Just in case it gets Cut Listed, you can find it here.

This tropes thinks to remember about the Electrified Bathtub thing from Mythbusters:

All hair dryers they testes, except one of them (which was still from the 1950s), would not be able to electrocute a person in the bathtub, some of them drove around in funny circles but that was it...

So perhaps this needs some clarification? Because it's not exactly confirmed, more half-confirmed, half-busted...

HeartBurn Kid: I'd have to look up the particular episode, but while I remember the scene you're discussing, I do believe that was due to some error in the test rig, and once they corrected it, they got the "proper" electrocution effect.

Antigone: I don't have my DV Ds handy (typing from work), but if memory serves this was a combination of goof in the test rig and the ground fault interrupters that the newer hair dryers have by law.

Also, removed this from the Bull Seeing Red example:

  • Bulls aren't colorblind. It was even stated in the very episode of Mythbusters that busted the above myth.

Because that is exactly what the sentence above it said, only restated in a manner making me believe that the person who posted it didn't even read said sentence and only wanted to Natter about nothing.
