Hollow49: I think that example's not so much "this otherwise useful power can't be turned off" (Power Incontinence) as "this transformation has unfortunate side-effects when used" (With Great Power Comes Great Insanity, or maybe Cursed with Awesome, depending on your interpretation of lycanthropy).
