Komodin: It does. The romantic subplot is between Sonic and Amy.
Cynthia Wakefield: The Juhani subplot does exist, but is very lame compared to the others.
Jack Slack: This doesn't belong on the main page, but really, the reason why JRP Gs tend to rigidly lock a partner while western RP Gs have multiple options is because generally, JRP Gs only ever HAVE one option for a storyline. Western RP Gs, by contrast, are more likely to allow multiple endings and even branching plotlines. And because this isn't on the main page, I'm entirely free to note that this is why Western RP Gs are better than Japanese ones. Take That!, Final Fantasy!
