Madrugada: As written the difference is that Return to Shooter requires magic or telekinesis, as the target doesn't actually catch the bullets, (s)he stops them in midair. Catch and Return can be done with any projectile and requires actually physically catching the projectile and re-throwing it. I think they're sufficiently different to justify keeping them separate. However, Return To Shooter is a duplicate of Attack Reflector.
