So a show with a "9.2/15" was watched by 9.2% of households with television, and 15% of households with televisions that were actually on at the time.
Lolwut? How can you watch something when the TV´s not on?
Count Dorku: You can't. That's why the percentage of houses with television watching Show X is lower than the ones with an active TV. I really don't know how I can say this more plainly.
