Mystery Man 23: Does anybody know what would happen in Real Life if a kid walked in on their parents?
Masami Phoenix: Removed the line "This entire segment was done in animation to lessen the effect, as well as getting around the problem of child-actors." from the Kill Bill section because the entire thing was done in animation because it was time to homage anime. Each segment of Kill Bill is a homage to a different type of (mostly Eastern) cinema. Other scenes in Kill Bill show they have no problems with child-actors being involved in witnessing these scenes, and clearly they never had any intent to lessen effects since the entire movie is blood bath followed by blood bath.
Antheia: This doesn't quite seem to be this trope:
- An episode of House MD has a mother telling House that her daughter has "spontaneous spasms while sleeping, lack of muscular tone in her stomach, sweating, and painful moanings". When House then tells her that the girl was, uh, enjoying herself, the mom covers her ears and says "Are you saying my girl masturbates!?".
Dalantia: Should we toss in the story about how Earthbound's last boss is based on the designer's memory of walking in on his parents as a child?
el Igore: Wasn't there something like this in V for Vendetta?
Doom Tay: So, this is for fictional examples of kids being exposed to adult content? Then why is there a Troper Tales section?
Bonsai Forest: So people can talk about when it happened to them in real life when they were little.
