Adam850: Related to Bleached Underpants?

L-chan: Suzumiya's case actually is. The reason that manga was disowned was because the then author of the licensed manga did some Hentai doujinshi of the same series he was drawing.

Cassius335: And this was actually a problem? Wow.

Anonymous: Ironically, I actually liked Yugi-Oh before it became a god-awful series about a stupid card game. The manga was much cooler when he was killing people in ironic ways by getting them to play games that made them choose between their vices and mutilation or death.

Cassius335: Should the inversions get their own page? Old Fame or something?

Vicious Love: Hey, all. I was wondering if there's some sort of tvtropes rule or guideline against linking to Encyclopedia Dramatica, or if thatother1dude was just trying to protect Fred Gallagher's good name?

Jisu: There is, I believe, a rule against linking to hate sites. I know we're never, ever allowed to link 4chan, and people usually treat Encyclopedia Dramatica the same way.

Vicious Love: Gotcha. So, is there some reason you edited out my comment, given that it contained no such link? I'm not a fan of unilaterally removing or editing people's contributions, myself, which is why I made that comment and left it at that instead of removing the factually innacurate bullet point to which it replied.

715: Encyclopedia Dramatica is all about Cross the Line Twice, Dead Baby Comedy, and Refuge in Vulgarity you're NOT Suppost to take it serious, (and they will make fun of you)

Be: I'm not certain, but I think an inversion of Old Shame would be a work being ashamed of its author, which probably makes sense to the terminally stoned. Doesn't sound really sound right.

Madrugada: Is Song of the South really an example of this trope, or should it be moved to Creator Backlash? It isn't a bad movie and it wasn't a failure when it first came out. It's just that the shiny-happy-slaves attitude is no longer acceptable.

Shay Guy: Is it weird that I'm like this about the media I consume, rather than produce?
Lumine: Who's Yuki Kaori?
Cunny: Deleted the entry re: Out Kast's Southernplayalisticadillacmusik album. It's widely considered a classic and had some solid hits - The eponymous titled single, 'Southernplayalisticadillacmusik', 'Hootie Hoo' and 'Player's Ball'. AT Liens was merely what made them blow up.
