What about Porridge? The special mockumentary "Life Beyond the Box: Norman Stanley Fletcher" they made a few years ago. I think Godber had married Ingrid (Fletcher's daughter) and he was referred to as being alive. (Godber was played by Richard Beckinsale, who died in 1979).
