Working Title: Deliberately Cute Child: From YKTTW
Micah: There was debate in the YKTTW about whether or not Haninozuka/Honey from Ouran High School Host Club qualifies. I don't know the show, so someone else should decide.
BrightBlueInk: He was actually the first character I thought of when I saw the title, but I'm not 100% sure he fits or not. He plays up his cute traits to get reactions from the Club's "customers", and he's shown using his charms to try to get sweets from people in one episode (when he had a tooth ache and wasn't allowed to have any). But I'm pretty sure the show says he really does like those cute things and it's his true personality...just exaggerated for fanservice.
