Just never understood why this applies to Misty from Pokemon. Her behavior may be tomboyish, but her clothing is ... err ... depending on the incarnation of the character it varies from "jailbait" to "last ten seconds of a striptease." The same goes for Winry from Full Metal Alchemist. I acknowledge the consensus, but fail to see the reasoning. How is a tank top and tight jeans not feminine clothing?
