Insanity Prelude: Uh, Death Note's only mentioned twice, actually.
Some time back in the late 70s I saw a bit of political satire which put two UK politicians in the Roman empire, with two cups of wine. The dialog went like this:
X: "Little does he know that I poisoned his cup."
[Y covertly swaps his glass with X]
Y: "Little does he know that I know that he poisoned my cup"
[X covertly swaps the glasses back]
X: "Little does he know that I know that he knows that I poisoned his cup".
This proceeded for a couple more rounds, at the end of which both X and Y drank their wine, and both promptly died. Then Mrs Thatcher appeared from behind a curtain and said "Little do both of them know that I poisoned both of their cups".
I'd like to put in a link or cite, but I can't remember any more.
In the main text of this article, someone linked the word "everyone" to Ridiculously Cute Critter. Obviously, this is a blatent attempt by the Ridiculously Cute Critter lobby to increase wicks to their article.
Or: Someone is attempting to discredit the Ridiculously Cute Critter trope by framing it for nattering.
Or: The Ridiculously Cute Critters are attempting to frame their enemies for framing them.
Or:... I added the link in order to make everyone on both sides so paranoid that they leave the wiki in disgust.
**Head Explodes** Or: maybe that's just what I want you to think.
