arromdee: I don't think that Brotherhood of Funny Hats is the correct one for an organization that doesn't have influence within the story. When I said that I was thinking of the case where the organization doesn't have influence in the story, but is genuinely interested in conquest. This is the one where the organization starts its conquest of the world by taking over the local 7-11 because they couldn't afford to pay the agents for anything bigger.
