Working Title: Umbrellachute: From YKTTW
Wasn't this subverted in "The Jewel of the Nile"? When the Jewel (which actually is a person) is doing the jailbreak, he opens up the umbrella (that he's always got with him, for some reason) and steps off a building - however, it does practically nothing to slow him down. Can't remember what he lands on/in, though.
