Madrugada: This page was only started a little while before you cutlisted it. It's one person (Nyx) trying to give us pages on an area that no one else seems to be interested in or knowledgeable about (Bollywood). Chopping the pages immediately as (s)he makes them is a very good way to make sure that (s)he gives up trying. Give these pages a chance.
Hylarn: The person doing the cutlisting is one of the ones that had been through the untyped pages. As such, they are aware that these pages tend to never get finished.
