Rhainor: Okay, I know there are more tropes in this series. C'mon, folks, let's make this a respectable page.
Rhainor: Turns out there was another page for this already. However, I think this page has a better title (from a "Keep It Simple, Stupid" point of view), so I redirected the other one to this page. The content of the other page is still there, but you must go straight to the editing page to get to it (either by manually inputting the URL, or going to its main page to get the "redirected from" link to show up, which will take you to the edit page for what you were redirected from.
We should work on merging the info from the old one into the new page.
Rhainor: I removed the Absent Aliens example from the list, as it's an Aversion, not a Subversion, and Aversions generally shouldn't be listed
TomWalpertac: Should we add some mention of Non-Mammal Mammaries?
- Rhainor: Maybe only to note that it's averted. Sholans *are* mammals; extraterrestrial mammals, but mammals nonetheless. And remember the rule of thumb for aversions...
- Redlion: I dunno. Plenty of pages feature averted tropes. Just look up the pages for your favorite webcomics, movies, TV shows, etc.
- Rhainor: Aversions are generally only listed if the trope is normally played straight in the type of story in question. In this type of sci-fi, it's much more common to have aliens than not, so not having Absent Aliens in effect isn't exactly notable.

Another thing. Have you actually created any pages here? Since, if you follow my namelink, you will see that I have, I'm entitled. If you have, so are you. If not, Well You Know...
WTF is "entitled" supposed to mean? No, I haven't launched any pages, but that doesn't mean a damn thing. ... Actually, I might have been the one that launched the other Sholan Alliance Series page; I honestly don't remember. :P
