Nornagest: The Other Wiki or not, I vote merge anyway. Although it'd be nice if we could get rid of the overly-obtuse TropeCo crap in the other entry.
Dalantia: It might be a subtrope of that, but I think there's a difference between Evil Empires and just gangs in general. I also don't find the title disturbing.
