Would "Error" from The Legendof Zelda 2: Adventure of Link qualify under this page? I don't know much about programming, so I thought I'd ask here.

Mighty JAK: It's a bit of a programmer's joke. Error's friend is Bagu, which is the phonetic spelling of the Japanese pronunciation of "bug". Bug and Error, get it?
