do the Ice Climbers from Super Smash Bro.s count? They're nearly identical (ok, not literally twins, but they might as well be) and they're quite powerful using their duo moves, but once one dies the other dies, or becomes useless. (I'm not familiar with their original games, so I can't really make a judgment call there.)

Kitsune: This tropper remembers a story in one of those phone book mangas that a friend brought back from a trip to Japan where two girls where two girls got electrocuted while making out. They apparently gained electrical powers, that needed to be activated by touching their nipples together (yes it was one of those types of manga)
