- I think someone missed the joke. A goshawk is a real-life bird, the joke with the wowhawk is the whole "gosh" and "wow" part. You'd tend to say "gosh" when you're mildly surprised and "wow" when you are more surprised. It's not a Dissimile, it's a pun.
