Starscream: Any chance we can fit the major Expanded Universe characters in here?

Master Ghandalf: Removed Omnicidal Maniac from Tarkin's entry, because he isn't one. He blew up one planet in a galaxy full of them, comparable to massacring everyone in a large city in our world. His motive wasn't destruction as an end in and of itself, but to inspire fear in the populace to keep them in line. There's absolutely no indication he would have used the Death Star to try and destroy everything- if there was even the slightest chance of that happening, his superiors wouldn't have let him have it, as they like their Empire in one piece.
